I went here with my two children ages 8 and 5 for pedicures. My friend had nothing but great things to say about here. Maybe I went on an off day. The employees seemed very nice overall however, we were suppose to have a 30 minute wait which was fine I was willing to wait. However, when we were taken back which was quickly before 30 minutes one of the employees started to work on my older daughter nails to put polish on. Then he left to go work on someone else. After that another employee came to work on my same daughters feet and did her pedicure. The nails came out great. However, myself and younger daughter sat and watched my 8 year old get her pedicure without being able to soak our feet. Once my oldest pedicure was completed another staff came over and was about to start my pedicure but instead I asked her to start on my 5 year old since she was getting antsy and bored.They didn't soak her feet or do anything like a pedicure just filed and applied polish to her feet and nails. Again , the paint came out nice however, I politely declined even getting a pedicure because both kids were nearly finished when it came time to do my feet and they were antsy. I also, didn't want a rushed pedicure as I felt the nail techs were rushing. I have never been to a salon where they make a " group" have separate pedicures at 3 seperate times. Needless to say we won't be back. I never write poor reviews but this one I had to write because I was heartbroken that my youngest first pedicure experiance was lacking. I gave it two stars because the nails looked nice painted however, I could have stayed home and done that.

Matt is AWESOME. He had me laughing the entire time. I did the dip nails instead of acrylic and it looks great!! He was quick (not rushed at alllll) and I love that. Great service and great timing.

I tried SNS on my fingers and I loved it. The girls were gorgeous, happy and very helpful. I now have pretty toes, fingers and a happy heart. Thank you girls see you in two weeks

I would not even give a 1 star rating to this salon. Unprofessional, poor communication and lies about taking only 25 minutes to do a full set of Acrylic nails - was late for first day of my new job (should never have taken the risk but was guaranteed quick turnaround time). $60 for mismatched shape & size, had the product stuck to my fingers and they refused to help remove it essentially making me look & feel like a demanding customer. Dissatisfied, disappointed and would advise to go elsewhere.

I used to go to soie nails as I am a local but the quality and expertise really slipped. After not going for 9 months i was so rushed for time I thought I would go back - oh BIG MISTAKE This women said what colour do I want on my feet and got Sns and then another technician started on my feet Then this woman started to use the drill and buff off some of the old sns - I told her dont burn me and after burning me three times because she didn’t take any notice I said louder sto...p you are burning me and I started to sweat because of the anxiety She verbally and in anger said I have to do this and continued to then put the acetone and ALFoil on My feet were done very ok - sns over the nail line no clear polish on the top but glad Done Then it came to my nails and this very very rude woman sat in front of me to do - I said I don’t want you as you are very rude She went into verbal diaherra in her language Do yourself a favour DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I walked out without my nails being done Never will go back again ever See more

First I had made an appointment the day before for my daughter (aged 11) and I to get a pedicure, which the lady wrote my name in the book for that time, when we showed up at exactly that time and there were no chairs available, the same lady acted like she knew nothing about the appointment and asked us to come back. We came back 15 minutes later and were then seen. They rushed through the wole process for both of us and were done and polished in 15 minutes and my poor daug...hter had the skin of her toe ripped off!! They said nothing to me as her mother sitting right beside her which is unacceptable and after polishing her toes made her get out of the chair and sit somewhere else for them to dry, my toes dried for about 5 minutes after polishing before the lady came and ripped off the toe separator telling me to "be careful". My toes were not dry and 3 were scuffed walking to my car...very dissappointed See more

I just went there a few weeks ago to get my nails done first of all they were to long (i work fast-food)so I didn't want them to be but so long . About a week ago I was at work and I hit my nail on something it got snagged and ripped my whole nail off in addition to my real nail and ripped the nail bed off as well . The nails were so thick I had to take something sharp to pry them up just to get them off. Now that my one nail was off I decided just to go ahead and take the whole manicure off. I took fingernail clippers and clipped them down as far as I could to the real nail and buffed off the excess gel color with a fingernail file. I still can't manage to get the rest of the nail off . They are to thick . They should not be this thick. They should not be that difficult to get off. My costumer service was good I'll give them that very nice. Quick in and quick out, but that doesn't fix the problem I had with the actual experience so overall I do not recommend this place to anybody .

I have been to soi nails at different stages for the past few years with no complaints however as I went last Thursday for an infill as I went home I noticed that the acrylic was very very then two days later when one of my nails broke I noticed that they were bending and not very good at all so I went back and explain to them that the acrylic was almost non-existent and ask them to redo them she then said she would fix the broken nail only and I said this was not acceptable,... I wanted them all done as they were very thin and weak she told me no and that should come in each time a nail broke and they would fix it. I said no...... that wasn't going to work for me so she did however redo all my nails but I was made to feel like a criminal and heard them chattering in their own language which I knew that they were speaking about me and was so rushed that I have decided never ever ever to go back there again I do not need to be treated this way. I had been visiting a couple nail salons just comparing prices. I was so impressed with this one. When I entered the guy made me feel so welcome. It felt so comfortable and inviting. I came back the next day for a full set. That is when I met Helen. She did my nails for me. When she finished my nails were absolutely gorgeous. She told me about the gel polish. It is awesome. Since then Helen does my nails every time. She does such a good job. Although I'm sure they all are very good!! I strongly suggest this salon to everyone!!!!

I love this salon! The atmosphere is beautiful, the salon is so clean, but most importantly the people are the best part of the experience. The staff is sociable and always very polite. They always go out of their way to make sure I am completely happy with my nails. Also they do a great job on my eyebrows. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome experience at a good price. I have been to many salons but this one by far is my favorite.

I went here with my two children ages 8 and 5 for pedicures. My friend had nothing but great things to say about here. Maybe I went on an off day. The employees seemed very nice overall however, we were suppose to have a 30 minute wait which was fine I was willing to wait.
