I have been going to Ann's Nails for 14 years that they have been open. Not once in all that time have I had a bad experience. They are professional and they go beyond to fix your nails in the manner that you want them to be done. I can't even imagine that you would have to have the police escort you into their shop. This was a horrible experience! They had me soaking in acrylic for 11/2 hr. They took two others ahead of me while I soaked! She charged me $50. I expressed not being happy before I left! I went in today to have hem cleaned up! I called the police to assist! I agreed not to go back to their shop! I agreed to tell my friends no to refer anyone to their shop! I was refunded $50. The room and atmosphere was OK but out of 5 adult meals only 2 were satisfactory, the fettuccine and mussels. The other 3 were far below average and above average prices. The bacon is cheap water sh*t, chips not cooked and the chicken sandwich had the smallest amount of chicken. $10 a glass of wine is on the high side. Will come back for a pint but not to eat. Went here on a Saturday morning. Was pleased with cleanliness is salon but unfortunately for me the technician I had was inexperienced in cutting nails and doing pedicure... she looked confused the whole time! Everyone here is super nice I love how clean they keep the store. They have a huge Polish variety and Ann gives a great pedicure. I found this place on accident and they are almost $20 cheaper then the normal place i was going to. I look forward to my mani and pedi every 2 weeks! Read Less

I had my old gel polish removed and new put on.  My nails are okay.  No complaints but just average and rushed.  We'll see how they hold up.  I also had one repaired - that looks just right.  I was very impressed that they let me in.  I didn't arrive until 530 and didn't realize they typically close at 5.  Thanks for that!!  One lady even came in after me. Awful, awful first experience. I went to get my nails done wanted a pink and white full set. I got there and they sat me down immediately which was nice but it only got worse. The man who started my nails did not say hi or present a welcoming atmosphere. I had told him what I wanted specifically and then I was handed over to a lady, which was fine. They were busy so I understood. However when I sat down she told me she couldn't make my nails the way I wanted them due to having pink and white versus anything else. They asked me multiple times if I was sure o wanted pink and white, like I was incompetent to know what I wanted, or she didn't want to take the time to do it. Regardless, she was rude too. She did not welcome me, did not ask me any questions. Absolutely no customer service!! As I was walking to the sink I realized that my nails were too long and I wasn't going to be happy when I left so I sat back down and asked her to shorten them in which she replied in a very annoyed tone "you should have told me before" she continued to shorten them but told me that since she couldn't see that I would have to tell her when to stop. After she had shortened them I thanked her and told her "normally I wouldn't be as picky but I'm graduating college" in which she interrupted me and replied "ya, you are" in regards to my picky comment. SO RUDE. when she was done she just got up. She did not say thank you she did not say have a good day. Just nothing. I will NEVER go back. The customer service is awful. Let's start with the decor... There are several large murals... And by large I mean 10 x 8 feet... One of which involves a unicorn. They were nice enough, I guess they did say hello and made initial eye contact... That's it. The actual $30 gel manicure was FAST and not in a good way. I was out in 20 or so minutes at the very most. My cuticles were done, but there are still little snags here and there. The actual paint goes up and onto my cuticles... I'll attach pictures, so when they grow out there is going to be a weird lip on the polish and it's going to catch. The "massage" was basically holding hands... Zero pressure, very lacking. Great service, good prices and close to home.  It cant get much better than that.  I've had a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax done here so many times that I cant even count.  They have a wide range of polish and do an excellent job. They dont rush you in and out if its closing time. Read Less
