Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. The lady tore off skin from my eye lid. [Don't know why she was down that low] They are noticeably uneven. And she dripped wax in my hair when my eyes were closed and stared to cut it out of my hair. I have blisters all around my eyebrows. Look at the photo if you want proof. As soon as I said I wanted the basic pedicure instead of the spa pedicure she was trying to push on me she started treating me differently and rushing through. Cut some of my nails too short that they hurt and others left them jagged and after two days they have started digging into my skin - had to cut them myself. Also had polish on my skin afterward. It's hard to find a good pedicure place and I will not be returning to this one. The only reason I gave two stars is because they have a slightly better polish selection than others. Read Less

Ok. Just got a pedicure. Lady was nice. Unfortunately, she disappeared when I needed to go. I had to figure out how to grab my stuff from the chair (not easy as I am short) after a while. Found the lady in the front busy texting. $30 for the callus remover pedicure. Meh. If I was desperate, I would probably come back. Read Less

I am leaving on vacation today.  I went in on Wed to get a mani/pedi.  Angel did a beautiful job but I managed to mess up two fingers.  I went in today and they fixed it quickly and wouldn't even let me tip them.  I have been going here for years and always have a good experience.  Thanks Ladies! I would put 0 stars but it doesn't give me that option. This place gets absolutely nothing from me. I had a terrible experience with them, not just once, but 3 times. The times I have come in, I have tried to come in with good expectations. It's very hard to pick the right nail salon to go to because not everyone will treat you the same. What I first noticed was how all the ladies that worked there were acting- not very kind at all. Second, as they were doing my nails, I felt like they were rushing everything! They did not take their time when doing my nails and they were very rough. After my finished product, I noticed that you could still see the corners of my nails and the tips of them; as well as the fact that I asked them not to cut my nails AT ALL because I actually liked my natural length. Next thing, she did the opposite. After looking at it for a bit, I decided I didn't like it and kindly asked the lady (Linda) to take the gel off for me. At this point, I'm very disappointed with how it came out and how they treated my nails. Linda did not comply the first time when I asked nicely so I asked again, just a little bit more stern. She heard the second time and proceeded to take off my gel color. As she was doing that, she was basically ranting in her language with her coworkers, which to me is very rude. It's pretty obvious when they're talking about you, even in adofferent language. During that time, she was also handling my nails very rough AGAIN! Scrubbing, rasping, scraping, and my very strong nails then became very poor, fragile ones. It's very hard to trust a nail salon. I started going to Anne's Nails II five years ago when I moved to the area.  I have never had a bad experience.  Quinn does my nails beautifully and I always enjoy the pedicure.  They even listened when I said I liked paraffin treatments and soon after offered it with their pedicures.  I don't understand reviews that say they are rude and that the shop stinks.  They are very friendly and I find the shop quite clean.  I won't let anyone else do my waxing but Quinn. I will admit that the male owner can be a bit gruff, but que sera, sera. I would definitely recommend Quinn to anyone. Read Less

By far the worst experience I've ever had in my life and last time I ever go there and no one should. The moment the lady attended me she seemed like she didn't even want to be there. I was getting a mani and she filed my nails too short and cut 4 of my fingers while cutting my cuticles. She cut my thumb really bad and it won't stop bleeding. I have a Band-Aid over it right now. Unprofessional owner and the salon smells like a garbage dumpster. The owner stacks and hoards garbage in the back of the salon. No concern about customers or customer satisfaction. I walked in 30 minutes before closing to get my eyebrows waxed.  The owner was sweeping and had the door opened, when I told her the service I wanted instead of holding the door open she closed it abruptly and walked away. When I complained of the smell she told me to leave if I didn't like it. Read Less

Horrible. I went in on the 15th to get a full set done. I had 2 break off this past Saturday. Went back to get them fixed , in which the charged me for. Just to get home and one that I got fixed broke again. I do not recommend nor will I ever come back . Read Less
