Been coming here since 2014, love Kayla,Tim & the majority of the staff. however, today's visit was horrid! An older man did my nails, he ripped my broken nail off my thumb and when I pulled back & told him he was hurting me,he ignored me. He was rough with the filing and more. When I discovered I didn't like yh3 color I had on and asked him to change it, he got angry and then halfway did my nails. I've never experienced such bad service here, but you could tell Kayla wasn't there. I left from there with a painful, throbbing thumb, a bad paint job on 1 hand, and a sour taste in my mouth. I am a frequent customer there (every other week) & I've spent tons of $$$ here..it really sucks that 1 person can somewhat ruin a place I love to go. Never been this unhappy with a service that I am paying for..smdh

I have followed Tim and Kayla around for many years for about maybe 14 years. They have been at this location for a long time. You feel like family here and they do an excellent job. A couple years ago I stopped having my nails done but have returned about 3 months ago. Ty is now doing my nails and he is awesome too!

If there was less than 1 star I would give it. After spending extra money for a "better" pedicure, my feet started peeling terribly and the paint job looked terrible. I went in to show them the problem and one of the people who work there started blaming me and speaking rudely to me in front of my 7 year old!

When I'm home visiting my mom I love to go here. I get longer lasting nails at a better price than anywhere in Richmond! My mom comes here regularly and her nails look great too.

The quality is great here. The people are very friendly, and are very good at what they do. I get my nails done here all of the time! They do a great job every time and it keeps me coming back.

Since I personally appreciate recommendations for specific nail techs (because every nail tech is different), I recommend Kayla at MK Nails First! I love the way she does my pink & white nails. Even though I have to drive pretty far to visit this nail salon, it's worth it.

Been coming here since 2014, love Kayla,Tim & the majority of the staff. however, today's visit was horrid! An older man did my nails, he ripped my broken nail off my thumb and when I pulled back & told him he was hurting me,he ignored me. He was rough with the filing and more. When I discovered I didn't like yh3 color I had on and asked him to change it, he got angry and then halfway did my nails. I've never experienced such bad service here, but you could tell Kayla wasn't there. I left from there with a painful, throbbing thumb, a bad paint job on 1 hand, and a sour taste in my mouth. I have followed Tim and Kayla around for many years for about maybe 14 years. They have been at this location for a long time. You feel like family here and they do an excellent job. A couple years ago I stopped having my nails done but have returned about 3 months ago. Ty is now doing my nails and he is awesome too!

I went in to show them the problem and one of the people who work there started blaming me and speaking rudely to me in front of my 7 year old!
