As our guest, your satisfaction and safety is our top priority. We maintain cleanliness at all times by sterilizing and sanitizing all of our equipment. For our pedicure service. We use disposable tub liners. New liners are use single use New buffers, files, Pumice stones are single use. Complimentary soft drink and free Wifi. Most of the nail techs here do a great job and they all give you plenty of time under the nail dryer. The only nail tech I won't let do my nails anymore is Donna because tho she is a nice lady she doesn't do a very good job on acrylics. She only did mine twice and both times I noticed my nails were crooked on most of the sides and wavy at the end of the tips. On top of that when she painted the top coat on my nails there was silver glitter from a previous customer in it so I had pieces of glitter on them in certain spots on certain nails. Instead of taking the polish off and repainting them with a new top coat she laughed and said "Oh sparkles" so she acknowledged she saw it and just left it that way. All the other nail techs that have ever done my nails here do a great job and are very nice as well.

I came in yesterday and had an awful experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with my acrylic set. First off, each nail is a different shape. Some are flat on top, some have rounded tips, and some have square tips. The nail polish is not covering the entire nail on multiple nails What made me the most upset is that the acrylic on 2 of the nails did not go to the nail bed. When the technician asked me to look at them and see if I was ok with the nails, I asked her to please fix... the acrylic so that it goes to the bed. She disputed that even though it clearly looks like it has already grown out. I told her that I would like it to be fixed because it already looks grown out and do not want to come back in a few days to have it fixed because there's already a large gap. She told me to come back next weekend. Absolutely horrible experience and never coming back. I really could not believe the lack of disregard, especially because I was nice and she had asked me if I wanted anything fixed. 展开

My sister in law and I decided to go last minute when we arrived they were pretty busy they asked us to come back at 2 which was only fifteen minutes from the time we got there so we had lunch next door. Unfortunately we had the baby with us and we both wanted a pedicure and a no chip mani. I had Angela and she was very gentle and did an amazing job. When they got to our hands we could no longer hold the baby we didnt really think of that. But the lady in the front gladly took him and we were able to relax. They went above and beyond and i will continue to go back.

Sky Nails gets 4 stars for excellent customer service. I found this business after walking out of NY Nails. The wait was a little long but there were ample magazines available to pass the time. The manicurist was very polite and patient with my mother who has Alzheimer's.

Most of the nail techs here do a great job and they all give you plenty of time under the nail dryer. The only nail tech I won't let do my nails anymore is Donna because tho she is a nice lady she doesn't do a very good job on acrylics. She only did mine twice and both times I noticed my nails were crooked on most of the sides and wavy at the end of the tips. On top of that when she painted the top coat on my nails there was silver glitter from a previous customer in it so I had pieces of glitter on them in certain spots on certain nails. Unfortunately we had the baby with us and we both wanted a pedicure and a no chip mani. I had Angela and she was very gentle and did an amazing job.
