I’ve been going for 6 years and I love this place. I have my pick of who do my nails here. So, to get that person, I call ahead and make an appointment. That helps with my wait. The place stays busy!!...

Ive been coming here for 10 yrs! Salon is clean, service is excellent, and staff is personal! They take their time when doing pedicures and give the best massages. They have over 400 gel/shellac colors to choose from and even mood colors! They specialize in liquid gel and also do dipped nails and acrylic. Try to get there early because they stay busy! I've been to many nail salons and this the best one! I highly recommend this salon and you can only tip in cash. By the way now they have moved a few doors down next to She Chester to a bigger, brighter and cleaner salon!

Karla is wonderful and does such a great job! I live more than an hour away, but will make the drive every 2 weeks to have Karla work her magic!

I hate to rate Q nails so low, when I really think it was one person. The woman doing my nails dug her cutting tool into the side of my toenail until I practically jumped out of the chair and started ...
I hate to rate Q nails so low, when I really think it was one person. The woman doing my nails dug her cutting tool into the side of my toenail until I practically jumped out of the chair and started crying. She kept saying she needed to do it, and eventually I just had to beg her to stop. Then, because I was very visibly upset, she kept telling everyone around me that I had an ingrown nail, and blamed me by saying I had gone too long without a pedicure. I didn't have an ingrown nail, but I certainly will now. Once the swelling went down later in the day, I could clearly see the entire side of my nail cut off. That was the worst, most painful experience I've ever had in a nail salon.

This is probably one of the best nail salons in the Chesterfield area! Everyone was so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this shop!

Depending on who is doing your nails this place is okay but really and truly this will be my last time going. Julie did my nails and did them in a rush. My nail shape is uneven and she didn't even check to see if they were. What the other girls do with my nails take an hour she was done in 30. Maybe if she wouldn't of taken 5 person phone calls while trying to do my nails it would have been better. Her loss though as I generally tip above and beyond if my nails look good.

I have been going to them for the past 10 years and they have always done an amazing job! There was maybe 1 or 2 occasions where I had issues with the polish or nail length and all I did was point it out and they fixed it right away without question! They always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone that lives in the Chester area!

Ive been coming here for 10 yrs! Salon is clean, service is excellent, and staff is personal! They take their time when doing pedicures and give the best massages. They have over 400 gel/shellac colors to choose from and even mood colors! They specialize in liquid gel and also do dipped nails and acrylic. Try to get there early because they stay busy! I've been to many nail salons and this the best one! I highly recommend this salon and you can only tip in cash. By the way now they have moved a few doors down next to She Chester to a bigger, brighter and cleaner salon!

I hate to rate Q nails so low, when I really think it was one person. The woman doing my nails dug her cutting tool into the side of my toenail until I practically jumped out of the chair and started crying. She kept saying she needed to do it, and eventually I just had to beg her to stop. Then, because I was very visibly upset, she kept telling everyone around me that I had an ingrown nail, and blamed me by saying I had gone too long without a pedicure. I didn't have an ingrown nail, but I certainly will now. Once the swelling went down later in the day, I could clearly see the entire side of my nail cut off. That was the worst, most painful experience I've ever had in a nail salon.

My nail shape is uneven and she didn't even check to see if they were. What the other girls do with my nails take an hour she was done in 30. There was maybe 1 or 2 occasions where I had issues with the polish or nail length and all I did was point it out and they fixed it right away without question! They always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone that lives in the Chester area!
