I wasted $35 and I'm super disappointed in my nails, this was my first time visiting and I really looked forward to the experience because of all the good reviews. Mike was my nail tech and left paint all around the nail on my skin, didn't paint all the way to the cuticle, all of the nails have bubbles/lumps in them and the "rainbow chrome" he did turned out kind of just a black greenish color. When I asked him about the nail job the excuse was "my nails were just too short to paint"... I've never had any issue at any other nail salon with my nail length. First and last time. Read Less

I went to this shop as a first time customer to get a full in on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, and today Thursday, April 5, 2018 I lost two nails. The owner seem disinterested about my concerns. A different male repaired my nails and they look completely different from the first botched job. I've never been so disappointed in a nail shop. Horrible service! Horrible work! The girl who did my nails was nice, however, I went in for a basic polish change on my toes and the coats of polish was extremely uneven and rushed through. Definitely would not consider it a professional polishing. If you can’t get a basic polish change right, I would hate to experience a full nail service at this salon. I've found my go-to nail salon. I've never had to wait and have been seated immediately. I've had my nails done there three times now. I do the gel nails and they have always lasted 2-3 weeks before I get my color changed. The staff is friendly, the establishment is always clean, and the prices are great. I recommend Helen, she only works weekends though. Read Less

They used to be a nice shop now I can't stand them. They offer drinks to those who they want to. They hired two new people that are just horrible one name start with a J and he is awful talks about people in their face while working on their nails. Told me I need to come there more often because my feet needed work, well that's why I pay y'all to do my feet. I had a appointment scheduled and still had to wait 15 mins. The people are very nice and even give goodie bags for your first time, but the quality of work is mediocre. The technician doing my nails didn't even clean around my toenails, left dead cuticles and when painting my nails couldn't even do simple designs.
