I've been going to Sky Nails for about 6 years. It's the only place I will go. my experience has always been wonderful. I get gel polish on my natural nails . Polish last week's! They are friendly! I just adore Quency and Gwen, he has such a great personality ! And they are both very polite and kind. Be they do a perfect job! My only complaint is ....you usually can't get a short notice appt because they are booked up often! Their very good. My daughter also gets her nails done there with Jan.She gets dipped and designs...always pleased. I highly recommend this place.

Good sometimes but when busy organization is not good. I had 2 customers put in front of me while I waited for a manicure and pedicure, they also forgot I wanted the manicure after the pedicure. I was in there for 3 hours, that's unacceptable. They also didn't offer anything to compensate for my time and the misunderstanding. Not sure if I will go back

Forty five minute wait to have nothing done. I had originally visited this salon to get my brows waxed but after a ten minute wait that turned into almost an hour I walked out. They were not busy at all, instead they were talking and laughing amongst each other and showing no signs of concern for the customers patiently waiting.

They do not honor appointment times. Had an appointment with Kim and waited 40 minutes although I was the first person she had on the book. She was also unapologetic and even defensive about not valuing my time. Acted like she was doing me a free favor. No point in making an appointment. Walk-in in and keep your fingers crossed or find somewhere else where they value customers.

Today was my first time coming here and this place by far has to be the best nail salon in the Chesterfield area. The gentleman who did my nails was very nice, friendly, took his time and did an amazing job on my nails. I will no longer be looking for a nail salon. This will be the place I come for now on.

Today was the first day coming here. The gentleman who did my peticure and eyebrows was the sweetest, and did an amazing job. I was slightly nervous about having my eye brows done here (I dont just trust anyone and ive been going to the same woman for years) but he did a fantastic job with them. I most certainly will be back!

Yes Quincy is good and so is Kim. However, I walked in one day after making an appointment and after sitting for 15 minutes while Kim worked on someone else, I was totally ignored. I finally walked up and I asked how long would it be before she could get to me. She said 45 minutes. Whats the point in making an appointment. I found another nail shop because if my business or my time dont mean anything to you there are plenty of other nail shops who it will! And yes, Quincy does a awsome pedicure..ALL THE TIME!

I would give it 0, but I cant. I asked for them to use a hand file on my natural nail n she could use the drill on the acrylic, but they said they couldn't because the nails pop off in a week. I was a nail tech in Cali, so I know the proper way to apply a set so I know their just being lazy. Never coming here again. And yes I could keep doing my own, but I decided to let someone pamper me for once and it was a fail.

Did a mani-pedi, very well done and great price! Kim took her time to make sure the gel is perfect and all their tools are individually sterilized and packaged. Will definitely come back!

OMG! This salon is terrific. I have been getting my nails done for at least a decade at other locations and I am here to tell you that my new nail tech Quincy is the very best there is. His pedicures are simply divine and he always takes his time...very thorough... and his leg and foot massage is off the charts! Ask for Quincy when making an appointment...you will be glad you did!!

I was a first time pedicure client and my nerves were on edge. The woman who did my feet did a fantastic job! The shop is neat, clean, and I didnt have to wait to be seen. The salt scrub on my legs made them feel like they were brand new, and the hot stone rub at the end....well worth the money! I will be back once a month from here on out, I highly suggest this shop for pedicures, and as a bonus their waxing list is extremely thorough!

I've been going to Sky Nails for about 6 years. It's the only place I will go. my experience has always been wonderful. I get gel polish on my natural nails . Polish last week's! They are friendly! I just adore Quency and Gwen, he has such a great personality ! And they are both very polite and kind. Be they do a perfect job! My only complaint is ....you usually can't get a short notice appt because they are booked up often! Their very good. Good sometimes but when busy organization is not good. I had 2 customers put in front of me while I waited for a manicure and pedicure, they also forgot I wanted the manicure after the pedicure. I was in there for 3 hours, that's unacceptable. They also didn't offer anything to compensate for my time and the misunderstanding. Not sure if I will go back

Forty five minute wait to have nothing done. I had originally visited this salon to get my brows waxed but after a ten minute wait that turned into almost an hour I walked out. They were not busy at all, instead they were talking and laughing amongst each other and showing no signs of concern for the customers patiently waiting.

They do not honor appointment times. Had an appointment with Kim and waited 40 minutes although I was the first person she had on the book. She was also unapologetic and even defensive about not valuing my time. Acted like she was doing me a free favor. No point in making an appointment. Walk-in in and keep your fingers crossed or find somewhere else where they value customers.

Today was my first time coming here and this place by far has to be the best nail salon in the Chesterfield area. The gentleman who did my nails was very nice, friendly, took his time and did an amazing job on my nails. I will no longer be looking for a nail salon. This will be the place I come for now on.

I finally walked up and I asked how long would it be before she could get to me. She said 45 minutes. Whats the point in making an appointment. I found another nail shop because if my business or my time dont mean anything to you there are plenty of other nail shops who it will! And yes, Quincy does a awsome pedicure..ALL THE TIME!

I would give it 0, but I cant. I asked for them to use a hand file on my natural nail n she could use the drill on the acrylic, but they said they couldn't because the nails pop off in a week. I was a nail tech in Cali, so I know the proper way to apply a set so I know their just being lazy. Never coming here again. And yes I could keep doing my own, but I decided to let someone pamper me for once and it was a fail.

OMG! This salon is terrific. I have been getting my nails done for at least a decade at other locations and I am here to tell you that my new nail tech Quincy is the very best there is. His pedicures are simply divine and he always takes his time...very thorough... and his leg and foot massage is off the charts! Ask for Quincy when making an appointment...you will be glad you did!!

I was a first time pedicure client and my nerves were on edge. The woman who did my feet did a fantastic job! The shop is neat, clean, and I didnt have to wait to be seen. The salt scrub on my legs made them feel like they were brand new, and the hot stone rub at the end....well worth the money! I will be back once a month from here on out, I highly suggest this shop for pedicures, and as a bonus their waxing list is extremely thorough!
