This is a fantastic family owned and operated salon. Everything is exceptionally cleaned, and maintained. They have a wide range of products and services available, like four or five kinds of gel nail polish, typical nail polish. Their waxing services are fantastic. I have previously frequented this nail salon once for a manicure, once for a pedicure, and twice before for waxing, once for eyebrows and once for upper lip.  I had alright experiences before...nothing extraordinary but I guess I was satisfied.  I went yesterday to get my upper lip waxed and the lady was hurried, rude, short, and what's worse (what I was scared would happen while she was rushing around and yanking sheets of lukewarm wax off my lip), she left the middle of my lip extremely burned.  It was too painful yesterday to even eat, and today it's scabbed over.   I will never go back here for waxing services, and I advise you to not either if you like getting professional waxing done and not getting burned. Stay away from this place! It was the worst experience ever!!! Went in for a gel manicure, toe polish change and eyebrow wax. The technician had to do my nails over because they were all streaky. They still weren't right and she refused to fix them. My eyebrows were a DISASTER!!! They came out uneven and when I went back to complain and get a refund they told me no refunds. I wasn't going to let them touch them again to fix them! I ended up meeting with the manager and the... technician and the technician yelled at me and said it was my fault they were uneven. I'm sorry WHO IS THE ONE WITH THE HOT WAX???? She was rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. Then went out and started talking about me to other customers. Very disappointed with Top Nails. My mom and I went here when she came into town they they botched her nails. I mean, it was messed up all over. The nail technician was on her phone, and drinking tea out in the open. They didn't try to talk to us, and gave us attitude. Never coming back here again. Such horrible service. Read Less

I came here for a shellac French manicure and was very disappointed. My French manicure lines weren't smooth and my nails were very rushed.... They ended up peeling off in a but after a week. I have had better service before but I don't think my gels here have ever lasted to a full two weeks or more from when I get them done here. Read Less

The first time I had a pedi here I loved it.  My eybrows are always done great here.However, I took a friend here with Rave reviews and was embarrassed.  They did her pedi sloppy & rushed.  The coworkers were arguing amongst themselves, rude to each other and some where very sarcastic with customers.Pedi was mediocre.  I doubt we will go back. I've been going to top nails for years. Sometimes I make appointments, and even if I don't, they make time for me within 15-20 minutes. They've gone above and beyond what I've asked and have even stayed an hour after closing while taking their time on my nails. Every person that works there does an amazing job. Read Less

After reading some of the reviews I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The prices were pretty reasonable, $28 for a pedicure and $10 for eyebrows. It didn't feel rushed at all even though we were all walk ins. Also I normally pay about $40 to get my eyebrows done back home and honestly Twee did a better job here than what I usually get. DON'T go here. She rushed through the manicure, pedicure, and application of lashes (All for over $120, and there was a half price special on the lashes).It's a good thing I had a doctor's appointment that afternoon, because she got so much glue in my eye from the fake lashes that I needed MEDICAL ATTENTION afterwards.  I asked her to stop when it first happened because of the pain, but she basically told me to calm down and that it was my fault and I needed to sit still.I lost sight in one eye temporarily, and it was dark red for weeks from the chemical burns.The french gel mani and pedi were fine, lasted a while and looked okay from afar, but if you got up close they looked sloppy. Great service. I got the jelly pedicure and it was amazing! Great conversation and they take their time!! I made an appointment, but they aren't necessary for service. The jelly pedicure included a jelly soak, sugar scrub and warm leg towels. $37 and well worth it! Read Less

I really didn't get what I payed for at this place. I went in to get a French manicure and a pedicure with gel polish and it cost more than $70. Maybe I'm just new to this but it seemed really pricey to me. Mostly, though, I have been thoroughly disappointed with how both have lasted. I work in a restaurant so I usually get gel polish because it can last weeks even with the constant hand washing and other abuses. About a day after I got it all done, my purple pedicure looked more gold than purple and only 2 days after that the polish on one nail completely peeled off. As for the French tips on my hand, it only took them a couple of days before they started to chip and peel. Only a week later one nail had broken off. I paid extra for gel polish because its supposed to last and I already need a fresh manicure. Also the service was somewhat lacking. No one was rude but I felt like I was being ignored in favor of the regulars that were there. I will definitely not be returning there to waste my money. Read Less

The pedicures are okay but I don't think I will go back because of the service. We had appointments but were still made to feel as though we were inconveniencing them. The two women giving my friend and I the pedicures apparently didn't like each other and spent much of the time bickering. My girl looked annoyed that she was asked to do mine and even stopped to text a few times during the pedicure. I felt very rushed and uncomfortable for the majority of the time I was there. After one year with his salon, I'm calling it quits. Every time I go in for a scheduled appointment, I have to wait until they finish someone else. Recently it was up to 45 minutes when I decided I had waited long enough and left. I agree with the other person who said that they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them. They never smile, and truly look annoyed that they have to work on you. It wasn't that way when I first began with them. Now it's like a factory line, moving you along as fast as they can. I got a set of gel nails (french) and  pedicure - excellent results, and friendly staff. two girls worked with me, one for my mani one for my pedi. I will be going back for sure.  Beware they can't do CC tips - I also noted they did waxing - may have to try that next time. Read Less
