My daughter made an appointment for us to get pedicures yesterday afternoon. Upon our arrival, we were asked if we had an appointment, which we did, and if we were a party of 3, which we weren’t, and if we were getting a mani/pedi, which we were not. I will now be talking about their unfortunate valuations and horrible customer service. Do your customers a favor...just tell them you’re booked. I’d rather make a later appointment than be made to feel as valueless as they made my daughter and me feel yesterday. Read Less
