A hidden nail gem at the Greenbrier Shopping Center called Nail connection next door to a boost mobile and big lots.The people here are very nice, do a great job whether its Tina, the guy or the other lady who I call Mom. They were not busy able to get me right in; however Nail Tech My at station 6 cannot paint. She missed the corners of my nails and sice I got gel polish there was no redo wit hour starting over. Would not go back. Read Less

I have been going to Nail Connection for years, the first time around was from 1997-2000 and then from 2010 to the present. The time lasp is because I left Va, but when I returned I knew just where to go without a second thought. Tina has been there all along the BEST brow waxer and eyelash extender I think there is in the area and a great nail technician as well, my lashes and brows have lasted, truthfully 4 weeks and Polly her nail work is impeccable my nails have lasted at least 3 weeks.  So your BEST CHOICE here is Polly and Tina for your services.  I am not saying for you to wait this long, because everyone is different, I just choose to wait. Love the place i always go there for my eyebrows!! I always ask for Tina she has a good english n is very nice!! Went today to do my moms nails and my nails also and of course my eyebrows! I have read the reviews for this place and was eager to go. I went to get eyelash extensions.  And the place was very busy, but as I waited, everyone that was also sitting in the lobby assured me that "Tina" would do a fantastic job.So, when I was called back, I must say that Tina was very nice.  She apologized for the wait and went right to work.The room was dark and dingy.  The towels looked worn but clean.  As she began working on my eyelashes, I immediately became alarmed.  I could feel that she was using "way too much glue."  My eyes felt as if they were going to stick together.  She assured me that everything was fine.  Then, she began to use "scissors" to cut the eyelashes that were already applied to my eyes!  That is when I started to panic!  I told her that I wanted them medium length, and again she assured me that everything was fine.When I opened my eyes and she showed me the results.  I was stunned!  The eyelashes looked like my natural eyelashes without any bend or arch.  They were sticking straight out like a porcupine! :(  I literally looked ridiculous!Needless to say, I will not be back! i have been getting my eyebrows done here for years. Tina knows what she's doing. i have gone to other places to get them done, and i end up looking effeminate. it sucks, but every time i go to Tina, she gets them with just the right angle and thickness. i have never had a single complaint about it. i see the way the staff works together, and jokes around with one another, and everyone seems to get along there like a family. not what i am used to, but very refreshing when i come into most places and see cattiness at every corner. one of the nail techs there, Polly, does amazing design work. it's a wonder that she isn't selling artwork with the things she can do on a fingernail. all in all, i give this place five stars. great job, ladies!
