Anna has done my nails at least three times so far in the past couple months and they're always so cute and last a long time. I drive almost 30 minutes just to have her do my nails, she's great!

This was the best pedicure I have ever received. I drive truck for a living and have gotten pedicures in many different states and places. I got the deluxe pedicure and with that came a hot pillow wrapped around The back of my neck and warm oil put on my hands and arms with hot mittens put over that with the fragrance of lavender. All of this was just with getting my pedicure. I’ve never come across a more fun loving and energetic group of people in a nail salon. Sidenote they speak very good English. I hope I can come back to this salon sometime soon although I live in Texas. LOL There was a bit of a wait but It was well worth it. With the location that gives such great customer service a wait is going to be expected because everyone wants to experience the hidden gem. Thank you guys for a truly wonderful day.

Too much drilling, especially considering I asked for a gel MANICURE. They asked me if I wanted to use the dipping powder, (which is supposed to last longer.) I didn't realize until too late that inc...
Too much drilling, especially considering I asked for a gel MANICURE. They asked me if I wanted to use the dipping powder, (which is supposed to last longer.) I didn't realize until too late that included tons of drilling and no manicure. Now, $40 later. More money than I wanted to spend, I have pretty nails true enough, but have no idea when my natural nail bed will be back to normal....Ugh....search continues to find a place that understands what I really want.

Came in on a busy Saturday at 10:30 for a pedicure, was soaking by 11, and being worked on by 11:30.. honestly, that's not bad to me. The technician was wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed the pampering from small things like the heated towels on my legs after the leg work. I even appreciate the extra care given with keeping my ridiculously long skirt dry. Wish I could stay for my hands but I have an engagement to attend. I've only had one technician (sweet, young guy) grind my cuticles down too much for the dip nails, causing a little pain and bleeding but that was nearly a year ago and was chalked it up to a minor mistake. By the way, I love the owner's music playlist. ;)

I've been a customer for at least 5+ years and I can honestly say others salon's don't compare. Top notch professional staff with a warm and friendly astomphere. Gold Star Nails offers a variety of spa services but my personal favorite is Dip Powder Nails technique..no odors to contend with and the diamond color shine looks exactly like you just had them done after 4 weeks. Healthier choice for your nails! Highly recommend

Salon was not very busy at 5:00 pm on Thursday. I got in immediately for a pedicure. One tech set me up in a basin of very cool almost cold water 😳
Another tech comes over to do my pedicure. It would have been okay if she would have just done the pedicure. Instead she proceeded to blah blah blah with the techs around her, rarely paying attention to what she was doing. She stopped working SEVERAL times to blah blah blah. I don't mind friendly chat when people work BUT the operative word here is WORK. When conversation trumps you hands on, detail oriented job, I have a problem.
I WILL NOT RETURN!! Waaay to many nail shops in Chester area with horrible service. Guess I have to drive to Midlothian for good service. So disappointed 😔

Walked into this salon to get a manicure and wanted shellac. The owner tried to push their new "dipping" and was not interested in pleasing the customer. The shellac selection was sparse and the young boy who did my nails did a poor job and did not take time to clean under my nails. The place was remodeling and was very run down. Service was awful and the prices were very high. Will not be returning or recommending them.

Absolutely love this place! The dipping nail process is amazing and last so much longer than acrylic. It's cost more money but is worth every buck.

This was the best pedicure I have ever received. I drive truck for a living and have gotten pedicures in many different states and places. Too much drilling, especially considering I asked for a gel MANICURE. They asked me if I wanted to use the dipping powder, (which is supposed to last longer.) I didn't realize until too late that included tons of drilling and no manicure. Now, $40 later. I've been a customer for at least 5+ years and I can honestly say others salon's don't compare. Top notch professional staff with a warm and friendly astomphere. Gold Star Nails offers a variety of spa services but my personal favorite is Dip Powder Nails technique..no odors to contend with and the diamond color shine looks exactly like you just had them done after 4 weeks.
