This place has been a blessing to me! As a George Mason University student I was very happy to find this salon accepts Mason Money (A form of payment). I feel the pricing for their services are very reasonable for what the service is and the quality. They also have amazing discounts/offers when it comes to certain services there if you subscribe to their VIP email subscription. Dante's has been very accommodating and nice to me every time I have planned to visit or visit...ed. I really appreciate the online booking option because it allows me to see who I prefer and when it is most convenient for me. My first experience at Dante's a few months ago was wonderful! I mostly visit Dante's for nail services, so after getting my nails done there for the first time I was offered a free shampoo/condition with a blow out! I believe that to have been a current offer at the time and not for being a first time customer; however, it was a really nice touch to my first time experience. The first nail technician I had was very good, but my most absolute favorite nail technician is Tiffany! She is so sweet and very good at what she does. I always look forward to seeing her and getting my nails done by her. I highly recommend seeing Tiffany for any nail service you want. Along with this review I attached my most recent nails done by Tiffany for Christmas. And as always she did a fabulous job! The picture does not show how pretty my nails look in person. Visited Dante's per a coworker who is always raving about the services. I got a 60-minute massage with Svetlana. I've had numerous massages at a wide range of places. This honestly was the best massage I've had. Svetlana suggested cupping due to a few problematic spots. I've always been curious about cupping so said yes without much thinking. So happy I did because I feel it significantly helped loosen up my problem areas.During the massage, I was made comfortable and asked about the pressure a few times. I appreciated the communication regarding tense areas and how it progressed over my back. Massage included a warm towel scented with an oil of your choice on the back of the neck followed by a mini-face massage.Will definitely be coming back for future massages. No complaints. Read Less

I always have had a great experience when I've gone to Dante Salon & Wellness Spa! I recently received a 50% off of my haircut and then when I was checking out I was also given $15 nail certificate towards any nail services!! They have great customer service and they do follow up with you to make sure that you've had a good experience, and if not- they want constructive criticism. I like how they give you plenty of opportunities to get discounts on any of their provided services, it's very nice to save some extra cash!! I would definitely recommend this salon to a friend! It's always clean and friendly faces greeting you once you walk in. I may not get my hair cut often, but I would rather spend a little extra money to have a great experience. Plus incentives off your next service is always nice! I have yet to get my nails done here, but from what I have seen and heard- I will be going back soon!!  The only reason I give it a 4/5 stars is because the prices are a little high, but then again it really great quality service. After living right across the street for years, I finally gave Dante's a try for a gel manicure. Wish I hadn't waited so long! The service was wonderful and my nails look great (minor cuticle cutting that bled, otherwise it defintely would've been 5 stars!). While waiting for my friend's manicure to wrap up, they told me I could get a complimentary blow out if I wanted! Um, yes! I like to refer to Dante as the magic man. On a couple of occassions I have had to get Dante to fix what others have done, I was living in Georgia at the time. I was looking for a spa to host 15 friends and me for a Spa Day 40 & Fabulous Birthday party. I was originally looking at a spa in Old Town (who shall not be named) and they were not helpful or accommodating. A friend recommended Dante's, and I'm so glad she did! Lydia & Rebecca were incredibly helpful & accommodating! We had the treatment room to ourselves and the staff were flexible with all the moving parts and any last minute changes. I went to see Dante at the suggestion of a good friend today as my hair was in need of desperate attention. Not only was the staff very nice and the price affordable, but Dante is awesome!!! I got foil highlights and a cut. I love the them both!! What I really appreciated, however, was his attention to detail from the small broken piece of hair that he trimmed to the very precise coloring technique ... it was refreshing and I feel like a million bucks. I never write yelp reviews but I just had to after getting a shellac manicure with Sarah yesterday. She really took her time to make sure that my nails were shaped nicely. I love this place. Staff is super nice , dante is a genius he fixed my burnt , terribly coloured hair. I came to this salon really upset but I walked out feeling confident and extremely happy I don't think I will be going to any other place for my hair now . I have been to the salon three times now and every time I come across the super affable staff and ever so patient Dante. My hair need a lot of work cuz of their texture and he is always so Polite and never complains and... is always making sure that I am happy with the look . This place is great. I recently had a therapeutic massage from Darwin and it was awesome. It was my first time getting one and it was excellent! Darwin was very knowledgeable and skilled. I have a bad shoulder which he worked with and around. I felt fantastic afterwards. Overall the experience was awesome and relaxing. It was best thing I didn't know I needed. I have been to several places for facials and i never really trusted that the estheticians had my best interests in mind. I felt like they were always trying to sell me something. Then I found Dante! I have seen Georgeta, Rita, and Nicole for facials here and they are all so knowledgeable and sweet and always educate me on how to take care of my skin in between facials during the different seasons of the year as my needs change.
