Kim is seriously one of the nicest people I have met when getting my nails done! She took the extra time and care to make sure my nails were BEYOND perfect for ring dance!! KIM IS GREAT! It was my boyfriends first pedicure and he absolutely loved it. She was very attentive and did a great job! The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Kim is the best!! We decided last minute on Sunday to do my engagement pictures on Monday, I called Kim late Sunday afternoon since she was the only place open on Sunday in Blacksburg to see if I could come after work, she was completely booked Sunday and Monday, but realizing how desperate I was she offered to open up at 7:30am, 1.5 hours earlier than normal to fit me in! She was so nice to talk to and did such an incredible job on my toes, fingernails and eyebrows. I am so grateful she was willing to come in early on a Monday morning for me. I usually do not write reviews but I felt like I owed it to Kim to write a positive one after my experience with her. I booked an appointment for my girlfriend and I a week in advance and I ended up running 10 min late the day of the appointment (I called to tell her) and she said no problem! When we got there, Kim treated us very kindly and was so funny. She works by herself and is such a hard worker. She treated my girlfriend and I with great respect and was clean very thorough when doing both of our nails. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend Kim 10/10 times to anyone that is looking for a respectable, clean, and friendly place in Blacksburg to get their nails done. Read Less
