My daughter and I went into the establishment, they said they would take us to get her nails and toes painted only. We sat there for over 30 minutes when one of the workers was done with there client, never acknowledged us or the other lady that was there before us. I used to come here on a regular basis to have my eyebrows done but for the last couple months they have really lost my trust and confidence. They started to put me with different girls every time. Each doing worst than the last. Tonight was the last straw the lady who did my eyebrows took forever and took off so much of my eyebrows I am left with very thin straight eyebrows. I will never go back to that nail salon again. I called to make an appointment and was told it would be $35. I arrived a few minutes early a female nail tech asked what I was getting. I asked for gel nails. She trimmed my cuticles and they started burning and she didn't give me what I asked for. She trimmed too much of my cuticle she tried to take some trimmed skin and put it back on my finger. Wow!!! She proceeded to tell me that I asked for a manicure which I didn't. She did a horrible job on my nails. She also spoke very low, so low I could hardly understand what she was saying. My nails look like my 12 year old did them. And I was charged more than I was told. It is ALWAYS a long wait even with an appointment. They let your feet soak in the water until it is cold. The pedicures and manicures are not worth the wait. Several times I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and I always leave in disappointment. I will not be back. Read Less

I went in to get the acrylic soaked of my real nails, the technician proceeded to bring out what looked like tonail clippers. I told I don't want my nails cut I want the acrylic soaked off. She then takes an artificial nail tip and slides but under my nails. She ripped three of my nails. Months of hard work growing beautiful long nails ruined. I didn't stay for her to do more damage, I walked out of the salon immediately. I chose this salon based off google reviews.
