Very basic nail salon. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have a menu outlining the services offered. Makes me that they randomly quote pricing depending on how the technician feels that day without a standard menu. Also the services were not very consistent with what they originally explained that they would do. In addition, they charged extra for services that would typically be standard at other nail salons.

I have been there two times . The first time was a few years ago after a big snow. I went in with my husband and the shop was empty. No costumers and there was this lady who wasn’t very nice to me. It was hard for me to pick a color right away and she kept saying in a mean tone “Oh my god make a desition” I should have left right away but I didn’t. She practically force me to do the gel and it didn’t even last me a week. One of my nails chipped in 3 days.
My second experience wasn’t that awful. The lady was nice but she wasn’t into it. She started calling to her family and ordering pizza in the middle of my manicure. Result ? She did a poorly job (not With the color though)

Very disappointed- I got the powder dip nails and I think they must have put the wrong topcoat on. There were some random bubbles in the finished polish, which I could live with but now less than a week into this polish, the topcoat is coming off!!! I get powder dip nails regularly and this has never happened to me before. Now I'm going to have to go somewhere else to fix this huge mistake less than a week after getting my nails done. This wasn't a cheap mistake either. The nails cost of $45. Also—they’re sticky!!

OMG ... OMG...Kevin gave me the best pedicure ever. He took his time and cleaned my toes and ingrown without any pain. The foot massage was on 1000. I feel like I can walk on the moon.

I gave them a 1 only because they were pleasant. They got 2 tries. Half my gel nails and gel polish came off within 3 days to a week. They all fell off within 2 weeks. Went back again - no guarantees ...
I gave them a 1 only because they were pleasant. They got 2 tries. Half my gel nails and gel polish came off within 3 days to a week. They all fell off within 2 weeks. Went back again - no guarantees - full price of a full set to replace them. Always rushed to get the next person in. Pedicure was purely mechanical. Huy didn't pay any attention to what he was doing and I left with bruised legs and several bloody toes where he clipped the skin instead of the nails. Have gone back to my old salon 60 miles away thanks to the poor service here. Nice people, terrible quality!

I have been there three times now and each time I have been disappointed. there is too much gel buildup on the nail bed every time and my gel nails are never smooth. I was told that my chrome nails would never be perfect and be scratchy because they used the rubbing tool on too many people. THAT IS DISGUSTING. IT SHOULD BE CHANGED AFTER EVERY PERSON. and if she knew it would be bad, why would she do it for me in the first place? I've been told by one of the owners that I waste their time because they have a lot of regulars coming for prom, which is pretty hurtful consonsidering I spend a lot of money there. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE.

My bridesmaids & I came here to have our nails done for my recent wedding. Everyone was very nice but we were all extremely disappointed with the quality. We all got gel nails and we all had to have them replaced within a week. 2 of my gels cracked halfway down my nail bed, taking my natural nail with them, which is something I've never even heard of happening. Additionally, there were piles of excess gel around the nail bed. Nice people, but we won't be returning.

I was nervous when I first went in because it has been a long time since I got my eyebrows waxed, but she made the whole process comforting and treats you like you're family!! I had a bad experience at a previous nail salon where my gel polish was chipping after less than a week. I came here to get polish & a pedicure. The nail technicians were all very sweet & friendly. They helped me pick out a color & the tech who did my nails provided good conversation the entire time. I will absolutely be back!

I was referred to this place and to a certain person but I could tell the whole gang had it together. I can't wait to go back. My guy was massaging my legs and feet and made sure I was relaxed. He told me lay back and get comfortable. It felt so so good. I forgot what I was there for. Lol. Great relief. I also got my brows waxed which was pretty much painless and I don't find that in waxing.

Last time I came I was very happy with my service. However, this time I was charged $30 for a pedicure instead of the normal $25 and I received less service than what I had in the past. The technician did not file or shape my nails or trim the cuticles, and she did not do the warm towel drape or foot massage which I customarily received in the past for the $25 pedicure. I had nail polish on the sides of my toes while my feet were drying. The application was sloppy and the technician took shortcuts and upcharged me. Beware of the older nail technician and request someone else if you come here.

I finally found my go-to! I have had such AWFUL luck with salons around here, and I'm really not even that picky. I would just simply like to get what I pay for. This little hidden gem of a place blew me away. A friend recommended going here, so we went together. First off, the personalities are great. My nail tech was hilarious and had me dying the entire time. The prices were great, and the attention to detail was impressive. I'm looking forward to coming back! Great environment to de-stress after a long week :)

I was recommended this salon by a friend of mine and I love this place! Enough said! The first time I came here, it was close to an hour before they were closing, I was lucky enough to be taken care! I got a gel mani/pedi and was not disappointed at all! A perfect relaxed mani/pedi right before that blizzard hit us! Being from San Diego, I've seen some pretty nice salons, but what makes the salons are the people! They are really nice, love to talk and joke with you and surely make you feel like a regular on your first visit! I've dubbed this my nail salon while in the area and will absolutely recommend this salon to all my friends!

Much attention to detail which is what you should get from a salon! Great English as well.

The massage was short and mediocre & the nail tech put glitter polish over top of the color I asked for, making my toes look like gum balls... Then my manicure was the same thing, short and mediocre for $70. I'll stick with my normal place in Southpoint.

The woman who did my pedicure was great! Very friendly! Did a great job! The only thing that I didn't like was that there was a strong nail polish oder in the salon. Now I know this is a nail salon, but it was pretty powerful. Had a headache upon leaving. But other than that, it was a great experience!

This has been my regular nail salon for almost a year now for pedicures and gel manicures. I always feel welcome, they know me on the phone when I call and they do great work! It always feels more like going to a friend's place than a business, not to say they aren't professional, they're just extremely friendly and accommodating. I'm so glad I ended up here when I was looking for a nail place!

I had a bad experience at a previous nail salon where my gel polish was chipping after less than a week. I came here to get polish & a pedicure. The nail technicians were all very sweet & friendly. They helped me pick out a color & the tech who did my nails provided good conversation the entire time. I will absolutely be back!

This was technically my second time going here. But I don't remember the first experience I know it wasn't bad. I was referred to this place and to a certain person but I could tell the whole gang had it together. I can't wait to go back. My guy was massaging my legs and feet and made sure I was relaxed. He told me lay back and get comfortable. It felt so so good. I forgot what I was there for. Lol. Great relief. I also got my brows waxed which was pretty much painless and I don't find that in waxing.

They did a great job! I knew when I left there I would be going back. Definitely give this place a try!!By the way, I have a bum foot that I've had three surgeries on.....they were very accommodating and very gentle on my foot.

Last time I came I was very happy with my service. However, this time I was charged $30 for a pedicure instead of the normal $25 and I received less service than what I had in the past. The technician did not file or shape my nails or trim the cuticles, and she did not do the warm towel drape or foot massage which I customarily received in the past for the $25 pedicure. I had nail polish on the sides of my toes while my feet were drying. The application was sloppy and the technician took shortcuts and upcharged me. Beware of the older nail technician and request someone else if you come here.

I finally found my go-to! I have had such AWFUL luck with salons around here, and I'm really not even that picky. I would just simply like to get what I pay for. This little hidden gem of a place blew me away. A friend recommended going here, so we went together. First off, the personalities are great. My nail tech was hilarious and had me dying the entire time. The prices were great, and the attention to detail was impressive. I'm looking forward to coming back! Great environment to de-stress after a long week :)

I was recommended this salon by a friend of mine and I love this place! Enough said! The first time I came here, it was close to an hour before they were closing, I was lucky enough to be taken care! I got a gel mani/pedi and was not disappointed at all! A perfect relaxed mani/pedi right before that blizzard hit us! Being from San Diego, I've seen some pretty nice salons, but what makes the salons are the people! They are really nice, love to talk and joke with you and surely make you feel like a regular on your first visit! I've dubbed this my nail salon while in the area and will absolutely recommend this salon to all my friends!

Just got a normal pedicure. Had Jason and he was great. Really paid attention to me as his primary priority even when the place was busy. He consistently asked if his work was comfortable, if it tickled, etc. Good foot massage, parrafin, paid a little extra for callous remover but my feet feel brand new. Much attention to detail which is what you should get from a salon! Great English as well.

The main reason I get pedicures regularly is because I love the relaxing massages and the way they shape my nails... The massage was short and mediocre & the nail tech put glitter polish over top of the color I asked for, making my toes look like gum balls... Then my manicure was the same thing, short and mediocre for $70. I'll stick with my normal place in Southpoint.

This salon is wonderful. Nice staff and very down to earth. Decent pricing for the services. I got a pedicure and loved it. Very comfortable massage chairs. Will definitely be returning.

The woman who did my pedicure was great! Very friendly! Did a great job! The only thing that I didn't like was that there was a strong nail polish oder in the salon. Now I know this is a nail salon, but it was pretty powerful. Had a headache upon leaving. But other than that, it was a great experience!
