I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time because I have been wary due to past experiences with other salons. My friend and I decided to go last weekend and we both had such a great experience! Our nails turned out great, the staff was polite, and the complimentary beer/wine and fruit plate was nice too! We both got gel tips and mine ended up being a little too long for me (not the staff’s fault at all, I told her that the length was good!) so I went back today and they filed them down for me at no charge! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I had to get my nails done for my wedding, and I just moved to the short pump area a week ago. This was the first shop I saw, so I stopped. I was not disappointed! The inside of the building is beautiful! It's clean, and well kept. The staff was very helpful. They offered many different options. I decided on the dip nails. They not only turnout perfect, but they also included a back massage, whaaat!? Oh, and wine is included! When checking out I did notice the price was about $5-$10 over the average price i've paid in the past, but I was so happy with the service it did not bother me at all. My first time here and I loved it! They give you a rewards card so that automatically puts them above all other places I’ve been to. This place blew me away. My husband convinced me to get my nails done and found this shop. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was incredible. The nail tech asked what my favorite part of a pedicure was , the massage, and she took extra time doing it. They gave a back massage as well once my nails dried. I was able to relax for once. I visited this nail salon from out of town and was very pleased with the gel manicure and pedicure (regular polish) that I received from Tabby. She took her time and was very attentive to details, which was very much appreciated. The salon has a great aesthetic and is clean. The pedicure bowls have a sanitary liner and the tools are removed from packaging right in front of you. If I lived in town, I would definitely visit the salon again and request Tabby! Read Less

Where's the 0 star?? Looks very nice. But I (customer) got blamed by one of the employees for her messing up my friends nails because I made her feel uneasy and uncomfortable. I was in from out of town just looking for a good old fashioned pedi and when I walked in was amazed! It was beautiful. They have so many services to choose from. Tabby was awesome and really made my experience memorable. Oh and a glass of wine with fruit while you relax ain't bad either! Highly recommend! Read Less

If I could give this place zero stars I would I went here with my two friends to get our nails done and the girl who did my nails was so rude and she cut my a couple of times and my nails look so ugly she did not shape them correctly like I wanted and she painted them so ugly I was not happy at all and when we payed they charged me $78 for a shity job tbh and when we left Me and my friends noticed that my nails were so badly shaped ☹️ It was so embarsing so we called the maneger and told him and he said to come back the next day to get them redone at no extra charge so I went the next day amd the girl didnt even apologize at all and the maneger "fixed" them but didnt take them off to put on fresh acrylic he just drilled them down and fixed the shape and that only made the nails thinner so 4 days later a nail broke off so I honestly do not recomend this place to anybody they have rude staff and it is way to expensive for getting a crappy job done on your nails I will never go back there yeah its a fancy place it look nice but looks can deciving Read Less

Loved Ruby's! First timer today. Got the deluxe pedi. So worth it. They were very friendly and gave us complimentary wine, cheese, and crackers. It is hard to find a nail salon that is consistent with quality,customer service and serve you beverages and snacks (fruit, cheese and crackers) at no extra cost.  I have been with Ruby's four months now and they remain consistent with quality and service. They use bowl liners and a fresh sterilized package with each customer. Today was the test. My usual favorite, Kevin, was off. i went anyway and again their care and attention was on point. Not being from the area and looking for a place to go late in a Saturday afternoon, I stumbled upon this place by accident. It is toes down the best pedicure I have ever had. The salon itself had a calm atmosphere, was clean, and the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The technician (I wish I could remember her name!!) was friendly, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I got the deluxe organic pedicure. The hot wax was delightful and the hot stone massage felt incredible!! She did a fantastic job of getting my "winter feet" in summer form. The paint looks amazing nearly a week later and I've gotten a lot of compliments on how fresh it looks. The bonus shoulder/neck massage while my toes dried under than fan was the cherry on top. Kathy was on point and you can tell she really enjoys her job. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. But honestly the best part of my entire pedicure was when she put me under the dryer and gave me a neck massage. Something so unexpected but yet so great. I've been about a dozen times since the my opened and have had no complaints. I've gotten acrylics (fill in), SNS, regular gel manicure, and a pedicure; all were great. John is the best. The decor is lovely. It is very clean. I have been going since the grand opening and never been disappointed. My shellac manicures stay perfect for so long that the only reason I need to come back is for healthy nail growth. Kevin is one of the best! The man that owns the salon is so rude and disrespectful that its disgusting! Its a shame that its right on the corner from my house and I don't want to go there! I try to give him the benefit of the doubt but every time I go its the same treatment! However the ladies are courteous! And their no chip is horrible! It chipped off in less than a week!
