If I could give them a lower rating I would. Horrible experience, my nails look awful! I started with a pedicure and that was at best decent. However the nail technicians started switching customers including me, half finishing steps, not finishing my nails. My manicure was awful from start to finish. Switching technicians continued ending with my french tips different lengths and uneven. My cuticles are choppy looking and you can see the white tips of my natural nails under the uneven gel polish. When I asked about it, I was told "your done, you can go". I was charged more than other nail salons in the area for a job that is embarrassing to walk around with. Read Less

I saw some of the other reviews. Yes they can be pushy and will tell you a basic price and then tag on more for extras. I deal with this by being explicit with what I want and clarifying the price before they get started. I come in prepared to stick to my guns and reiterate no when I need to. But overall, these women do the BEST job on gel and acrylic nails anywhere Ive been within an hour radius. When they do a set they are extremely detail-oriented, the nails never lift, and they look nearly as thin as natural nails. Ive had people tell me that mone look completely real even.without polish on. Totally worth the negatives in my opinion. Read Less

My daughter had just finished her junior year at tech and was getting ready to leave for Houston for the summer. So we thought a pedicure would be nice before she left. Her pedicure was done by one of the women there and mine was done by a young gentlemen. We asked for the basic pedicure and it usually consist of having your toes painted, a little foot sloughing, leg massage and foot massage. my daughter got all of that and more. I barely got a leg massage and painted toes. I will never darken the doors of this place again. If you plan on going there don't let the guy do your pedicure! Read Less

We were trying to catch up while sitting in the pedicure chairs but couldn't even hear one another because the ladies doing our pedicure were talking over us. My pedicure chipped after 2 days and my gel manicure is the worst I've ever had. The tip of my nail is a lighter color and the color appears to be fading. Worst $45 I've ever spent on nails.
