We waited 45 minutes with no one even talking to us. We left and a woman ran out after us saying 25-30 minutes. It smelled awful in there. No ventilation. Also, there were cloths pinned to cover the pedicure chairs and that is concerning to me as I wonder if they are ever cleaned. Read Less

I went with a friend of mine to get her nails done and they looked awful!! Once she complained and asked them to fix them he refused to fix her nails and then asked for another $10 for polish. He was the manager and was an complete jerk!! DONT GO THERE Read Less

If I could give 0 stars I would. I sat outside in the cold waiting for them to open 40 mins late. When the woman arrived and I told her she had lost a lot of business she said "too bad" and I said well you should open on time I've been waiting outside in the cold she told me I should have waited in my car. I said "I don't have my car today" and her response was "too bad" she then looks at me and said "did you need something?" Why would I wait if I didn't need something?? She said well you'll have to wait until after her, because she has an appointment. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Besides that the place is ugly and pedicure chairs are covered with sheets. Excellent, very friendly service. Knows regulars by name. Polish color selection is broad, lots of red. Employees do not wear masks.Front door was left open, so a few flies were around, but they weren't too bothersome. Read Less
