I love this place. Always great experience, I feel welcomed. I have tried others before and service is not the same and also prices. This's my favorite. Thank you Vivian! Very detail- oriented.

I walked in and got an immediate pedicure. The technician did a thorough job and was very efficient. I enjoyed the leg and foot massage. Price was very reasonable. I will certainly come back!

Eight weeks ago I had a pleasant mani/pedi at this salon. It was my third visit. Unfortunately a few days after the manicure I noticed a tiny, dark spot at the base of my nail. (I have very strong, good nails). At first I thought the technician hadn't cleaned her brush and had put a touch of dark polish on my nude colored nail. Fast forward eight weeks and the dark spot ended up being a full blown nail fungus infection. Not only is my nail destroyed but I had to go the doctor to get a prescription to help clear the fungus. It is painful and annoying. I just want other potential customers to be aware that this occurred. For that reason, I give his salon one star for lack of cleanliness.

Excellent, pleasant customer service. As a walk in without an appointment I waited about 15 minutes. They thanked me multiple times for waiting. The nail service was thorough. Technicians were pleasant and interactive without being overbearing. I just had a manicure and there was no annoying upwelling. IMO one of the best nail salons in the Burke/West Springfield area.

I called on a Saturday afternoon to see if they had immediate openings. They did and someone took care of me right when I arrived. The pedicure service was competent and kind. I was charged $3 extra for something -- I couldn't understand the technician very well -- and needed to point out a couple of spots where nail polish got on my skin. The technician took care of those right away (and may have felt rushed by me as I only had 40 minutes). Overall, a competent system. I would return.

I've gone to this place for years. Have never had any issues. Julie is by far the best! She takes her time and puts in great effort when doing a spa mani/pedi! And most importantly it's clean!

I love this place! I stumbled onto this salon when I was having trouble with one of my toenails. It was ingrown and the salon I had been going to hadn't taken care of it properly. The owner, Amy was very kind and was just going to take care of my problem toenail herself. When I got seated in the spa chair it was so lovely I just wanted to stay there, so I asked if I could have a full pedicure. She got one of her employees, Lena, to take care of me. I have been going to Lena now for about four years and I haven't looked back! The Nail Techs there are very knowledgeable and are meticulous about their care of your feet, hands and the utensils they use. Fancy Nails is so comfortable and welcoming, when you first go inside someone always greets you, the atmosphere inside is very lovely, you just want to be there and stay as long as you can! You owe it to yourself to try it, it's really a great place!

The owner, Amy was very kind and was just going to take care of my problem toenail herself.
