Went in for a manicure. Nobody was there except workers. I was told they were too busy and could not get me in. She said they had over booked and since It was close to closing I should try another salon. It was four hours before closing. A man walked in and she quickly asked if he wanted a massage. He he looked surprised turned red and said no a pedicure. She looked at him and said yes, we have an opening. She walked away with him. We were both walk in's. I wonder what type of place this really is!

The people are nice and the place is clean. However, my nails were a disaster and didn't even make it 12 hrs. It almost looks like they used a crackle type top coat that made the nail polish chip and crack off. I went back and they redid them with no problem BUT the same exact issue happened again. They offered to do them a third time which was nice but I did not go back because I felt it would just be another waste of time. Also, on the second time she filed the top of my real nails roughly with a very course file that now has my nails extremely weak. Before this they were long and strong. Not good.

I LOVE bella. I don't go anywhere else. They are clean, friendly, consistent with pricing and good people. I especially like the way Jilie does my SNS nails.

Went in around 2:30 for a full set. My nails came out different shapes and sizes. My thumb nails are different lengths. The bottom of my nails start of thin and by the time you reach the tip they see twice the thickness. This salon is more expensive then others so I thought I would get better service and boy was I wrong. My nails look the worst they have in years!!! I felt like it was rushed because they close at 4pm on sundays and had people waiting! Would not recommend.

I just love going to the salon. Julie and Joe make you feel right at home. I am so pleased with my nail care. I tell everybody to go there. We laugh and talk the whole time. The place is clean, and well organized. I was greeted with smiles, and a friendly staff. I get the gel powder (SNS), which they carry a wide variety of colors. They really take their time in making sure I am happy with the shape, length, and color of my nails. The overall experience was pleasant, so I'll be making this my regular spot.

This is my new place after driving past 2 nail salons. Use to go near my home standards in those salons Thornburg & Ladysmith have gone way down. I need clean & I found it. I don't mind driving 20 miles to come here. Best pedicure I've ever had Bing is FABULOUS. They speak & understand fluent English in front if you. Nice massage chairs not broke down needing repair. Very professional friendly staff I love this place I hope the standards stay as is.

I really like this place. I have been to many nail salons in the Fredericksburg area, and this is my favorite. Joe and Julie are professional and friendly, and very accommodating!I have had many services here - standard and gel manicures and pedicures, and SNS, which is my preference. Julie does a beautiful job with the dipping, and does it exactly how I like it - very thin. My manicures have to withstand my piano playing, and with their SNS, they do!I have never had a bad experience, and I will continue to be a happy customer of theirs!

great service, but HORRIBLE work ethic. my nails were better off getting done at a Walmart nail salon. the shapes of my nails were all different shapes & sizes. the color that was put on my nails was sloppy & the design I asked for looked nothing how I imagined it, when the lady messed up she didn't even correct it, she left it there when I complained to a manager about the problem he tried to help but still didn't fix the problem fully. I felt like I was being rushed out the door. I went back to the salon to get a refund & all they could do for me was put another coat of polish over the clumpy polish they put on before. if you want clean, pretty, & neat nails I would go else where bc this isn't the place for you. very dispointed.

Joe used to do my nails at another salon. When he left someone else did my nails, but not to my satisfaction. I was so delighted when Joe called to let me know that he was opening his own nail spa. I was actually his first customer on opening day. I drive an hour for him to do my nails and toes. That should tell you how much I like Bella Nails Spa!

Joe was absolutely great. I had been going to another salon and their service sucked. At Bella's as soon as I walked in I was greeted and the wait was not long at all. I was able to get one of their more deluxe spa pedicure and a whole new gel full set for the price of what a full cost me at the other salon. I will absolutely be a repeat customer from now on. Best service ever! Thank you alot.

The owner Joe is amazing. I manage a medical office nearby and he let us host our meeting there. Mani's for the employees makes for a happy staff. Went in for a manicure. Nobody was there except workers. I was told they were too busy and could not get me in. She said they had over booked and since It was close to closing I should try another salon. It was four hours before closing. A man walked in and she quickly asked if he wanted a massage. The people are nice and the place is clean. However, my nails were a disaster and didn't even make it 12 hrs. It almost looks like they used a crackle type top coat that made the nail polish chip and crack off. I went back and they redid them with no problem BUT the same exact issue happened again. They offered to do them a third time which was nice but I did not go back because I felt it would just be another waste of time. Also, on the second time she filed the top of my real nails roughly with a very course file that now has my nails extremely weak. Before this they were long and strong. Not good.

Joe was absolutely great. I had been going to another salon and their service sucked. At Bella's as soon as I walked in I was greeted and the wait was not long at all. I was able to get one of their more deluxe spa pedicure and a whole new gel full set for the price of what a full cost me at the other salon. I will absolutely be a repeat customer from now on.
