Got the worst pedicure, manicure & eyebrow waxing ever today! I've had 3 pedicures there in the past & they were great but today i got a new boy instead of 1 of the ladies & he clearly needs alot more...
Got the worst pedicure, manicure & eyebrow waxing ever today! I've had 3 pedicures there in the past & they were great but today i got a new boy instead of 1 of the ladies & he clearly needs alot more training, i had to tell him 2x to cut my nails shorter,then he missed spots on my my toenails, had him 'fix" what i could see. I could of done a better job myself. Left disappointed only to get home & notice how horrible my feet & nails look plus spots of hair on my eyebrows that got missed !!! I will NOT go back!!

We were a little disappointed with our experience here. I came in with a bachelorette party to have our nails done right before the wedding. We called ahead a few days in advance and made an appointment for 8 people to have mani/pedis. We arrived on time, but had to wait over half an hour for the first person in our party to be seen. All 8 of us ended up being attended to at random times while other customers came and went. The last person didn’t even get seated to start her pedicure until over an hour after our reserved time. We were there over 2 hours. It also became apparent that the ladies were rushing towards the end. A couple of us have crooked and rough nails, so we had to file them again ourselves when we got home. We also had at least two people with large bubbles in the polish. All of the ladies in the shop were very sweet and friendly, but it was a little disheartening to spend so much money on something that we could have done ourselves.

My card declined when they ran it as debit. When I asked to go get my cash from my card the lady asked for my phone. When I said no but you can walk with me to my car she did not come. When I brought back cash she did not apologize. Also they have a hard time understanding what your asking for. My nails came out good.

If I could give no star I would, I do not recommend getting Eyelash extensions from here. Got my eyelashes done here she was very rough felt like she was grabbing onto my eye socket, she also used my chest as her desk and put tape on my forehead and put glue ontop of that I didn't realise until I got home to find glue in my eyebrow which nearly ripped out a patch off my eyebrows!!! The lashes looked fine when she showed me but when I got home a couple fell out then the next day more started to fall out (yes I did take proper care of my lashes not wetting them and brushing daily) yesterday and today (Day 4&5) I have clumps falling out and some lashes have turned upside down. This is not normal I've had lashes before and they don't look like this in the first week please avoid getting Eyelash extensions from here!

I had an appointment at 530 and didn't get seen until 6, which was fine, but while sitting and waiting there were flies and gnats flying all over the windows and around the chairs because the doors were open. While I was getting my pedicure there were flies and gnats flying in my face and in the lady doing my pedicure face along with everyone else getting services done. After my pedicure I got my eyebrows waxed. The first time she put wax on, it burned and I told her, twice after that it happened again. I chose this salon because it had the highest rating, but I will not be returning in the future.

This is the best place to get your nails done. Everyone is super friendly and it's clean. Sometimes they do get busy so I always make an appointment, but can usually get in the same day.

Not very friendly. The last time I went I got a spa pedicure and manicure and I thought they under charged me. I said "that's cheap" than the other nail tech replied " oh we charge you more money" and she wasn't joking. I feel as if they don't appreciate business and the quality of work is not as good. The first time I went there my nail polish chipped after two days

My regular salon since February 2016 but my nana has been coming here for years (and she's fussy ). I never cared much for getting my nails done but Vivianne has been doing such a fantastic job of SNS on my nails that it's now my new addiction!!! She takes great pride in her work and is so friendly as are all the team members when I'm there. Just saw some services on Facebook I didn't realised they did so my next appointment might take all day

I've had 3 pedicures there in the past & they were great but today i got a new boy instead of 1 of the ladies & he clearly needs alot more training, i had to tell him 2x to cut my nails shorter,then he missed spots on my my toenails, had him 'fix" what i could see. We were a little disappointed with our experience here. I came in with a bachelorette party to have our nails done right before the wedding. We called ahead a few days in advance and made an appointment for 8 people to have mani/pedis. We arrived on time, but had to wait over half an hour for the first person in our party to be seen. When I brought back cash she did not apologize. Also they have a hard time understanding what your asking for. My nails came out good.

If I could give no star I would, I do not recommend getting Eyelash extensions from here. I had an appointment at 530 and didn't get seen until 6, which was fine, but while sitting and waiting there were flies and gnats flying all over the windows and around the chairs because the doors were open. While I was getting my pedicure there were flies and gnats flying in my face and in the lady doing my pedicure face along with everyone else getting services done. After my pedicure I got my eyebrows waxed. The first time she put wax on, it burned and I told her, twice after that it happened again. I chose this salon because it had the highest rating, but I will not be returning in the future.
