This place has GREAT reviews, but I had a terrible experience. I called ahead, made an appointment and asked for acrylics. AFTER I had 1 hand GLUED one of the women comes over and says something like “my nails are very short and I need the dip, in 2 weeks when you come back they will be great!” What she meant was to take the acrylics off and use only the dip. Before I could say I want the acrylics regardless how long my nails are, the women working on my nails cuts a glued on acrylic nail way down. She didn’t even attempt to make it look good, just cut it off. As a result I have a right hand that has short square acrylics and one hand that does not. I wanted to have short coffin nails and walked out paying $45 for nails that are messy, splotchy, square and uneven. I am really really upset that I can’t fix this and will not be back again. Ever. First visit, edges and corners of acrylic nails so thin they break after a week even after asking them to be thicker. 2nd visit different girl good acrylic, terrible paint job, sticky hours later, had to put my own clear coat on to stop it. I called ahead of time to make sure it wasn't busy when I walked over since I was staying in the hotel across the street. I was told to come in at 5pm, and when I arrived at 4:55pm, I was seated immediately. I got my nails done by Tony. I was politely offered something to drink. He then fixed the mistakes a nail tech from a salon in my hometown had made, while he did my fill-in. My nails turned out perfect. Pang is an absolute artist. I walked in with brittle, weak, uneven nails and walked out with gorgeous rock-hard nails that look healthy and shiny thanks to Pang and a pot of SNS (dip powder).For $45, she added acrylic tips to my nails and 5 layers of powder. Love this group. They give you what you ask for. Service is great. Made me feel welcome every time. Parking is great. I haven't tried all their services but it looks they offer everything from permanent make-up to massages. Prices are decent for this area I guess. I came from KY, so. Lol Read Less

This isn't the most luxurious Nail Spa, and it isn't much to look at, but the quality of work makes up for it. My nail tech was Sofia (SP) and she was great. From the pedicure through the full set of SNS powder nails, she asked frequently if I was ok with everything. I think that's a big deal because so many times you can't actually see how well things look until the very end. But with Sofia, I knew the length, shape, and color were great as she went along. I'll definitely be coming back as it's been hard to find a nail salon with quality work around here.Read Less
