I walked in. Only one man was doing nails. There was 3 people in front of me . When I walked in NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT at all. This was my first visit there. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

I have visited several nail salons for a pedicure, but I promise you that this is "THE BEST!" its so good I give the lady $20 and up for a tip, she's just that good!

The owners wife did an amazing job on my nails but the owner was extremely rude whilst I was paying. He began cursing at me because I was attempting to use an American express and when I defended myself he became more irate. I left my ID with him while I ran next door to the ATM since they don't accept American Express. When I returned to pay he had a disgusting attitude with me and said he didn't want to see me in his shop again. Spend your money elsewhere! These people are unprofessional, rude, and have the WORST customer service!!!!!!

My experience in Kiss Nail was great and it's my first time being there. The employees are friendly; the work atmosphere is smoothly (on not so crowded days) and welcoming. The employees sure can a great impression to their customers. I'll recommend it to those who are looking for a nice spot. Will I go back? Yes.
