The customer service here is great. the work that is done is fantastic. the language barrier is limited with some of the women. the Owner Lan is kind and funny, but if you are looking for a pedicure with all the stops this is not the place for you. This is were you go to take care of business and not where you veg out and suddenly half your day is gone and the only thing you have to show for it is perfect nails and soft skin. appointments are not required, I prefer Leeann over the other women though so I make a point to schedule with her, but all of them are great at what they do.
