I work right next to Wish Salon and have gone there many times for acrylic gel manicures with success. I have also had my hair cut there (AMAZING JOB). This past visit I scheduled an appointment for a full set with Rose as she comes recommended by one of my coworkers. I have never worked with her in the past. My nails are very thin and sensitive, and twice throughout the session she caused my nails to bleed But I decided to sit through the agonizing pain. While my nails were being worked on I was scolded for my weak nails. 5/10 of the tips applied to my fingers were crooked and had to be removed numerous times for straightening, and when I brought this to her attention I was told “my fingers are not straight”. The shape she created for my nails are all completely different and not coffin as requested, and she became increasingly nasty to my throughout the visit. I was nearly in tears after this experience as I had such high hopes and began the appointment excited for a new pretty set of nails! She also began working on another client while I picked a gel color and made the other client wait so she could rush my color job. Other customer did not look happy. I have never experienced a person so harsh and careless to their customers, and I have never had such a SLOPPY manicure. I now am going to a different salon just to have this hack job corrected. I was also charged $10 extra for a “coffin” shape which has never been the case anywhere else. Its unfortunate because I have add decent visits here in the past and the hair stylists are very good. Could be just my experience - place itself is nice. I went in for a gel manicure. The lady who did my nails was not helpful at all and didn't do what I asked for. Also the polish started peeling after a few days. Gel usually stays on my nails for at least a couple weeks/until they grow out. Read Less

Krissy has done my hair for a little over two years and I LOVE her work. I do cuts and highlights regularly. I made the mistake of trying to get my hair trimmed when I was out of town. It was a disaster! I immediately made an appointment with Krissy to see if she could try fix this mess. My hair was uneven, choppy, and way too short for my likings. Krissy kept as much length as possible, added texture, and highlights. I'm only posting the after photos because I'm honestly too embarrassed to post the before photos. :) I'm so happy with the results and can't thank her enough! I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early but I was seated right away. Jackie did an impeccable job on my acrylic fill. I love this place! Chrissy does my hair and it's great every time. I never know what I want to do and she always figures out something perfect. I get my nails done here as well. They do a great job and the gel lasts a long time. Upgrade to the spa pedicure, it's worth it. They are always clean, professional, and polite to their customers. I love when you meet someone who's passionate about their craft and Krissy is exactly that. I went there last Friday! Bad service and very unprofessional hairstyle. Told me bring my pictures for my wedding trial? Who is the hairstyle? Me or her? She doesn't knows what has to do. I was very upset and unhappy and charged $100 for that service. Read Less

Wish Salon is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Krissy cut my hair and did an excellent job. I usually hate new haircuts, but Krissy made my hair look great from the beginning. I have also used the jeweler based out of the salon, and he is reasonably priced. Thanks, Wish! Read Less
