Scheduled an appointment for a full set with amber. I got to the salon and the owner told me that amber could not do a full set, she isn’t trained to do that. Apparently the owner is the only technician that can do a full set. I drove all the way from Arlington. Really unprofessional.

I've been here a two times.
Due to my occupation, I cannot get my nails done frequently.
But when I have vacations coming up I get it done.

Due to my occupation, I cannot get my nails done frequently.
But when I have vacations coming up I get it done.
I came here once last year and "Judy" did a excellent job on my nails.
The gel polish stayed on for over 3 months. But sadly Judy was not there anymore.
Recently, when I visited, I got deep French gel nails by "Amber" she did a very nice job. She did not talk much but she was friendly. I asked her "can you do this like this" and she was like "yes of course."
Amber asked me if I wanted the French to be thicker and asked if it was okay. Which I liked because I wanted it to look pretty.
I also kept asking her questions about like glass nails and she answered everything really nicely. It has been a month now and my gel nails have not chipped.
But now my problem is.
I went with one of my friend to get our nails done together at the same.
My friend got her nails done by Joanne. (I'm guessing she is the owner)
Joanne was keep telling my friend to "relax your hand, stop putting so much tension/power in your hand, its difficult for me when you do that. you have to have a good posture blah blah "
Which was really annoying for me to hear, since I was right next to my friend, because she didn't go there to get nagged at. And Joanne kept telling her relax your hand stop putting so much power.
I mean LADY! She is a customer. You have to make her comfortable while she is getting her nails done. COME ON.
(this was all in Korean)
Oh and one nice thing she said to my friend was that she has pretty nails and friends.
Also, my friend did not know that the the led light turns off and you have to tap your hand for it to turn on. SO she didn't do it. So I guess my friends nails didn't dry completely for the next coat. and
Joanne : was like " you have to tap it so it dries completely , it didn't dry well " (sighing)
and
my friend : was like, " Its okay don't worry about it since it was my fault."
and
Joanne : was like (sighing again)" I can't redo it for you because If I have to redo this nail I have to take everything off."(VERY RUDE tone).
My friend said it was okay and it was her fault. I do not understand why Joanne had to say it like that.
After getting our nails done we went to get coffee and we were like should we write a review our not? because they are good at nails, but
Joanne is extremely rude. And after thinking about it, we were really annoyed.
They are really skilled at doing nails. But just get it done by someone other than Joanne.
Amber was really nice, I would recommend her.
If you don't care about rudeness, but want nice nails go get it done by Joanne.

I went to this salon on 3/15/18 specifically to get a particular nail design done that my regular shop doesn't do.( I researched on google salons near my home and saw that they did very similar designs) I walked in and was greeted by a technician who asked me to have a seat and she would be with momentarily. A few moments later she asks me for my name. I told her, and she proceeded to look through the calendar. I told her I didn't have an appointment and I was interested in getting a fill and proceeded to show her a picture of what I wanted. She went to check with a co worker and then she asked me to have a sit in a chair at a station.
We began some small talk, I asked how long they had been in the area, because as A long time resident sometimes you miss on new business. She proceeded to ask me about my nail I told her that it was a gel powder and then asked me if it was my nail. I told her no (I needed a fill so you could definitely tell they weren't mine) She then proceeds to tell me that they don't do acrylic. I said "ok that's fine so then what do you? do you do Gel?" Technician says "yes, but it's more expensive" I said "ok, that's fine" She said "it is $65 " I said "ok... money is not a problem" She goes "are you sure" at that point I was done. Continuing to push the cost of the service after I told you it's fine is really suspect to me and as a result I left. The customer service at this place is really piss poor. You have no idea what is in my pocket to continue to push the issue of money, especially after I told you IT WAS FINE.
To be fair, I wrote specifically to the business on facebook messenger and someone replied back. The response was sarcastic and wasn't very apologetic in my opinion. So I say this to say that although this may not be a common occurrence at this salon. It happened to me and people should be aware that there is potential of this happening to you.

I got a gel manicure done 5 weeks ago (exactly) and today I'm going to get another. The color and pattern lasted that long! I have one tiny chip and obviously my nails have grown slightly but I still get compliments on them. I wanted to get my nails done after I got engaged and I did my research to find a salon that could do designs. I also had a couple of nails that broke so they gave me extensions so they'd all look the same. I'm very rough on my nails and gel never lasts longer than 2 weeks so I definitely got my money's worth. I drove out of my way to get to joannes even though there's a salon that is 400 ft from my house I'll be going to joannes for my gel manis from now on. With 2 extensions and polish it was just over $50 but it lasted 5 weeks so I am happy.

There is only ONE person who knows how to do the uv gel sculpture nails in the entire salon (or maybe she was lying to me). It's harder to book an appointment wanting that service done since she's the only person who has the ability to do it and is most likely always booked up since the uv gel nails are most popular now.
Don't let these other 5 star reviews fool you. This establishment shouldn't advertise a particular service on their price list when only ONE person knows how to do them. Ellada nail studio in Reston only starts off charging $70 for uv gel sculpture nails (which is $10 cheaper) and their establishment has a full staff who knows how to do them.

This was my first time going to Joanne's Nail Design and WOW!! I am completely impressed. Their customer service, atmosphere and nail art is out of this world. Definitely worth the drive! I will be definitely coming back I am extremely pick with my nails and they did an AMAZING job!!! Everyone was very friendly and polite. Loved it!!!! I highly recommend this nail salon!

- TL;DR Verison -Want beautiful nails? Go to Joannes! Joanne and her staff are very meticulous when it comes to your nails, so you won't be disappointed. She has a wide selection of regular and gel polishes so you'll be able to find the perfect color you're looking for. The establishment is very clean and you don't get that "chemically" nail salon smell. A little pricier than other nail salons, but you definitely get what you pay for. Staff are courteous and not rude at all (in my experiences). Be sure to pay in cash to save an extra 5% on your service and sign up for a membership box, so that you can redeem it for a service (believe it's just a regular or gel mani) in the future!- In Depth Review -Joanne is my go-to to get my nails done in the Fairfax area. There's been a couple of times that I would venture off and try a new nail salon out, but I always come running back. Joanne and her staff are very meticulous when it comes to the nails, and I can't find that anywhere else.Whether I decided to spruce them up a bit or do a basic gel mani, I can't help but stare at my nails in awe. Also, they somehow manage to make my short, brittle nails, look beautiful (I don't personally like having short nails but Joanne's staff are always able to shape them and match each nail as perfectly as they can). Joanne also has an array of regular and gel polishes! So you should be able to find the perfect color you're looking for.Joanne is a little bit pricier than other nail salons, but you definitely get what you pay for. Like others have stated, you get a complimentary back massage and a hot stone hand massage. I usually either get a gel mani and sometimes a regular pedi, just FYI. Also, Joanne's offer complimentary drinks (water or tea) and the establishment is atheistically pleasing and doesn't have the typical nail salon chemically smell. Don't forget to bring cash, since you'll be discounted 5% off of whatever service you get. Also, you can sign up for a membership box which will include some nail tools that they will use during your visits. They will change these out as it wears down. As you accumulate a certain amount of points, you'll be able to redeem it for a service (believe it's just a regular or gel mani). Service is always courteous for the most part, so it's kind of disappointing to read some Yelpers haven't been able to experience some of that as I've had (trust if the service went down, I would definitely write it here).I will never go back and venture again because Joanne's Nail Design always does it right for me at least.

Well worth the drive and investment. The place is very clean and lux. The staff are very nice and professional. They will work with you to find the perfect nail design.

Warning: LONG!The decor is beautiful inside and I really wanted to like this place but my experience here was sub-par compared to my other nail places I've been to. TL/DR: Lack of attention to detail, pricey, sub-par customer experience.I got a regular mani-pedi combo and they were quite efficient at getting both done simultaneously, however, I didn't get the full treatment for either. Since the nail technician came to me at the chair where I was getting my pedi done, she didn't have all of her supplies such as the soap solution to soften my cuticles; she had the bare minimum to get the job done. I'm normally not a chatty person, but I don't mind a little conversation, and there was absolutely none! My pedicure experience was the same. The technician did the bare minimum with no massaging. I expect to have a nice massage on my hands, legs, and feet when I get them done, that is part of the experience! Am I right??The nail polish painting technique isn't great either. The nail tech would just glob on the nail polish onto my nails leading to thick nails which took FOREVER to dry. Did I mention that they don't have UV lights to dry your nails? It's just a small station in the back with independent fans that blow them dry. After sitting there for a good 15 minutes, it still wasn't dry and I was quite frustrated. A lady was sitting next to me that was sitting there for at least 30 minutes and her's still wasn't dry either! After all that, my nails had bubbling on them because of the thick painting of the polish!!! So annoyed with it all.I also realized that the owner, Joanne, was constantly taking calls while doing someone else's nails which led to many pauses for that customer's experience and time. I think that she is the only person allowed to take the calls because no other technician was interested in picking up the phone. My sister came here for the first time as well and Joanne sort of dropped everything just to greet and say hi to an assumed "good paying customer." Due to my experience regarding the lack of attention to detail and customer experience, I wouldn't recommend coming here and unfortunately won't be back. TL/DR: Lack of attention to detail, pricey, sub-par customer experience.

Came here to get my nails done! They greeted me right away. Although I didn't have an appointment they still took me right away. The manager Joanne did my nails. I got the gel manicure. She did really good. My nails were neat she gave me a quick shoulder and arm massage. The price is fairly decent. It was 32.00 for the gel manicure. The shop is clean, pretty and chic. You can tell the people who work there and the manager take pride into their shop. I had a good experience coming here. Definitely will come back. Such a cute shop and relaxing atmosphere.

It's been a week since my visit to Joanne's for the first time. I saw her a few times when she was at her other fairfax location and was super impressed and loved the service. I went for a spa pedicure And a gel manicure. The tech that took care of me (I don't know her name) was nice she did an awesome job on my pedi and the color was great but 2 days later the color chipped :( I almost never have this problem at other salons so I was surprised being that this salon is a lot more expensive than others. As far as the mani the reg mani was good she did a great job cleaning my cuticles but I had deep French done with gold sticker lines. The stickers were supposed to cover my whole nail but per the picture you can see she didn't really pay attention to covering the whole nail and some are a lot shorter than they should be. Not even a full 2 days later the stickers were lifting and then fell off on some of my nails :( needless to say I was pretty upset. Come day 5 my thumb chipped and peeled off the top. I gave this place 3 stars bc the salon itself is really nice and they do a great job on cleaning your cuticles and giving a massage but if you want your color to stay for longer u may want to rethink... however from experience Joanne is great and her gel work almost never chips and stay for a lot longer than 2-3 weeks.. as far as the other techs I've only seen one and she isn't as meticulous as the pricing would require. I'll prob return but def make an appt with Someone else. Btw the mani/ spa pedi was 105$ with the cash discount so it wasn't cheap!

Although I didn't make an appointment ahead of time, they still booked me to come in on the same day (just an hour later). This nail salon is by far the best one I've been to. The tech that did my nails were so detailed and made sure every fingernail was the same shape and length! The color and polishing was amazing, along with their massages.

Looking at photos and reviews on Yelp, decided to call to make an appointment day of for myself and a friend. The person on the other end was very sweet and helpful-- I'm guessing joanne. Found the interior of the salon to be in a very cute and bright, giving off a nice comfortable and clean atmosphere. I was helped right away, however my friend did have to wait about 10 minutes or so before they got started on her. Both me and my friend had chosen gel manicures. They had a wide selection of colors, which was great. The assistants had cleaned and groomed our nails before painting. I found it a little odd that the hand massage came after our nails were done, however they weren't affected thank goodness. Overall, the quality of the work was a just slightly over mediocre. I came after work on a Monday and waited maybe 5 mins until JoAnne finished sweeping the floor. After she was done, she ran my pedicure water in a bag lined bowl. She asked if I was a member (they get 10% discount) when they purchase their tools. There are mainly OPI polishes up front, but I always bring my own because I've had bad experiences w/ salons adding thinner to their colors when it gets too thick then the polish chips in 3 days. I watched this one worker go. To. TOWN on this lady's feet next me. She had to switch callus scrapers on this poor woman, but LISTEN after all that scraping on Myra's feet, the worker squeezed vitamin E oil out of a capsule and rubbed that into the woman's feet. I've never seen anyone do that before, good work.Now back to me, the standard pedi comes with stone massage and paraffin wax treatment for $35. Sounds good but they rub your legs for all of 2 seconds with the stones and they only use a tablespoon (I'm not joking, it was a kitchen spoon) of paraffin wax for your heal. Most places dip your entire foot into the bowl; nah, not here. I noticed JoAnne stopping this woman's nail treatment a few times to answer the phone like another reviewer commented. It was also pretty warm in there. All in all, it was a good pedi and a nice girly atmosphere that I enjoy.

The BEST nail salon and spa I have been to in 15 years in Northern Virginia. Joanne and her staff are perfectionists and experts. I can bring Joanne a picture of any nail design and she does it perfectly! I could not be more pleased. The spa pedicure is heavenly, and I am addicted ---- I must have one every 2 weeks. I adore this place!!!!! The atmosphere is sleek, relaxing, quiet, immaculately clean, and Joanne and everyone else are polite and experts in customer service.

I went with one of my friend to get our nails done together at the same.
My friend got her nails done by Joanne. (I'm guessing she is the owner)
Joanne was keep telling my friend to "relax your hand, stop putting so much tension/power in your hand, its difficult for me when you do that. you have to have a good posture blah blah "
Which was really annoying for me to hear, since I was right next to my friend, because she didn't go there to get nagged at. And Joanne kept telling her relax your hand stop putting so much power.
I mean LADY! She is a customer. You have to make her comfortable while she is getting her nails done. COME ON.
(this was all in Korean)
Oh and one nice thing she said to my friend was that she has pretty nails and friends.
Also, my friend did not know that the the led light turns off and you have to tap your hand for it to turn on. SO she didn't do it. So I guess my friends nails didn't dry completely for the next coat. and
Joanne : was like " you have to tap it so it dries completely , it didn't dry well " (sighing)
and
my friend : was like, " Its okay don't worry about it since it was my fault."
and
Joanne : was like (sighing again)" I can't redo it for you because If I have to redo this nail I have to take everything off."(VERY RUDE tone).
My friend said it was okay and it was her fault. I do not understand why Joanne had to say it like that.
After getting our nails done we went to get coffee and we were like should we write a review our not? because they are good at nails, but
Joanne is extremely rude. And after thinking about it, we were really annoyed.
They are really skilled at doing nails. But just get it done by someone other than Joanne.
Amber was really nice, I would recommend her.
If you don't care about rudeness, but want nice nails go get it done by Joanne.

I went to this salon on 3/15/18 specifically to get a particular nail design done that my regular shop doesn't do.( I researched on google salons near my home and saw that they did very similar designs) I walked in and was greeted by a technician who asked me to have a seat and she would be with momentarily. A few moments later she asks me for my name. I told her, and she proceeded to look through the calendar. I told her I didn't have an appointment and I was interested in getting a fill and proceeded to show her a picture of what I wanted. She went to check with a co worker and then she asked me to have a sit in a chair at a station.
We began some small talk, I asked how long they had been in the area, because as A long time resident sometimes you miss on new business. She proceeded to ask me about my nail I told her that it was a gel powder and then asked me if it was my nail. I told her no (I needed a fill so you could definitely tell they weren't mine) She then proceeds to tell me that they don't do acrylic. I said "ok that's fine so then what do you? do you do Gel?" Technician says "yes, but it's more expensive" I said "ok, that's fine" She said "it is $65 " I said "ok... money is not a problem" She goes "are you sure" at that point I was done. Continuing to push the cost of the service after I told you it's fine is really suspect to me and as a result I left. The customer service at this place is really piss poor. You have no idea what is in my pocket to continue to push the issue of money, especially after I told you IT WAS FINE.
To be fair, I wrote specifically to the business on facebook messenger and someone replied back. The response was sarcastic and wasn't very apologetic in my opinion. So I say this to say that although this may not be a common occurrence at this salon. It happened to me and people should be aware that there is potential of this happening to you.

I got a gel manicure done 5 weeks ago (exactly) and today I'm going to get another. The color and pattern lasted that long! I have one tiny chip and obviously my nails have grown slightly but I still get compliments on them. I wanted to get my nails done after I got engaged and I did my research to find a salon that could do designs. I also had a couple of nails that broke so they gave me extensions so they'd all look the same. I'm very rough on my nails and gel never lasts longer than 2 weeks so I definitely got my money's worth. I drove out of my way to get to joannes even though there's a salon that is 400 ft from my house I'll be going to joannes for my gel manis from now on. With 2 extensions and polish it was just over $50 but it lasted 5 weeks so I am happy.

There is only ONE person who knows how to do the uv gel sculpture nails in the entire salon (or maybe she was lying to me). It's harder to book an appointment wanting that service done since she's the only person who has the ability to do it and is most likely always booked up since the uv gel nails are most popular now.
Don't let these other 5 star reviews fool you. This establishment shouldn't advertise a particular service on their price list when only ONE person knows how to do them. Ellada nail studio in Reston only starts off charging $70 for uv gel sculpture nails (which is $10 cheaper) and their establishment has a full staff who knows how to do them.

I will be definitely coming back I am extremely pick with my nails and they did an AMAZING job!!! Everyone was very friendly and polite. Loved it!!!! I highly recommend this nail salon!

- TL;DR Verison -Want beautiful nails? Go to Joannes! Joanne and her staff are very meticulous when it comes to your nails, so you won't be disappointed. She has a wide selection of regular and gel polishes so you'll be able to find the perfect color you're looking for. The establishment is very clean and you don't get that "chemically" nail salon smell. A little pricier than other nail salons, but you definitely get what you pay for. Staff are courteous and not rude at all (in my experiences). Be sure to pay in cash to save an extra 5% on your service and sign up for a membership box, so that you can redeem it for a service (believe it's just a regular or gel mani) in the future!- In Depth Review -Joanne is my go-to to get my nails done in the Fairfax area. There's been a couple of times that I would venture off and try a new nail salon out, but I always come running back. Joanne and her staff are very meticulous when it comes to the nails, and I can't find that anywhere else.Whether I decided to spruce them up a bit or do a basic gel mani, I can't help but stare at my nails in awe. Also, they somehow manage to make my short, brittle nails, look beautiful (I don't personally like having short nails but Joanne's staff are always able to shape them and match each nail as perfectly as they can). Joanne also has an array of regular and gel polishes! So you should be able to find the perfect color you're looking for.Joanne is a little bit pricier than other nail salons, but you definitely get what you pay for. Like others have stated, you get a complimentary back massage and a hot stone hand massage. I usually either get a gel mani and sometimes a regular pedi, just FYI. Also, Joanne's offer complimentary drinks (water or tea) and the establishment is atheistically pleasing and doesn't have the typical nail salon chemically smell. Don't forget to bring cash, since you'll be discounted 5% off of whatever service you get. Also, you can sign up for a membership box which will include some nail tools that they will use during your visits. They will change these out as it wears down. As you accumulate a certain amount of points, you'll be able to redeem it for a service (believe it's just a regular or gel mani). Service is always courteous for the most part, so it's kind of disappointing to read some Yelpers haven't been able to experience some of that as I've had (trust if the service went down, I would definitely write it here).I will never go back and venture again because Joanne's Nail Design always does it right for me at least.

Warning: LONG!The decor is beautiful inside and I really wanted to like this place but my experience here was sub-par compared to my other nail places I've been to. TL/DR: Lack of attention to detail, pricey, sub-par customer experience.I got a regular mani-pedi combo and they were quite efficient at getting both done simultaneously, however, I didn't get the full treatment for either. Since the nail technician came to me at the chair where I was getting my pedi done, she didn't have all of her supplies such as the soap solution to soften my cuticles; she had the bare minimum to get the job done. I'm normally not a chatty person, but I don't mind a little conversation, and there was absolutely none! My pedicure experience was the same. The technician did the bare minimum with no massaging. I expect to have a nice massage on my hands, legs, and feet when I get them done, that is part of the experience! Am I right??The nail polish painting technique isn't great either. The nail tech would just glob on the nail polish onto my nails leading to thick nails which took FOREVER to dry. Did I mention that they don't have UV lights to dry your nails? It's just a small station in the back with independent fans that blow them dry. After sitting there for a good 15 minutes, it still wasn't dry and I was quite frustrated. A lady was sitting next to me that was sitting there for at least 30 minutes and her's still wasn't dry either! After all that, my nails had bubbling on them because of the thick painting of the polish!!! So annoyed with it all.I also realized that the owner, Joanne, was constantly taking calls while doing someone else's nails which led to many pauses for that customer's experience and time. I think that she is the only person allowed to take the calls because no other technician was interested in picking up the phone. My sister came here for the first time as well and Joanne sort of dropped everything just to greet and say hi to an assumed "good paying customer." Due to my experience regarding the lack of attention to detail and customer experience, I wouldn't recommend coming here and unfortunately won't be back. TL/DR: Lack of attention to detail, pricey, sub-par customer experience.

Came here to get my nails done! They greeted me right away. Although I didn't have an appointment they still took me right away. The manager Joanne did my nails. I got the gel manicure. She did really good. My nails were neat she gave me a quick shoulder and arm massage. The price is fairly decent. It was 32.00 for the gel manicure. The shop is clean, pretty and chic. You can tell the people who work there and the manager take pride into their shop. I had a good experience coming here. Definitely will come back. Such a cute shop and relaxing atmosphere.

It's been a week since my visit to Joanne's for the first time. I saw her a few times when she was at her other fairfax location and was super impressed and loved the service. I went for a spa pedicure And a gel manicure. The tech that took care of me (I don't know her name) was nice she did an awesome job on my pedi and the color was great but 2 days later the color chipped :( I almost never have this problem at other salons so I was surprised being that this salon is a lot more expensive than others. As far as the mani the reg mani was good she did a great job cleaning my cuticles but I had deep French done with gold sticker lines. The stickers were supposed to cover my whole nail but per the picture you can see she didn't really pay attention to covering the whole nail and some are a lot shorter than they should be. Not even a full 2 days later the stickers were lifting and then fell off on some of my nails :( needless to say I was pretty upset. Come day 5 my thumb chipped and peeled off the top. I gave this place 3 stars bc the salon itself is really nice and they do a great job on cleaning your cuticles and giving a massage but if you want your color to stay for longer u may want to rethink... however from experience Joanne is great and her gel work almost never chips and stay for a lot longer than 2-3 weeks.. as far as the other techs I've only seen one and she isn't as meticulous as the pricing would require. I'll prob return but def make an appt with Someone else. Btw the mani/ spa pedi was 105$ with the cash discount so it wasn't cheap!

Although I didn't make an appointment ahead of time, they still booked me to come in on the same day (just an hour later). This nail salon is by far the best one I've been to. The tech that did my nails were so detailed and made sure every fingernail was the same shape and length! The color and polishing was amazing, along with their massages.

Looking at photos and reviews on Yelp, decided to call to make an appointment day of for myself and a friend. The person on the other end was very sweet and helpful-- I'm guessing joanne. Found the interior of the salon to be in a very cute and bright, giving off a nice comfortable and clean atmosphere. I was helped right away, however my friend did have to wait about 10 minutes or so before they got started on her. Both me and my friend had chosen gel manicures. They had a wide selection of colors, which was great. The assistants had cleaned and groomed our nails before painting. I found it a little odd that the hand massage came after our nails were done, however they weren't affected thank goodness. Overall, the quality of the work was a just slightly over mediocre. I came after work on a Monday and waited maybe 5 mins until JoAnne finished sweeping the floor. After she was done, she ran my pedicure water in a bag lined bowl. She asked if I was a member (they get 10% discount) when they purchase their tools. There are mainly OPI polishes up front, but I always bring my own because I've had bad experiences w/ salons adding thinner to their colors when it gets too thick then the polish chips in 3 days. I watched this one worker go. To. TOWN on this lady's feet next me. She had to switch callus scrapers on this poor woman, but LISTEN after all that scraping on Myra's feet, the worker squeezed vitamin E oil out of a capsule and rubbed that into the woman's feet. I've never seen anyone do that before, good work.Now back to me, the standard pedi comes with stone massage and paraffin wax treatment for $35. Sounds good but they rub your legs for all of 2 seconds with the stones and they only use a tablespoon (I'm not joking, it was a kitchen spoon) of paraffin wax for your heal. Most places dip your entire foot into the bowl; nah, not here. I noticed JoAnne stopping this woman's nail treatment a few times to answer the phone like another reviewer commented. It was also pretty warm in there. All in all, it was a good pedi and a nice girly atmosphere that I enjoy.

The BEST nail salon and spa I have been to in 15 years in Northern Virginia. Joanne and her staff are perfectionists and experts. I can bring Joanne a picture of any nail design and she does it perfectly! I could not be more pleased. The spa pedicure is heavenly, and I am addicted ---- I must have one every 2 weeks. I adore this place!!!!! The atmosphere is sleek, relaxing, quiet, immaculately clean, and Joanne and everyone else are polite and experts in customer service.
