I went here last Thursday on my birthday for a mani/pedi. Its on me that I didn't speak up about my pedi water being cold. However, she did a good job. It may be on myself as well that I just moved here and if i say I want a mani pedi full set where I'm from they give me the acrylic...and I've been to several nail salons back home they always get it right! So I say this and the woman sits me down and asks what color. I say well, again french tip. Then she gets the colors and begins to massage my arms and hands. I'm thinking she's being nice seeing as how I'm 6 months pregnant. Then she begins to paint tips on my nail nubs (always been a horrible nail bitter) I say wait wait No, I thought we were doing the acrylic? She stands up and leaves says nothing. Now there's a guy sitting in front of me saying you want powder? I'm like yeah acrylic with french tips. He puts on the nails then begins to put two different colored powders on my nails one for the pink and one for the white tips... not only does this process take forever but the two powders ran into one another creating a shaky white french tip line. The lines were not straight, very bubbly, the nail themselves looked 3D, and you couldn't even see the pink in the nail due to all the bubbles underneath the nails. When I spoke up the guy became very rude, he didn't understand English hardly, he continued to argue to get his point across telling us your nail short we need use this powder. I'm like no you are wrong I've been doing this for 15 years at many different places. He said he could paint a straight white line over to fix that part. But, that would had not only been redundant but would had meant half my nail is now white ( yes that's how thick the white powder was placed on) so the guy continues to talk over me raising his voice didn't want to listen my husband and I just wanted out of there at this point. I was tired, hungry and had spent near 4 hours at this place on my birthday and then he over charged us. $101 For full set/pedi.. I was so upset but trying so hard not to create a huge sceen in their packed store as everyone looks at me like what's that girls problem lol sigh. Saved the receipt and btw that was Thursday, as of Friday I already had gaps forming and cracks at the cuticles.

I'm not sure why the ratings are so low! This is one of the better nail places in town. They are very nice not too pushy and do a good job. 4 stars only because the selection of colors is a little low...

Friendly? YesReasonable prices? SureRelaxing? NoClean? NOThe experience was so disappointing that I decided to create a Yelp account to post my first review.There were 5 empty pedi stations when I came in and they sat me in the only one that had a dirty tub, was visibly worn (flaking pleather back), missing a back cushion. The nail tech insisted I sit in the chair while they clean the tub, then another came by to tell her she just cleaned it and told me to put my feet in to begin the pedicure. I ended up asking to be moved to a different chair since I wasn't comfortable with the chair or "debatably" dirty tub. They obliged, but the rest of the pedicure was rough (I bled), and quicker than the other 2 customers who were also getting basic pedis and were already soaking when I came in. Everyone, including the nail tech I had, was extremely friendly, but clearly lacked the skills needed to provide a clean and relaxing pedicure.(The pic below is what the first tub looked like before the pedicure began)

Very sweet and accommodating. Only things I wasn't so fond of was that certain things are extra that usually are free. i.e. $5 for long nail acrylics, $5 extra if you want stiletto. My massage for my mani was quick and not on my arms like most places just my hands. I had to tell them to separate my skin from underside of acrylic nails over and over. Plus I had to tell them to take off the excess gunk that gets on the underside of the nail over and over until eventually I gave up from frustration. I will never get round nails again. Some of the chairs for the pedi have the pleather flaking off and gouges on the arms. The massage feature is strong, that I liked. I don't like that they speak another language while all of their customers mainly speak English. I feel like it is rude. Maybe it's just me. I wouldn't speak Spanish with my daughter while I'm here. One girl speaks English all of the time even when the others speak Vietnamese to her which is greatly appreciated. With my pedicure they just did it and didn't ask which one I wanted-. My daughter's person was sloppy with the polish. Is it too much to ask for perfection. Ugh

I asked why she wasn't using tub, she said I just asked for polish. I said no, I signed in and put down basic pedicure, she proceeded to go check and laugh. Then she ran water but acted like it was a bother to do. She asked if I wanted anything else done and I asked didn't they put designs on ...toe, she said yes, I asked price, she said no charge. Well as I was checking out after her having to redo toe since she messed up painting toe, the charge was $29.00. I had already paid her $5.00 in cash for tip, when she said all tips need to be in cash. Also she pointed to sign on counter that said Cash tips only. Was told that design and polish were extra.... why was that not told when I asked??? So my experience was not very nice since I was charged when I asked before service was performed!! I really hate to give them only three stars, because they are great people. They do great work and have reasonable prices. But, I have decided not to go back because of the lack of cleanliness. It's pretty dirty in the shop, instruments just tossed in the autoclave. I'm honestly not sure if they use it. I only got one pedicure there because the instruments weren't in plastic. I'm not sure if they were sanitized at all. It's not worth the risk to me.

This place is awful. Went in for a manicure and pedicure. The tub looked very unsanitary and the tools weren't in a cleaning solution. After my pedicure where the man was too rough, he proceeded to do my manicure; in the pedicure chair. He very hastily attempted to wipe off my nail polish that had been on and didn't even get all of it off when he began the manicure itself. The manicure took 4 minutes or less. I came with my friend, and maybe it was just the man doing mine, but she had a great time. Her manicure took the 25 minutes it should've where mine took a mere 4 minutes. Disappointed I threw my money away on this place.

I had a great experience here for a shellac manicure. First of all, I decided I wanted my nails done the morning of the day I wanted them done. I figured I'd have a hard time getting in, but I was able to schedule online during my lunch break and be approved within an hour!As I headed inside, I was greeted and directed to sit down and pick out my nail polish. The man who did my nails (unfortunately, I do not have his name) was great. Absolutely friendly and patient as he dealt with my indecisiveness on my color. He did my nails quick and efficiently, then massaged my hands afterward. The price is extremely reasonable for this area for a shellac manicure. I'd definitely suggest this place!

1 star for taking me in less than an hour before closing for a mani/pedi and they actually had paraffin wax. Negative 4 because: (1) I was not special, they took on 4 more clients after me; (2) the less than 15 minute "deluxe" pedicure including the "massage" and wax treatment; (3) the half ass paint job they attempted to send me off with. Yeah. They were nice in that they tolerated some late walk-ins. However, I would rather be turned away because you know your services will not be represented well given the lack of sufficient time to fully perform. Clearly, competency is an issue where I have to tell you how to do your job as a "professional." I'll pass. Instead, I get the rush pedi and cancelled the mani (because if it was going to be anything like the pedi... NO, thanks)! A waste of my time, money, and energy.

I stopped in this nail salon and got a basic manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fairly priced and looks fine. The manicure was terrible, though. Every nail either has a lot of bubbles, smudges, or uneven color. The nail technician wasn't particular friendly and rushed, sometimes covering my nail only halfway with paint. Another nail technician was very friendly and asked if I wanted extra coats, but there was paint all over my cuticles and nails. So maybe I got a bad technician, but I would say you're better off painting your nails at home.

Whenever I come in and its busy they always have time. This woman was just rude. Usually Id give 5 stars but this lowered it. Happy Nails has a better and much friendlier environment.

Very friendly staff, they made an effort to make sure you were happy. My mother in law and I went in for pedicures on a Saturday afternoon ~5:30ish? We were promptly seated, they ran the water in the pedicure bowls (they do not use the plastic disposable covers in the bowls). The prices on the pedicure options range from $22-35. We both just chose the basic since we were already running late and needed to get home. The two men doing the pedicures were alright at attention to our feet, very good at massaging our legs/feet, and then the polish for me wasn't up to par. There was edges exposed that were not painted, I checked them before I left but at that point we needed to leave. Not even four days later several nails had chipped polish, I can imagine from not filing very well on the edges and being caught on socks. I think it all depends on who you get at any pedicure place, but, there needs to be attention to detail here.

Tried to simply get an acrylic fill and after waiting 20 minutes was given someone who was extremely rude. Tried to cut my nails down without asking me and then was noticeably rushing/rude after I said something. After another awkward 10 minutes I finally asked for someone else to do my nails. Someone came to finish but they were all obviously tinted against me at this point so I didn't expect a great job. Then when I went to pay the manager tried to charge me an extra $10 for """long nails""". If I had gotten something for less than $20 I would literally not have paid.

The only good thing I can say about this spa is that they keep it clean. Otherwise, the pedicure was nothing I was expecting. I decided to go here because it's closer to home than the usual place I go. And boy, will I never make that mistake again. The pedicure lasted all of 10 minutes from beginning to end. They did not scrub my feet with the pumice stone, she simply rubbed it all over my feet for 5 seconds as if it was a cloth, which did no good. She did not clip my cuticles. And she put on one coat of polish - it is not even, there are spots of polish on my toe that I can see through (it's a dark color). I also took a friend who had never had a pedicure before - same treatment. Very disappointed that I wasted my money here.

I'm not sure why the ratings are so low! This is one of the better nail places in town. They are very nice not too pushy and do a good job. 4 stars only because the selection of colors is a little low. They have plenty of chairs for both mani and pedi

NOThe experience was so disappointing that I decided to create a Yelp account to post my first review.There were 5 empty pedi stations when I came in and they sat me in the only one that had a dirty tub, was visibly worn (flaking pleather back), missing a back cushion. The nail tech insisted I sit in the chair while they clean the tub, then another came by to tell her she just cleaned it and told me to put my feet in to begin the pedicure. I ended up asking to be moved to a different chair since I wasn't comfortable with the chair or "debatably" dirty tub. They obliged, but the rest of the pedicure was rough (I bled), and quicker than the other 2 customers who were also getting basic pedis and were already soaking when I came in. Everyone, including the nail tech I had, was extremely friendly, but clearly lacked the skills needed to provide a clean and relaxing pedicure.(The pic below is what the first tub looked like before the pedicure began)

Very sweet and accommodating. Only things I wasn't so fond of was that certain things are extra that usually are free. i.e. $5 for long nail acrylics, $5 extra if you want stiletto. My massage for my mani was quick and not on my arms like most places just my hands. I had to tell them to separate my skin from underside of acrylic nails over and over. Plus I had to tell them to take off the excess gunk that gets on the underside of the nail over and over until eventually I gave up from frustration. I will never get round nails again. Some of the chairs for the pedi have the pleather flaking off and gouges on the arms. The massage feature is strong, that I liked. I don't like that they speak another language while all of their customers mainly speak English. I feel like it is rude. Maybe it's just me. I wouldn't speak Spanish with my daughter while I'm here. One girl speaks English all of the time even when the others speak Vietnamese to her which is greatly appreciated. With my pedicure they just did it and didn't ask which one I wanted-. My daughter's person was sloppy with the polish. Is it too much to ask for perfection. Ugh

I asked why she wasn't using tub, she said I just asked for polish. I said no, I signed in and put down basic pedicure, she proceeded to go check and laugh. Then she ran water but acted like it was a bother to do. She asked if I wanted anything else done and I asked didn't they put designs on ...toe, she said yes, I asked price, she said no charge. Well as I was checking out after her having to redo toe since she messed up painting toe, the charge was $29.00. I really hate to give them only three stars, because they are great people. They do great work and have reasonable prices. But, I have decided not to go back because of the lack of cleanliness. It's pretty dirty in the shop, instruments just tossed in the autoclave. I'm honestly not sure if they use it. I only got one pedicure there because the instruments weren't in plastic. I'm not sure if they were sanitized at all. It's not worth the risk to me.

After my pedicure where the man was too rough, he proceeded to do my manicure; in the pedicure chair. He very hastily attempted to wipe off my nail polish that had been on and didn't even get all of it off when he began the manicure itself. The manicure took 4 minutes or less. I came with my friend, and maybe it was just the man doing mine, but she had a great time. Her manicure took the 25 minutes it should've where mine took a mere 4 minutes. Disappointed I threw my money away on this place.

I had a great experience here for a shellac manicure. First of all, I decided I wanted my nails done the morning of the day I wanted them done. I figured I'd have a hard time getting in, but I was able to schedule online during my lunch break and be approved within an hour!As I headed inside, I was greeted and directed to sit down and pick out my nail polish. The man who did my nails (unfortunately, I do not have his name) was great. Absolutely friendly and patient as he dealt with my indecisiveness on my color. He did my nails quick and efficiently, then massaged my hands afterward. The price is extremely reasonable for this area for a shellac manicure. I'd definitely suggest this place!

1 star for taking me in less than an hour before closing for a mani/pedi and they actually had paraffin wax. Negative 4 because: (1) I was not special, they took on 4 more clients after me; (2) the less than 15 minute "deluxe" pedicure including the "massage" and wax treatment; (3) the half ass paint job they attempted to send me off with. Yeah. They were nice in that they tolerated some late walk-ins. However, I would rather be turned away because you know your services will not be represented well given the lack of sufficient time to fully perform. Clearly, competency is an issue where I have to tell you how to do your job as a "professional." I'll pass. Instead, I get the rush pedi and cancelled the mani (because if it was going to be anything like the pedi... NO, thanks)! A waste of my time, money, and energy.

I stopped in this nail salon and got a basic manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fairly priced and looks fine. The manicure was terrible, though. Every nail either has a lot of bubbles, smudges, or uneven color. The nail technician wasn't particular friendly and rushed, sometimes covering my nail only halfway with paint. Another nail technician was very friendly and asked if I wanted extra coats, but there was paint all over my cuticles and nails. So maybe I got a bad technician, but I would say you're better off painting your nails at home.

Very friendly staff, they made an effort to make sure you were happy. My mother in law and I went in for pedicures on a Saturday afternoon ~5:30ish? We were promptly seated, they ran the water in the pedicure bowls (they do not use the plastic disposable covers in the bowls). The prices on the pedicure options range from $22-35. We both just chose the basic since we were already running late and needed to get home. The two men doing the pedicures were alright at attention to our feet, very good at massaging our legs/feet, and then the polish for me wasn't up to par. There was edges exposed that were not painted, I checked them before I left but at that point we needed to leave. Not even four days later several nails had chipped polish, I can imagine from not filing very well on the edges and being caught on socks. I think it all depends on who you get at any pedicure place, but, there needs to be attention to detail here.

Tried to simply get an acrylic fill and after waiting 20 minutes was given someone who was extremely rude. Tried to cut my nails down without asking me and then was noticeably rushing/rude after I said something. After another awkward 10 minutes I finally asked for someone else to do my nails. Someone came to finish but they were all obviously tinted against me at this point so I didn't expect a great job. Then when I went to pay the manager tried to charge me an extra $10 for """long nails""". If I had gotten something for less than $20 I would literally not have paid.

The only good thing I can say about this spa is that they keep it clean. Otherwise, the pedicure was nothing I was expecting. I decided to go here because it's closer to home than the usual place I go. And boy, will I never make that mistake again. The pedicure lasted all of 10 minutes from beginning to end. They did not scrub my feet with the pumice stone, she simply rubbed it all over my feet for 5 seconds as if it was a cloth, which did no good. She did not clip my cuticles. And she put on one coat of polish - it is not even, there are spots of polish on my toe that I can see through (it's a dark color). I also took a friend who had never had a pedicure before - same treatment. Very disappointed that I wasted my money here.
