I have been going to Reign for 2 years. Trish is my stylist and she is magic! She always talks you through what you want, gives her honest opinion and never steers you wrong! My hair has been beyond gorgeous because of her!! She is my miracle worker! She cuts my brothers hair, my college-aged daughter hair as well as my teenage boys hair. If my husband wasn’t bald- I’d send him to her too! She is seriously AMAZING and I am so happy she’s in my life! I’ve also started getting ...my nails and brows done by Allison. She is always up for whatever fun, crazy, elegant or simple design you want to do with your nails! She will customize colors, glitters, bling- you name it! She can do whatever shape of nail you want and you can tell she cares about the health and well-being of you and your nails. Honestly- this salon is the HG of salons. Everyone from the owners, front desk staff and each stylist are friendly, supportive, funny and ALWAYS makes me feel right at home. After an excruciating 9 months since my last haircut (due to that fear of choosing the wrong salon or stylist, militarily moving downfalls) I finally made an appointment with Trisha for a cut & style. We took approximately 6” off in length and added long layers to my naturally curly hair. After a relaxing blowout, I left Reign completely happy & feeling great. My husband booked me the package delight. The package delight includes 1 hour massage, 1 hour facial, manicure, and a pedicure.They started with my manicure and pedicure. The lady was very sweet. We had long conversations, and the scrub she used on my legs felt so good. My nails came out pretty, and my feet were smooth. The lady also offered me some tea. It was nice to have while I was getting my pedicure.Next I got a massage from Alex. He guided me into the massage room where he had candles, spa music, and oils going. The massage table felt amazing. It is probably by far the softest massage table I have ever felt. It was a memory foam massage table. I loved it. Alex was freaking amazing at massages. You can tell he has a lot of experience. And he worked out my knots real well. By the time I got out I felt like Jell-O.Next I got the facial... The micro derm abrasion... Umm I'm addicted now. Sabrina the owner of the salon and spa did my facial. She explained to me what kind of different facials she offered. I loved the feeling of getting my dead skin taken off my face and honestly I'm gonna keep doing it! Every month! My face feels like a baby's butt! Where do I even start?!? My girls and I booked a spa package for Saturday and they were more than accommodating! We chose to do the 1 hour massage, 1 hour facial and mani/pedi. We arrived and were promptly escorted to the "spa area" (who knew?!?) It was dimly lit and peaceful, quiet and relaxing - everything these three tired mamas needed!!! I started my day with Alex and a one hour massage, what a great experience! Pressure was perfection and the hour flew bye! Next I went ...to Ally for a mani/pedi, I relaxed in a fantastic massage chair and she worked her magic. I was in a state of zen after that massage and she kept the ball rolling! Clean and professional, her nail service was top notch! Last, but not least, I made my way back to Sabrina for my facial. Owner of this amazing spa, she was easy to talk to and proud of her hardworking team. She explained what she was doing and made excellent recommendations for future services. Never did I feel any pressure to buy products or to question the authenticity of her suggestions. We all regrouped after our afternoon of bliss and shared similar experiences of satisfaction. I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with my experience that I felt I just had to! I called spur of the moment on a Saturday just to see if maybe there was an opening for me to get my hair colored and cut. The receptionist was very nice and offered me an opening that they had just 45 minutes later. I have been getting my hair done for years by Shanah Stremmet but being a busy, single mom of 3 children I had sadly let my hair go almost 2 years without cuttin...g it and was using boxed color to get by. My stylist Brittany walked into a nightmare with my hair and she worked hard for over 3 hours to redo my base color, balayage my hair with a beautiful blonde color as well as cut a few inches of length off for me. I wasn't really sure what I wanted but I knew I needed help and she gladly took the reins and went for it and I could not be happier with how my hair turned out! My sister-in-law and I came here for the introductory package they have, and we were more than impressed!! Every single person here is professional, personable, and beyond talented! Sabrina, the manager, made sure our day went smoothly from start to finish and gave amazing advice. It was apparent that she really cared about our experience. Alex (massage) gave me the most amazing 30 minutes of my entire day, and before it was over I already knew when I was going to come back. She did a fantastic job, listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, and gave me a cut that I absolutely love. I had a 9:00 appt today with Jessica and as soon as I walked though the door I felt at home. The gentleman at the front desk was so courteous and got me a water. Jessica came right out and was on time! I showed her some ideas of cut and color and she told me what she thought. She started right away. She was working hard the whole time and we carried on great conversation. My hair is more amazing than I could've ever imagine! I feel so beautiful Thank you Jessica you are the best .
