I stopped by because I remembered a patient recommending this location and I'm so glad I came. I did a walk in with my sister and they assisted us fairly quickly after we picked our colors. The place was clean and had a good amount of employees working. I got Tracy as my technician and she did an excellent job with my pedicure and gel manicure. Not to mention, the prices for a pedicure were so good! They do so much and the massage chairs made me not want to leave. My sister got a technician named "Sovana" and she was lovely. My sister has issues with her ingrown and this is the first time my sister was satisfied with her pedicure because her toe nails stopped hurting once Sovana worked her magic. Flat Out Rude ! Makes me feel so unwelcomei JUST went here this afternoon on a slow Monday.  There was no customer in the store.  I saw a lady sitting on a chair in front of the store.  She was looking at her phone.  I said hello to her and asked her for VAN . She REPLIED  "of course she is THE owner HERE " I said  I need eyebrows wax and she said "NO" she is not here with out looking me and she continue  said to me everybody here can do it but she never look at me. I said to her will be back but OF course I will never come back , this place poor customer service, I have never been somewhere so terrible. if you want quality service go somewhere else.I understand that she doesn't have enough education but at least she said " HELLO" to customer  I am not sure if she has parents. Not the prettiest or cleanest nail salon I've been to.. but the gel manicure I got from Tammy was probably the best I've ever gotten.  Tammy shaped my nails perfectly and she was very detailed in making sure my nails looked even and uniform.  5 stars for her.  However, I am not sure if/how this salon sterilizes their equipment after each use...  I did not see the technicians put their instruments into liquid disinfectant of any kind, but hopefully I'm wrong. Quite disappointed in my acrylic nails. The shape was uneven as well as the position of the tips. The lady was not sensitive while providing service as I was flinching in pain every two seconds while she shaped my nails. To top off the bad experience, they did not allow the tip to be included on the card UNLESS it was over $10. Read Less

Just wanted to get a nice relaxing mani pedi... And I walk out with large cut on my toe because this woman was to busy running her mouth instead of paying attention to my pedicure.At first she wasn't going to offer me anything off do messing up my food... Then she said $5 off... Um no ma'am... $10 sounds fair... Honestly is should have been free... She continued to run her mouth... And poor acetone on my legs instead of oil for the massage... She tried to then poor oil over it... I had to tell her she needed to use soap to wash my leg off... This was literally the worst experience I've ever had getting a mani pedi... The best nail salon in the area! I have lived in Burke my entire life and have tried many salons in the area, but I always come back to the Nail Palace! They give the best, most extensive massages with their pedicures and are always eager to please customers. Again, the absolute best pedicure for their price!Read Less

I was looking for a new nail place and was really happy when I found Nail Palace. I went there to get a pedicure before vacation and was happy with their overall service HOWEVER within a few weeks I got an AWFUL fungal infection from the pedicure I got from Nail Palace. Its over 8 months later and Im still dealing with the repercussions of this gross fungal infection including some heafty medical bills.
