Absolutely the worst acrylic set I’ve ever received. No shaping, lumpy and super wide on the end. I sent my daughter in to get her nails done. She’s been begging for months. She came out with something I could have done myself at home. I took her back in there and the lady only slightly improved her bad work. She blamed it on my daughter saying it’s “what she wanted” I’m pretty sure she didn’t walk in saying she wants a $54 sloppy nail job. The fact that she didn’t fix the issues I clearly pointed out & she told my daughter to do square instead of coffin to begin with leaves me confident that she simply sucks at her job. Will never return. With all the nail shops in this area I suggest you go elsewhere. Read Less

I sent my daughter in to this beautiful salon to get her nails done. She came out with something I could have done myself at home. I took her back in there & explained why I was unhappy with her nails. She had an attitude & blamed her crapy work on my daughter saying it's "what she wanted" I'm pretty sure she didn't walk in saying she wants a $54 sloppy nail job. She ended up with sloppy, lumpy, unshaped nails that are way too wide at the ends. She obviously gave her a rushed nail job with little to no effort because my daughter is young. It took 1/2 the time it normally would for a full acrylic set. To add insult to injury, she charged an unauthorized additional $5 to my card after she did a little bit of sanding, which made no difference. I will be taking her somewhere else to have them fixed. The nail tech clearly didn't care about her work or maybe just sucks at her job, either way I will never step foot back in this place. I suggest you go to one of the other many nail salons in Fairfax. I'm sure you'll get better work for less. Read Less

I was new to the area & chose Divine because it was close by where I lived. I did eventually venture out to a few other nail salons in the area only to return to Divine nail salon. They've even fixed a few mishaps from the other salons. I've had my nails done for years & they are very thin due to this. The ladies here are gentle & quick. I've had nails, toes, and eyebrows done here & the results are always perfect! Highly recommend! Read Less

Friendly service. English sometimes feels like a barrier in the exchange with customers which can be a little uncomfortable. Even when super busy they will do their best to accommodate walk-ins. Generally get a pedicure and it lasts very well as long as I don't choose an ultra glittery polish (issue being the nature of the polish and not the salon). Read Less

Don't go here unless you're comfortable wasting half your day. The customer service is terrible and they really just don't care about how long you wait. I called ahead and was seated at a pedicure station and then waited for 30 minutes. I asked one of the women how much longer and she said 5 minutes. Well 5 minutes came and went... I eventually just got up and left and no one said a word to me. When I called later to speak to a manager she literally said "it fine, you can go anywhere you want" in response to me telling her that she lost a customer. Wow. So basically they just don't give a flying F about losing customers due to their terrible service. Don't support this place. Read Less

I went in to get a polish change for my wedding and I asked how long the wait would be. The manager responded with: YOU WAIT YOU WAIT OR YOU LEAVE. I could not believe that anyone would answer that way when you just want to know how long the wait would be. I told her she shouldn't speak to me that way and it's very rude and just walked out.Read Less
