Best nail salon in the area. I drive 25 minutes to come here. LOVE the service and attention to detail. I disliked my last visit with Tina who was apparently too tired yet worked on me. She was rude and short tempered. I very much hated my last experience, but I will go back and try again

My favorite nail place in the area!! I am so picky about my nails so I drive all the way from Ashburn to be pampered here. They always do such a good job and I never feel rushed. Prices are a little high but I think they go above and beyond so it's worth every penny. They do offer cash discounts so bring cash! I also signed up for their membership which you get your own nail file, buffer and a membership card so you can accumulate credits to use towards future services. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

I had to change my rating from 5 starts to 2 because of the recent experience I had. I've made an appointment specifically asking for Jenny which I've confirmed several times, but when I got to the salon, Jenny was busy with another customer. I was little disappointed, but I can understand because they are always busy.
After I paid for the service (including tips), I was confronted by the lady asking why my tip amount wasn't big in Korean. Gratuity is given for the service you get. My nails had dust bubbles, color was not evenly distributed, and I felt like everything was rushed. I had to wait for my party when I started much later. I did not feel pampered. I did not want to make a big scene, so I gave her more tips. She took it and went to the back room. After 15 minutes later, when I was driving out, she ran out and gave back (or threw the money inside the car). I was appalled by her action. I was in a hurry so couldn't talk to the manager, so I hope she reads this. I wonder if the lady would have the same audacity if I didn't speak Korean.
I wouldn't say that I wouldn't go back to Heaven Nail, but I am definitely hesitant.
Previous comment: When you move to a different area, It's so difficult to find a good nail salon that you can trust. I found mine. Heavens Nail & Spa is the best nail salon in town 👍 I always get gel manicure and pedicure, and they last at least 3 weeks. Jenny does my nails, and she's VERY meticulous and soooo sweet. Got my membership so I will visit again soon :)

Gel manicure lasts forever and never got any pen marks on my nails. I serve so I'm constantly washing my hands and shuffling pens in my apron so i usually get marks on my gel manicure. They did something right here. I asked for pink and white gradient nails, i didn't get exactly what i asked for but it was a nice interpretation and she took her time.

Since I've been going the Heaven Nails for about 2 years, I decided I should really give them a review. All I have to say is this place is awesome! Clean, bright, TV to watch while you get your mani or pedi. The workers are very nice. They have a great color selection and will help you choose a color. The seats for the pedicures are very comfortable. The music is nice. The services are consistent. The prices are reasonable. They have candy in the waiting area and will bring you water and candy if you want it. They also give a great shoulder massage with any service - which I can ALWAYS use! If you buy the membership box, you earn credits with every treatment that you can use towards any treatment. Great deal, silly not to do it. Love this place and have for a long time!

This is my go to nail salon. I used to live in the area but now drive across town to get my nails done because they are that good. If you want a neck and shoulder massage, nail art or just a nice gel manicure, then this place is for you. You get a neck and shoulder massage with your gel manicure. I feel like it's a mini-spa day every time I go.

I had to change my comment because the last time that I went to this nail salon I did not feel pampered or relaxed. The nail stylist changed in the middle and someone else finished exfoliating my hands and everything.
I’m really upset because I had such great experience at this place but I don’t know what has changed. Maybe the management changed and they have new rules.

If you're thinking about this nail salon.... definitely GO! Heaven Nail is AMAZING! One of the only places in the area that you can get a beautiful nail design & art. I came for the first time with some of my coworkers last Monday and we all got gel nail with designs. I got a nude pink base and strips of glass nail stickers on each of my fingers. The attention to detail when placing the designs on my nails was really impressive! Plus, they use a hot stone and massage your hands/arms. I wasn't expecting that but it felt so good! It even ended up not being as expensive as I thought the glass nail design would be.
Sadly some of my glass nail stickers started peeling off on that Wednesday night. I called Heaven Nail and they were happy to fix it for me! I went back last night and they completely fixed my nails for free. I got a different glass sticker than the first time, but I think I love it even more! It's so awesome that they offer the complimentary service to fix your nails if something happens.

I had Cindy and she had Julie.I got gel purple gradients, she got solid color gel nails, and my daughter had sparkly teal nails! (Shes 4)She hung out with me in my pedi chair and got some lotion and scrubbing (;They give complimentary massages and lots of oil rubs, lotions, and scrubs!I always had the impression that nail salons overly upsell, make you feel bad to upsell, and talk bad about you in their language. (The impression I get from viet nail salons, since I'm viet.) They were very nice korean ladies!We love our nails. I would totally come back!

My nails were a mess until I started working with Sue at the Heaven Spa. She is very meticulous about her work. Affordable membership means that you get your own nail tools, don't have to worry about someone else's germs, and rack up points to use for future services. Try it, you'll like it.

I went there for gel mani and pedi. The experience was really good overall. Like many people said on here, make sure you call and tell them exactly what you want done. I didnt tell them about wanting a design, so i had to go for gradiation instead. They inspected my nails (how long/how weak they are) and suggested few altercation to the gradiation, which i was fine with but i can see that certain people may find it overbearing. I loved both mani and pedi.. they are pretty amazing. The only complaint is that two people worked on my hands and you can tell they are worked by two people. I probably wouldve gave them 4.75 stars if possible. Either way, i really liked them and will come back for sure.

NO NO NO! I will never return to this place due to the fact that I am pretty sure they are not licensed (no licenses on display) and I also could not tell if all the tools they had used were sterile! It was gross..I got a gel mani and pedi -- gel mani was whatever and the pedi was TERRIBLE. There was literally gob nail polish on my toes, it was clumpy and all over the skin around my toes. $4/per nail for nail tape! WOW. What a rip-off. I was not impressed at all by the nail work my technician did. I had showed the technician a few photos of what I wanted but she seemed uninterested and not sure of whether or not she could do them.. I ended up with simple gold tape, 2 lines on 4 nails. My cuticles were messier when I left than when I went in... The polish work itself was whatever, not clean edged at all. Once I left, the gold tape started peeling that day and I ended up getting a brand new gel manicure ELSEWHERE just to get that crap off a few days later.They give you complimentary back and a hot stone hand massages but what is it point if I went there for my nails and I am not happy with it. I couldn't get out of there faster. Over $100 for that experience.. NEVER COMING BACK!

The name speaks volume!I would have to say finally I came to a spa that were totally honest with their price and did exactly what was advertised, didn't push to sell random add-ons and just nice people. My bill said $35 but since I paid cash, the bill came down to $33 ! I couldn't have asked for more honest group of people and family oriented service. I will definitely come back here again. Ask please ask for Jenny, she is the best !!!

The only place I go! I've been going for almost two years and it truly never disappoints. They are consistent, clean, extremely detailed and thorough, and very friendly. They do a great job with massages by using hot towels, stones, and a variety of textures to heighten the experience. Would definitely recommend!

Best nail salon around! We were in the area and Googled to see what was nearby and they were highly reviewed, so much so, they were completely booked when we arrived. They were able to fit us in without perturbing their schedule, and it was the best manicure ever! They were so professional and the attention to detail was notable. It felt like a high-end experience without the high-end pricing. We will be back, despite the drive!

If you're thinking about this nail salon.... definitely GO! Heaven Nail is AMAZING! One of the only places in the area that you can get a beautiful nail design & art. I came for the first time with some of my coworkers last Monday and we all got gel nail with designs. I got a nude pink base and strips of glass nail stickers on each of my fingers. I went there for gel mani and pedi. The experience was really good overall. Like many people said on here, make sure you call and tell them exactly what you want done. I didnt tell them about wanting a design, so i had to go for gradiation instead.
