I have never had such an awful manicure. With my job, I can't have paint, long, or fake nails so it's the most basic manicure.
The girl cut my nails completely off, poorly shaped, jagged, and she was on her phone holding it with her shoulder during my "hand massage" which wasn't even a minute and a half. I had to finish rubbing in the lotion myself.

This place is a nice place to visit. However, they don't really have social skills such as polite speech, they usually speak out loud their language front of me that make me not relaxed while the pedicure. Hopefully, they will change this problems. I really respect their culture, but they have to change to adapt American culture. I'll give them 4 stars next time if they change it.

This place has 1 Star and I'm not sure why because I didn't have a bad experience whatsoever. I came for a pedicure and was impressed with the customer service and speediness of my nail technician. The price for the "Quicki Pedicure" was $27 and included hot stone massage, warm towel compress, massage, all the pedicure essentials and a polish. They have a loftier option for $37 that gives you the choice of scented scrubs as well as a longer massage. When I sat down, I was given water and candy. They have complimentary wine but I chose not to indulge. It's neat because they have an entire wine bar which is a neat addition to any nail salon. The salon is very quiet (which I appreciate). I was in and out about 30 mins after sitting down. I wouldn't say my experience blew my mind or anything like that but it was a good experience. I think this place deserves at least 3 stars!

Actually the worst experience ever. I have gotten my eyebrows done there for over a year now and yesterday some new girl did them. She legit took off the whole middle section of my eyebrow and I had to spend tons of money to get a growing serum to fix her LARGE mistake. They have lost my whole families business. I am telling you, NEVER EVER GO FOR EYEBROWS.

I have never had such an awful manicure. With my job, I can't have paint, long, or fake nails so it's the most basic manicure.
The girl cut my nails completely off, poorly shaped, jagged, and she was on her phone holding it with her shoulder during my "hand massage" which wasn't even a minute and a half. I had to finish rubbing in the lotion myself.

This place is a nice place to visit. However, they don't really have social skills such as polite speech, they usually speak out loud their language front of me that make me not relaxed while the pedicure. Hopefully, they will change this problems. I really respect their culture, but they have to change to adapt American culture. I'll give them 4 stars next time if they change it.
