I went there for the first time for my eyelash extensions. I ended up paying 65£ for eyelash extensions from my nightmare. I have messaged a manger in here. Really professional way and really nice. I was offered taking those I have off and replaying other method for free and also 20£ voucher to use as a compensation. I was really happy for it. I went there and I can't say that second visit was bad. It was pretty good and after all I looked nice! I have decided that I will do brows tint and shape. My brows looked and still are excellent! But today is exactly one week after my eyelash extensions and I have exactly 3 left. I was ready to write only good review but my money was wasted, because my eyelashes should stay minimum 3weeks. The tech: I've been following Nikki for the last 12 years...she's that good.  I originally found her in 2005 and this is my 3rd and by far best salon I've followed her to.  Everyone that I recommend to her becomes a permanent customer. Not only does she do flawless nails, but my eyebrows are always perfect after a wax. My best friend is an esthetician and would wax me for free, she's good too, but I still pay Nikki to do them. The Salon: The salon is always clean, staff is always friendly and professional, huge selection of nail polish and gel colors, complimentary tea and water offered, they have two types of wax - one for if you have sensitive skin - so be sure to tell the staff so they know which to use, flexible with appointments, standard paraffin wax and hot stone massage with pedicures and just hot stone with manicures, and they offer small reduction in price if you pay cash (I think it's 5%, but not completely sure of the discount). I totally recommend this salon as well as Nikki to anyone looking for impeccable nails and waxing services. Read Less

I really want to like this nail spa considering the reviews, but maybe I didn't get the right technician or received an off day.I came here for a regular pedicure and overall the service was okay. My nails were not cut short enough and unfortunately I didn't really notice until after the polish comes on. In addition, the cut was uneven, making it uncomfortable when wearing shoes. The polish started to chip after a week.I do really like that they line the pedicure basin. To me that's a HUGE plus. However, I did notice some basin already had liners in them with water. Which makes me wonder if they truly line it up fresh when I got there. After experiencing an infection from another spa, basin hygiene is so, so important to me. No reaction while I'm here so all is good!They have a great selection of brands including some name brands and breathable Zoya. I picked that and it could've contributed to the early chipping. They did not use the Zoya bottom and top coat, just the regular one (which negates the point of having a breathable nail polish).The service was good and the staff were friendly. A great atmosphere and lovely and friendly staff, a huge choice of nail treatments, colours and designs plus they're always happy to try something new! It took me 12 nail salons to find this place. I am a really picky person when it comes to my nails and finding the right salon took me a while. Lisa is amazing! She takes her time and does an amazing job. I love designs and colors and every time I bring a new idea to her she isn't afraid to make it happen. I have had techs who flat out say no and do a poor job. Lisa on the otherhand has impressed me. I definitely recommend this place. Read Less

Clean and comfortable. I just happened to be in the area and randomly decided to get a pedicure. This place was right in front of me so I walked in without checking reviews. It didn't disappoint though. The tools are sterilized, the place is clean, and they have liners in their tubs. Price is not exactly cheap but is good for the area. The technician did a wonderful job. She was really quiet (which I didn't mind at all), but was very thorough. My pedicure a week later still looks amazing. Read Less

I had an appointment booked for 9;30 this morning and no one turned up. I have been waiting outside for 20 minutes, calling the number in case there is a divert with no luck. I am so disappointed as my first visit was lovely. I will not be returning. I doubt the other customers I was waiting with will either. Such poor service Read Less

She didn't seem to care :( it was very rushed....the spa towel was cold n from experience I know it's supposed to be warm. Plus she used one towel for both hands :( I also noticed my cuticles had not been cleaned properly while she was polishing them. Just a really sad experience cause my experience with them in the pas has been good.Read Less

I don't get all of the glowing reviews of this place.....I tried this place because of the Yelp reviews, but this time, not so consistent. Went here for a pedicure, only, and opted for one of the signature pedicures. It was NOT inexpensive (it was actually quite pricey for the quality of service I was given). Had an appointment and still had to wait (not cool). Was finally taken back to the bowl/chair. The lady scrubbed by foot so hard, it brought blood near the surface of my skin (but never came through the skin). I noticed it when I got home! REALLY?! In addition, a very sloppy job of polishing my nails was done (polish on skin, etc.). The massage and scrub felt great, but as far as the finished product, #FAIL. Read Less

It was a very pleasant experience. Kindly greeted when I walked in and was directed to the wall of nail colors, mostly reds then my manicure was started immediately. She took the time to address some nail issues I had that my old salon never did, but didn't waste any time. Nails turned out beautiful and can't wait to go back for one of their unique pedicures in a great massage chair. Like another reviewer said, it didn't smell like a nail salon!
