I have been a customer of this location for over 20 years . When my daughter was 2 years old the owner made a seat for her so that she could get a pedicure along with her mommy . Every time we go there they always seem to have a different movie which makes the time go by so quickly . The pricing for the pedicures and manicures are very inexpensive but the quality is ridiculously good . So if you happen to be in Fair Oaks Mall and you want a great pedicure they give you a really good massage along with the new chairs they have make the massage even better . If you are short on time and need a quick manicure you do not even need an appointment you can just walk in and they always seem to have somebody that is available even when they're very busy. I will continue to get my manicures and pedicures at this location for as long as they are in business and anybody I know I always tell them about this place. Thank You Nail Pro a very happy customer.

I stopped here on a whim. I was very impressed with this nail salon. The ladies that work here are so nice. I was so happy with the way they work! I love my nails and the excellent service I received! Very precise and painless. I faithfully come here now.

The guy was not gentle, unfriendly and used the wrong color. I had to double check on my way out to ensure I wasnt crazy. Also, the manicure was sloppy. Definitely not worth 35 bucks. Never again. Wor...
The guy was not gentle, unfriendly and used the wrong color. I had to double check on my way out to ensure I wasnt crazy. Also, the manicure was sloppy. Definitely not worth 35 bucks. Never again. Worst money spent ever on a manicure. Guess I'll get them redone someplace better.

Made appt same day on a Monday and was able to fit in around 5:30 pm. I asked if they did gel nails and they said yes! The manicurist are very detailed, friendly and sweet. They took their time, and did a great job on my nails. And the atmosphere is relaxing. This is my new nail salon. I'd surely go back!

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon today. The lady giving me a pedicure cut my toe really bad and it was still bleeding very badly when I left over an hour later. She never apologized or showed any remorse and I had to ask for a bandaid Because the bleeding would not stop. She kept putting some drops on it and touching my cut with the tip of the bottle. All the tools used were not sterile. The nail files look like they have been used on 100 people! I am very worried that I will get an infection from their unsanitary practices.

I've never been disappointed! They have a variety of different gels as well as many pedicure options to choose from.. It's is total wonderful if you go to.

Got gel french mani. Technician was super friendly, but the nails themselves? He didnt do a great job to begin with, the tips were chipped, and the next day the gel already started to peel off. I paid almost 50 for nothing. Not sure if its the product you guys use but my nails didnt even last a full week and I sit behind a computer all day....

With all due respect... the industry is riddled with 'nail techs' you have to be careful with themNever coming here again lady was trying to hard to get her money! Pedicure was 37 that is how much I pay for a fill. Only reason I came is because I needed one but stay away ! She wouldn't stop talking about a gel pedicure and how it's good! I told her I wanted a regular pedicure and she wouldn't be quiet about the gel pedicure so I went with it! She did a massage and it lasted like one minute. Just some advise to not come here! I didn't tip her either was not worth it.You want flower?? $5 dollar extra.... You want diamond in flower??? $5 dollar extra You want Sea Salt? $10 dollar extra. Bing bong bing bong sha na na na. Ha ha ha...she just told the other technician your feet are nasty hhhhhhhhhhhhhh their language lol because the nail techs try to be nice so that they can get your money and then after you leave they joke about or do it while they are doing your nails!

Tommy has never failed me. My nails always last when he does them. I am a cosmetologist and anyone in my field know that if our acrylics lift its game over. However when tommy does them I get absolutely no lifting. Thank you for your skills. I highly recommend tommy. My acrylic nails always last until my next fill. :)

Quiet, not very busy. Had to wait 30 minutes to get eyebrows waxed. Worker payed me no attention older women is rude. She sat outside of the shop talking on her phone and to friends instead of helping...

Love this place. The pedicure chairs are amazing, and Lynn is wonderful in giving massage. They have great selection with shellac color. They allow tip on credit cards.

I have been a customer of this location for over 20 years . When my daughter was 2 years old the owner made a seat for her so that she could get a pedicure along with her mommy . Every time we go there they always seem to have a different movie which makes the time go by so quickly . Made appt same day on a Monday and was able to fit in around 5:30 pm. I asked if they did gel nails and they said yes! The manicurist are very detailed, friendly and sweet. They took their time, and did a great job on my nails. And the atmosphere is relaxing. This is my new nail salon. I'd surely go back!

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon today. The lady giving me a pedicure cut my toe really bad and it was still bleeding very badly when I left over an hour later.
