Worst eyebrow wax ever. Waited in lobby while tech sat playing on her phone. Waxed top and bottom of brow at same time. Left with a bald spot on each brow. When I went back to see if she if she could fix brows at all, continued to sit on phone and tell me that my brows "were just like that." There was no attempt to correct the issue. This place was great! Open late, no wait. The girl who did my nails was Kim T and couldn't have done better. She listened to what I wanted and asked me if I liked them after each step. She took her time doing them to ensure they looked even and also was great to talk to. Very personable and nice. Reasonable prices as well! Can't recommend this place enough. Read Less

I have been to T's nails a few times and have been happy with the services they offered. Currently sitting in the salon at the moment and I am not happy at all. I wanted a nice manicure and a fresh paint. The lady doing it was rude and didn't talk. Just made gestures at me to do stuff. She made me pay before she painted them and literally took two mins to paint all 10 of my fingers. The polishes got all over my fingers and she did not bother to clean them up. Not to mention I had a huge air bubble on one nail. After she said there done. I asked her if she could fix them and she caught an attitude. My nails lasted less than a week. The person applied two coats applied, which it needed more. The jewefell off 2 days later. The acrylic was messy& on my skin. Also the shapes of the nail wasn't on same. I advise people to pick a better nail shop.Read Less

Terrible. It was the fastest manicure I've ever had, he used the wrong color I had the shellac polish and it started chopping off after less than a week and this has never happened before. I called to see if they could fix it and they told me my nails only had a 3 day guarantee even though I'm not rough on them. they was rude and all he said was 3 day guarantee and that if I was a regular customer he could fix it but since it was my first time he doesnt know me and he can't help. I will never go back there again and will never recommend it! If I told my best friend about this place I would tell them not to waste their money. I went in for a pedicure and everything was fine, until 2 days later. My toenail polish came off in chunks and looked like hell. When I pay $35 I expect my toenail polish to last at least 2 weeks. I went back in and asked if they could fix it and they agreed. They didn't even take the time to match the original color, nor did they take off the remaining polish! They just caked it on over top and you could see lines all in it. It looked dreadful. Then they wouldn't even give me new toe separators because I wasn't paying at that time. It was ridicules. And 2 days later all the polish came chipping off again. And just so you know, I didn't wear any close toed shoes, only flip flops, in that amount of time. Nothing rubbed against my toes. The polish came off from merely brushing against my sheets. I have been going to T's Nails for about 3 years, and I am very particular about how my nails look. Paul (my nail tech.) makes my nails look so good that people think they are real. They have great customer service, relaxing atmosphere, and very friendly nail techs. I have been to other nail studios, but T's Nails is by far the best one in town. Read Less
