Last week, I had a GREAT haircut at Millenium at Bannerman. Today, I returned for a manicure and pedicure, which was also fantastic, relaxing. This has been one of the best pedicures I've ever gotten in town. The place is very clean and the workers nice, polite, and very helpful. Vinh was amazing. I came here with my 7 and 9 year old daughters and my mom for a girls day out treat. The women who did my daughters' nails were obviously very annoyed with my girls, who like most kids can get a little wiggly. My younger daughter started to cry when they were doing her cuticles and the technician did not make eye contact with her. I had to tell her to please skip that part. Towards the end my older daughter looked like she was holding back tears and afterward when I asked her she said it was because the technician was getting mad at her for wiggling and smudging some of her nails. Unfortunately with all that drama I didn't get to enjoy my pedicure very much. I'd suggest that this spa dedicate certain technicians who are patient with children to do their "Princess Package." I came today for the first time with my 3-year old daughter who desperately wanted to be a big girl and get get nails painted. My regular person was unavailable so I took my chance made an appointment and was assigned to Andy. He is fantastic! I was disappointed they didn't listen to my multiple requests, when calling for the appointment and when checking in, that my young daughter needed to be able to sit beside me throughout the appointment. I expressed my displeasure and they responded appropriately. I will be back. They treated my daughter like a princess and Andy was great!!! Read Less

I first encountered Millennium in midtown when girlfriends of mine treated me to a pedicure for my bachelorette party last spring. Recently, they opened one up right near my home. The ambiance and decor is modern and welcoming. I came back for my birthday last month to get a pedicure and a cute heart design to go along with Valentine’s Day being the day after my birthday. I was first told the design would be done by a friendly nail artist, Shelby, but another lady stepped in. The design I was given was akin to something my daughter would have done when she was ten and learning how to paint nails. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I told the cashiers of my discontent. Shelby read my reaction during the pedicure and called me to offer her nail services for free so I would once again be a happy customer. I came back the next day and Shelby gave me the cutest design she came up with that aligned with my vision. Now I am back today and requested Shelby because of her outstanding service. Awesome experience. First time there. I was greeted courteously and did not have to wait long for my first service. My hairdresser was knowledgeable and talented. Megan made my hair happy and look gorgeous. Gave me great tips for the aftercare and future care. Then on to the nails... Jon was great. Super friendly and talented as well. My toes, feet, legs, hands and nails are so thankful! I enjoyed the pampering. The spa/salon was clean, but more importantly soothing and pleasant for the eyes. Everyone I met, including other customers, was very nice and friendly. As if the above weren't enough, it's all very affordable - They're not charging obscene prices for their amazing services.
