Standard store, not a huge difference in what they carry from other locations- however this location has terrible customer service.  I needed help one day finding a particular product, an artist that worked for a different cosmetic line- not even for Ulta helped me.  Was the only one who offered assistance, then she asked who I assume was a manager for help, who shrugged both of us off to continue delegating tasks to other employees.  Had I not been flying out a few days later I wouldn't have bought anything.  People in the service industry should be a bit more considerate of their customers and their surroundings. Makeup is one of my many, many guilty pleasures so I find myself here more often than I should. I love the store's bright, airiness, though I have to say I'm more partial to the way that the Short Pump store is set up. I think it might be a bit bigger and easier to navigate. Regardless, it really doesn't matter which location you end up at, they're all good and they all take the weekly coupons which, let's face it, is the real reason why we go :-) The only thing I don't like about shopping for makeup is that there's no one store where you can get items from all sorts of different brands. Ulta carries middle of the road brands like Urban Decay (my personal fave), Too Faced, Benefit, Clinique, Bare Minerals, Calvin Klein, etc AND drugstore brands like NYX, Maybelline, Cover Girl, etc. On the other hand, Sephora has a much better selection of high end brands like NARS, Becca, Makeup Forever, Kat Von D etc. so make sure you check to make sure Ulta has the brand you're looking for before you go! I usually go to this Ulta if I want a specific item and don't want to wait for it to be delivered.  I was in this store on 3/31 to get the Anastasia brow gel and I couldn't find it.  There were two associates right behind me talking about a bar they were going to or had been to and totally ignored me even and then just walked off.  Luckily there was a really nice associate that saw me searching and came over to help me. I called to get a service and was in shock!! Really who charges $40 to curl your hair. No wash, nothing but curling it. It might have taken 20 minutes. Talk about highway robbery. Most salons charge $10-$20 at the most. Change your prices and you might keep customers returning. We aren't in Hollywood!! Read Less

Shannon did a wonderful job! She was very personable and makes you feel attended to.  Appoints are blocked times so you do not feel rushed and know they are really attending to your brow needs.  Shannon explained they do eyebrow mapping EVERY TIME you come for an appointment.  This means your brows will always be just right for your face.  No longer will I be running into the nail salon for a waxing! No more cookie cutter brows that don't work for ME! Shannon even offered to touch up my makeup after the waxing. (Great customer service points!)  She even showed me a great product for my inner brow area which is a little thinner on hair. Read Less

I went here to get my hair done. Needless we agree'd for her to cut 2 inches and highlights needless to say 4 inches later I was very unhappy. The woman did not let me pick out my color and bleached my hair, it was terrrible. I called and told the manager and she offered a free toner for me. I was a little perturbed because she should in my opionion have redone my highlights. Toner with only last 4 weeks and as a result I ended up spending more money to get my hair fixed. I would not suggest going her for a hair appointment. The staff in my oppinion is not experienced enough and I will never go back. Read Less
