I walked in without an appointment and asked the price of a pedicure.  $24--OK.  After I was in the chair the man started upselling me to a $35 spa pedicure that I turned down--twice.  My toenails were cut at different lengths, but the short ones were so painfully short that I would rather have different lengths that have my nails cut below the quick.  I asked him to use a pumice stone on my calluses (which has been part of a basic pedicure in every other salon I've been in). As my nails were drying I handed him $25 cash, he said my bill was $27.  Why I asked.  Because the pumice stone was an extra $3.  I looked at him and said You've Got To Be Kidding!  He went into his wallet and threw a $1 at me and walked away.  Never again. It was horrible when I walked in no one approached me it was not a friendly environment at all and my acrylic nails look like push ons that I can buy at Walmart and I paid $40 for them it was terrible I don't recommend it unless you want a half assed job... thank you Read Less

I'm unfortunately not happy with my nails. The person that removed my previous gel polish was basically digging into my nail to remove it and has damaged part of my nail. I ended up getting my nails redone at another place, and even the other person was shocked to see what she did my nails. The middle part of my nail is shaved off and dips down. She also cut me on two different fingers and would say "oh, you're so sensitive. I'm doing it softly but you're sensitive." They don't have much of a color selection either.Read Less

I have to say I'm not happy with my nails. It's near my job so I decided to give it a try. Refill? Should be easy right? Apparently not. I'm reviewing a guy at this place. Not the owner which is another guy there. Anyway.... my nails are mediocre. I came here for an acrylic refill and one tip, coffin shaped. First error: he filed my damn skin more than twice (I was willing to it let go but he did it more than once) Second error: he applied a thick, gloopy coat of top shine (it took forever to dry, especially considering they use fans for dry time on acrylics) Third error: he got the top coat all over the skin around my fingernails. Fourth error: I go to nail salons often to know that they usually apply lotion on your hands because most people get dry hands after. Nope, no lotion though. They charge way too much for a damn fill that was mediocre. $25? That's how much my go to place charges for a full set and they're phenomenal. Most likely will not go back to this location. I have to review THE CLEANEST nail salon I have ever been to, hands down. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and I've never felt more comfortable with the cleanliness and competence of the staff like I was here. + They have a sanitary and beautiful private waxing room too. + The prices are so reasonable for the level of service. This is a great nail salon! I have been coming here for years! Henry does a really great job on gel nails! I always enjoy the pedicures! I can relax in one of the massage chairs and get a pedicure at the same time. You can walk in but I like making an appointment so that the time is dedicated to me and it's not so hectic when many people show up at the same time. Great salon! Read Less

I've been to this location two times. Here are my observations:1st visit - Eye brow wax and french manicure- A lady did my eye brows. I was not satisfied as they were not even, and one looked much thinner. -A man there did my nails. He doesn't understand English very well so it was difficult to communicate with him as I don't get my nails done very often and had questions. I tried to ask him not to push too hard on my cuticle on one nail because it had a cut, but he couldn't understand. Then he kept leaning over to look behind me so that he could participate in the conversation that his coworkers were having. Lastly for the "hand massage" part, I did not enjoy that at all, because his hands are really rough (sorry, but I think you should have smooth hands if you are giving a hand massage with lotion). 2nd visit - French manicureI got the same man. Since I knew the process now I didn't have many questions and figured the language barrier wouldn't matter. Besides him asking me three times if I wanted gel (which I declined each time), the communication was okay. He did the hand massage again which I don't enjoy but this time he kept it very short so it wasn't so bad either.In both cases the final result of the  french manicure looked great, but this is the reason I won't come back. Most of my cuticles are in pain, because he cut them really close. After my first visit I noticed one finger being in pain but I thought it was just something I did, but this time I have many fingers in pain at the cuticle area. Wow, I was ready to give 4 stars based upon the last visit, but todays it's 1 star.  It really just  depends upon who you get.  Each person is different, some are new and others have more experience.  Unfortunately, when I had excellent service, I didnt get the ladys name.  On todays visit, the lady was sorta pushy but provided a better foot massage.  I've been coming here for years nevertheless.  Friendly enough. Very relaxing atmosphere.  Consistently great experience.I recommend wearing capris, shorts or pants that are easy to roll up and flip flops.  Pick your color upon entry  and they take care of everything from there.  They have the huge reclining massage chairs that you sit in when getting a pedicure.  Feels great on your back.They only need to post the Wi-Fi code.No complaints. I feel badly about this review.  I have been here many times and the last two (including this visit I am at right now) have been horrible.  The last visit I got a gel manicure and the lady did not know what an oval nail meant.  She kept filing a crooked looking square nail and then when I told her oval again she filed the sides only so they looked like talons.  It took 1.5 hours for this gel manicure and it's only been a week and it's already chipping.  At this moment I am getting a pedicure.  I told the worker twice not to cut the sides and only cut straight across and he managed to cut the side of one of my nails. I am sensitive to this because I have a hangnail problem and my podiatrist told me to make sure the sides are never cut and only cut straight across.  And then he buffed my nail and managed to make me bleed !  Thankfully there is another mani pedi place across the street so I will go there from now on. Dirty towels...if they have stains THROW them away.I asked not once...but TWICE for the woman to NOT use her fingernail to clear off polish. She continued to do so on my manicure. This against CODE for the board of health.Will NEVER come back here. Read Less

NOT RECOMMENDED I went twice (walked in to talk to the staff to make an appointment) they told me to walk-in on the date I want any services. On ONE day before My WEDDING day, my fiance and I went there. I showed them picture (they already had the same picture) to have a Pink and White full set. She nailed it! did the worst job someone ever could do! Having nice nails was the least thing I was worried for my important day! She made me cry! and cry and cry! I am not picky! I am easy going! just imagine what they did... Naturally, my nails are not bad, I had long and fine nails, they told me to make it like the picture I must have fake nails! I said OK! big mistake! DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR ADVISE! Don't trust them because you might think leave the work for the experts! I had the worst nails in my wedding and I couldn't get them off... She cut my under nail skin 3 times and one of the cut after 3 days still hurt so bad! She couldn't stop the bleeding... Don't waste your money and more important your time! NEVER GO BACK! Read Less
