Went to simply fix 3 nails one bent as i was leaving due to the thinness of the nails not anyones fault had no choice but to cut it down. This was my second time visiting this establishment and sadly I was disappointed again. I called in advance to make an appointment for my daughter and I. Which was at opening and they said they had availability. My Gel manicure went great and the tech that did my daughters nails was very good with my daughter. The nightmare began with the pedicure. They gave me a different person to do my pedicure and it was not relaxing at all the massage was not even a massage and I don’t even feel like she really scrubbed my feet just a pat here and there, They had a third person polish my nails which I didn’t understand. The polish job was messy and my feet look lumpy. My daughter is 3 and they put her at a drying station and I was not comfortable with that at all because it was in a completely different room. The tech next to mine took the iniative to actually bring her back to sit on my lap which I appreciated. A manicure pedicure should not take 1 hr and 40 minutes which was how long I was there for. I found some of the staff to be unprofessional, the woman at the front desk was bickering with employees and kept saying “ this is NOT HOW TODAY IS GOING TO GO”! I went to pay not even a smile or a thank you after spending 87.00 on terrible service and then additional funds on tipping. I don’t foresee me going back. Horrible experience here. I’d I could give no stars I would. And their pricing is ridiculous. I just moved to the area and I was really excited to get my nails done. I hadn’t in a few months just due to money being tight. I told the technician that I was on a budget and I just wanted the regular acrylic fill no upcharges bc I was simply on a budget this one time. She was very inconsiderate of me telling her that bc she proceeded throughout the appt to ask if I wanted features that were upcharges from the base price. I paid Cash & tipped 20%. (Part of The reason I didn’t want anything upcharge was bc I wanted to make sure I had enough for tip) Didn’t say thank you. She almost had an attitude & completed the job with half ass work. Didn’t paint the whole nail with clear coat, she put no effort into shaping my nails nicely and her energy was just not good. From my perspective She was very entitled. I wouldn’t recommend this salon. Maybe she was just having a bad day or I got a bad tech but there’s no excuse for bad customer service. Read Less

I am a frequent customer of Sindy's Nails and I have always had a great experience. I've had several different services there-- even had my sister's bridal party taken care of before the wedding. Everyone is professional and courteous, facilities are always clean (even the bathroom!), and the staff always seems happy and well taken care of. This is truly the only place I will go for manicures and pedicures. Make an appointment because they're usually too busy to accommodate a walk-in, but it is worth the wait! Read Less

I have been going to this salon for years. Starting out they were very customer service oriented. Now they run a production line. The owner is calling people through a microphone, they have gotten extremely rude. Myself and my 3 girls went for a polish change prior to vacation, we were sat on the bar type stools while this owner made his workers kneel on the ground under the table to do our polish change. Needless to say they looked terrible, started chipping by that night and still cost 40$. I am sorely disappointed and NO they are not the only game in town. I tried Sindy's for the first time after receiving a gift card. I made an appointment for a pedicure. When I go there, I held the door open for a nice young lady after I walked in, and she was greeted and helped right away (I'm assuming she is a regular) and I stood there for about another minute before I was greeted and helped. I picked out my nail color and didnt have to wait very long, maybe 3-4 minutes before the nail tech came to get me. I smiled at her as she greeted me and she smiled back. She took me back to my chair and got started. She did an okay job on the Standard Pedicure I ordered. She wasn't rude, but she just wasn't very pleasant. She spoke very low, and I often had to ask her to repeat herself. She took me to the drying station told me to "sit here" and left. Nobody came back for me, so I checked to see if my color was set, then I went to the register. It was very busy inside, but I expected it would be for a Saturday. The establishment was nice inside and clean. The massage chair was awesome and the highlight of my experience. I don't think I'll return though. I expected more of a spa experience as a customer. I have been living in Fredericksburg and Stafford for almost 3 years. In that time I have gone to about six different nail salons. I went to one about eight times and came to the realization that the nail technician I had was getting too comfortable and not really meeting my requests to the way I wanted my nails done.After many searches and reading lots of reviews I came across this nail salon. I've only gone once and my nails look pretty good. Paul did a really good job. I have a new set longer than I usually like them but really nice. I even tried a new shape.The receptionist seem very nice and I made an appointment for two weeks. I'll keep you posted on my next visit. Read Less
