Love my Cat Eye nails by Mimi! So far I've seen 3 other technicians and they were all great too. I'm very articulate with my nails and they surely don't disappoint. Had a great first experience at Aislinn Spa - I have short nails and like to get neutral SNS or dip powder manicures. They have a whole cabinet full of powder colors, and we're really helpful with picking a neutral pink (there are about 15 to 20 types!)Lisa was my manicurist, she did a great job with filing and buffing my nails. I also really appreciate it when nail technicians use a nail buffer rather than a dremel on a bare natural nail. Top notch service! I received a mani and pedi from Tiffany :) from the time I waked in she made me feel very welcome! The atmosphere was really relaxing.The pedi and mani: I have an extremely hard time finding technicians who can remove my ingrown toe nail properly (I know... Pretty disgusting). This is the one of the best nail jobs I've had in this area in a while- they offered beverages and had clean interior and utensils. I would have liked to be offered a full manicure with some moisturizing of my hands and arms but I guess you can't ask for the whole package everywhere- finding that is very rare. I had a nail extension with SNS dipping powder- my nails were breaking from too many acrylic treatments in the past- my nails look BOMB now! I am a LOYAL client of Aislinn Spa. I love when I call and Amy recognizes who I am. She also knows the nail technician I prefer, so that minimizes any awkwardness there could potentially be. I must brag about my nail technician, Nancy. She is approachable, talented, and she knows what I like. I'm really impressed with her thorough work. Tonight I walked in an hour and a half prior to close of business needing a fill in (with gel polish) and a gel pedicure. Not to mention, I already had gel on my toes that needed to be soaked off. Nancy didn't show any frustration despite the amount of work she needed to do in such a small window of time. I was impressed how diligently she worked. Many people would have done a rushed job, but not Nancy. I'm so thankful for her. She got my nails together and has me feeling like the girly girl I am. I would also recommend Christina for a great acrylic set. She's good with the trendy shapes. I recommend Lei for gel manicures. She speaks the best English and makes great conversation. Read Less

I tried to make an appt. --called twice and the receptionist kept saying "I don't hear you" repeatedly. I literally had to almost scream at one point. I made calls to other people before that and my end of line is fine... please get a new phone or network service if you want more customers then maybe I'd actually come or maybe the receptionist get her hearing checked? The service looked okay but my heels took two years to recover and still too much skin on my heels. I usually only go to resort spas. Not sure what they have in their foot cream but it was not good for my skin. I would like to cultivate places like this on MARS. I drove there and back. Love this place and have been coming for years.  Unlike most other nail spas, here, the owner is a really nice woman who ensures that every experience is a good one. Tips in cash only. They have an ATM.I couldn't go to my usual because they were closed on sundays.I got gel manicure and a pedicure. Gel nails are uneven, extremely thick, the edges look bad, and the tips are thin and uneven making it look like I have a mound of polish on my nails. My nail shape looks like I haphazardly hacked at my nails at home.When I asked her to fix the tips (because they were thin and uneven) she said I hit the walls of the UV light (which I didn't, I overheard my friend say something in there burned so I was careful not to touch anything.) she tried to fix it, but I ended up with a bunch of layers of gel.They pour acetone all over your hands when they remove old gel. They also leave the acetone cotton-foil combo on your nails for a really really long time. And she had me pick my gel color in my pedicure chair with foil on my fingers. It was inconvenient and hard but I got it I guess.Pedicure was meh compared to heaven nails. It doesn't look bad though. I'm not coming back sorry. Just moved here and looking for a good gel mani and pedi place this is it! Very relaxing atmosphere, the attention to detail is obvious in my nails! And the small imperfections that she found, My nail tech can probably do brain surgery! $63 for 1 hour of pedicure and gel manicure. Worth it for the quality and customer service. I went here for waxing and nails service a few weeks ago. Not good.The decor was just bland. First, I went in to get my waxing. The room was just that, a room. Plain and boring. The lady who was with me was quite the entire time. No service except yanking my hair out. She did a good job.My mani and pedi was blah. Missed the sides of my nails. No message either with my pedi. The staff (not the lady that took care of me), but other staff members were rude to one customer in particular. There was one lady who asked one of the staff members about what type of polish she got last time. The customer kept on saying, "I got that done here last time" and the lady who worked there kept saying, "No No No No" a few times and walked away while the customer was still talking. This place ain't cheap, aka two dolla signs, so this type of service is not ok. Not a repeat for me. Read Less

Worst manicure of my life ever. The nail technician they assigned to me was so careless and unskilled. I have no issues with Janet but they need a better mechanism to manage and train their employees. One shouldn't be placed in a situation where they're not sure if their technician will do well or not. She was very unprofessional and careless. They really botched my gel manicure; the technician kept on assuming the gel was dry and had to do this over 4 times. I ended up staying there for over an hour and a half, and it barely lasted a week. Their prices are just like any other nail salon, so I suppose I'll just go to another place with better service and higher quality products. Read Less

I was there 2 hours and left very displeased. I showed the nail tech a picture of a nail design I wanted done and gave her my phone so she could view it and zoom in if needed. I told her it didn't have to be exactly the same just similar. The design had a french base with gold accent lines and little splash of color. She started with the french base and it looked terrible. Not only did the polish not cover my entire nail, but the white was so thick and uneven. I didn't say anything because sometimes things don't look right at first but it ends up looking beautiful. Well, this was not the case. She then completed one nail in which she described was like the picture. My nail looked like my toddler got a hold of it. It was beyond laughable. I told her specifically what was wrong with it and she tried again and again and again. Eventually, I just told her it wasn't working out and to just remove everything. After washing my hands, I asked the nail tech to do a regular shellac manicure and explained I wanted the polish to cover my entire nail. I usually do french but settled on one color based on her previous work. The boss walks over and speaks to her for awhile in Vietnamese (I have no idea what they're saying). Then the boss lady says to me in English that my nail is too short to do the design and that if I grow my nails then they could do it. Right! Blame the Customer after the nail tech stated she could do the design and tried for 1.5 hours. Somehow I doubt that nail tech could do ANY design. So I left with a regular shellac manicure that looked a week old because the polish didn't cover my entire nail and was charged full price. Wow. Never will I go there again. Not only was the work horrific but to have management actually blame ME for their poor quality was unimaginable. Read Less
