I've never been to such a bad website and I have traveled across the world. The nail shop closes at 9 p.m. I arrived at 7:15 (was not acknowledged), there was two workers. They let me sit there until 7:44p.m. before asking me what services I wanted, then proceed to tell me that they didn't have time to do it. Mind you, it's 7:44 and the close at 9 with 1 person in each chair. They could have told me that they were unable to do it when I arrived instead of wasting my time. I used to frequent this shop, and never considered anyplace else. After a few years of not getting my nails done, I made a trip just to get them done for an upcoming trip. When I say that my nails are so unevenly filed, I could only wish I was joking. It looks like I went to a cosmetology school and had a beginner that was practicing on my hands, without my knowledge or consent, working on me. I pointed out the uneven finish, and was told that I was seeing things because he felt my nails and they were smooth...My other problem was the guy who did my pedicure just does what he wants. I asker to have him use sea salt scrub instead of the pumice stone, because I don't have rough,hard skin on my feet. He used it, anyhow, when I dozed off for two minutes. When I felt it and brought it to his attention, he claimed that he had to use it because I needed it. The lies are out of control!! You are amazing while having a pedicure I was asking the owner about eye brow tatto' she said I had a lot of hair missing I explained I had chemo and lost all my lashes and eyebrows when I had breast cancer she then told me she would not charge me. I come here often, I always give the best service. Yes there is sometimes a wait but that's because they're always busy and people always come back to them.. So I don't understand why people are complaining about a 30 minute wait. Are usually go to Peter or his wife that does eyebrows she's amazing. Great service will always go back! Read Less

Okay, so when I first got there I thought I made a huge mistake. I went in, it was very busy, waited a good 15 minutes. They finally send me to a chair, let me pick my color and then moved me to another chair. One person started to file my nails, then moved me to yet another chair. Then finally a third and final person started working on me. I was really worried. BUT, once the final person started working on me it went smooth. Tiffany did a very fine job! She took her time, filed my nails just perfect, and when she applied the shellac on my natural nails she went above and beyond to get the sides (even pulled the skin to get all the nail area- a lot of nail techs in this area won't do this). She paid attention to detail and was polite and gentle. At the end I was even surprised she gave me a hand massage. I've been to many salons in the area that charge me $5 more and do not even provide a massage at the end. I left with my hands feeling moisturized and smelling good. Definitely will start coming here from now on (as long as the service remains the same). P.s. it was $18 for a shellac color change on natural nails. I highly recommend getting your nails done with Tony, he's very attentive and will make time fly! He's awesome I always get the gel polish. I loved how it would last for almost a month and would never chip or fade. They don't charge you for removing it by the way, which other nail salons do ($5.00). I would only pay $15.00! Worst nail salon I have ever been to! Came In because I needed a pedicure had two broken big toe nails from running because I'm a soldier and that's what we mostly do and they did not know how to add a tip to the toes and fix it. They said they had "never done that", yet the nail salons name is "PRO Nails" there is nothing Professional about a place that is near a post where the majority of the people that live here are soldiers and have to get pedicures after rigorous training and they can't adhere to our wants or necessities!!! That is just ridiculous!!! I asked them to try it and they said they "wouldn't try to fix it and I could leave if I wanted to". Extremely disrespectful, Even then I stayed got a regular pedicure and the lady who worked on my feet barely removed any cuticles worked on them like if she was handling a baby extremely cautious soft and as slow as she possibly could. I will NEVER go back to Pro Nails again. I've been going to pro nails for 7 years strictly for eyebrows. I've been a long time customer and was definitely a regular. I moved out of the city, so when I came back and stopped in for eyebrows, I decided to get my nails filled in here as well. I was unhappy with the shape and expressed my concern.. Received an attitude and was told that it wasn't the nail tech's fault. Who else's fault is it? I definitely didn't shape my own nails... In order to fix the shape, i was told they would have to cut my nails. She proceeded to cut my nails significantly shorter and then Filled them in from there. They look a mess and the acrylic is extremely thick! (Which is a pet peeve of mine) I then asked if they could thin them out and was told flat out "no." I ended up leaving without a color and went home to fix them myself. I am EXTREMELY upset. If I am paying for a service, I expect it to be done the way I request for them to look. Ok, new to the area and decided to try out a nail salon. I looked at the reviews and made the decision to try them out. First and foremost the people who work there are nice except the older woman who did my pedicure. It was a waste of time, really I could of did a better job by myself. The whole point for me is the professional color application of the nail polish and the foot massage that was supposed to go with the pedicure. Epic failure!  Foot massage was non existent and the nail-polish was in my cuticles. I wanted a eye-brow wax afterward and before all my nails where painted I was moved to the back to get the wax and my toes painted which I couldn't see laying down, The woman who waxed my brows was nice but she was rushing, What I found weird lying in the chair is that my brows are thin but I don't grow hair on my lids. Yes, she was waxing my lids. Please note the picture attached when she applied the wax strip or paper? It really stung when removed. I thought it was a temporary pain as waxing can sometimes feel like that but when I left the shop I notice my lid was red, VERY RED. End result eyelid burnt. Read Less

I went to this salon to get a pedicure right before Thanksgiving.  I got an older lady and she was, obviously, not up to the task.  When she did the massage, it lasted about 2 seconds.  I seriously did not realize she even did it.  I brought up that there was no massage and she got an attitude... as did the person who had to translate for her.  Instead of actually doing the massage, she started trimming back my cuticles AGAIN.  She ended up doing a LOT of damage on my two big toes.  I STILL cannot wear closed toe shoes without pain.  That woman truly injured my feet and, I'm pretty sure, she did it on purpose because she was angry with me.  If I'd have known how long this pain was going to last, I'd have documented it with a doctor and taken them to court.  They shouldn't have been able to get away with it.Please think twice before going to this salon.  I used to get a pedicure once a month and this place made me afraid to ever go again. This nail salon is a great value! The prices are very low ($15 for shellac polish) and it lasts! I'm on day 14 without even a chip or crack. I travel from Midlothian to come here because I think they are so good. The shop is nothing fancy, but everyone is polite and professional. Read Less

I am still on the hunt for a great nail salon. Pro Nails is located in the shopping center with KMart - across from Walmart. The first time I came to ProNails, I signed in for a pedicure on a Saturday morning. I realize the weekends are very busy for salons and I anticipate waiting. However, when I signed in, I asked one of the ladies how long it would be. She said, "a few minutes". Okay, fine. I take "a few minutes" = 10 or 15 AT MOST! At 15 minutes after, I asked a different lady how long she thought it would be. She said, "20 minutes!". Augh, I just got up in left. Granted, my patience that morning was already blown, but if I had been told there was a 35 minute wait from the beginning, I could have done a few errands and came back. My second try at ProNails was only because I cannot find a good nail salon around here. I went during the week and immediately got in for a pedicure. It was $20 and well worth it. The salon appears clean and the staff professional. I might just stick w/ ProNails because I am tired of jumping from salon to salon. They are also very reasonably priced. Read Less
