I have came to this nail shop for a couple of years since I moved in the area. I have never complained or had problem. I recently went in to have my nails done and I was unhappy with my nails! It was a mistake done on behalf of the nail tech not something that I had done. As I was voicing my complaint in English they kept telling me I was wrong and started talking to each other in their language right in front of me about my problem. Totally rude and disrespectful! Then told me that I could not get a discount, but I could comeback another day and they could fix it. So they think that it’s okay to mess up ur nails and you as the customer should still pay full price for the service! I will never return back to this shop! Read Less

I personally will not do business with this company anymore. This is my break down of what they charged me today regarding my service 5 for coven style 5 dollars for “long nails” (my nails are 2 inch length from the beginning of my nail 33 dollars for a fill in with gel and keep in mind the first time i came for a gel fullset i was only charged 40 dollars . they make their own prices here and 5 extra dollars for my nail being fixed after peter did not secure the nail correctly on my finger from my last visit . I’ve came here 3 times and never thought i would be ropped blindly . very dissapointed i gave this review 2 stars only because miss tina does my eyebrows really good and she also gave me a few pointers on how to fill in my eyebrows better Read Less

Theresa was the best, has smooth hands but powerful massage and did exactly what I asked for she squared my nails without a fight unlike he other places. I love my nails short hence I'm a nurse so long don't work! Def coming back! Read Less
