I had a French gel manicure done here recently with a group of friends. The salon and equipment were dirty (chair and towel had old food stuck to them, tools were not taken out of a sanitizing case or wrapping). The staff pressured us into getting an upgraded manicure that they couldn't describe, which turned out to just be a 10 second hand "massage" with lotion and a boiling hot towel (no paraffin or scrub). Multiple people worked on me during my visit so I can't speak well of just about anyone on the staff - the lady who filed my nails did a terrible job, they were super uneven and rough, probably because the files she used appeared to be old and dull. The application of the polish was very poorly done - layered on way too thickly and they didn't even seem to pay attention to how long each hand was under the lamp for. Gel polish also needs to be cured with rubbing alcohol as a last step, and they didn't do this (the guy brushed me off when I mentioned it). They also got polish all over my skin and caked under my nails (this eventually peeled off but the integrity of the rest of the polish is compromised as a result I'm sure). As a result of their shoddy workmanship, my nails have already started to chip and it's only been 4 days! What a waste of $35 (plus I tipped $6 out of guilt). OMG! So I went in on Friday Sept 30th, to get a fill in and the lady tells me to go to table 3 (old lady that can't SEE), when I say it took a hour for a fill in it took an hr it did, 15mins taking off my no chip polish, another 20mins destroying my shape, 25mins filling in and polish, she cut my nails down and destroyed my almond shape to what looked like a triangle! I had picked a no chip polish and ended up telling her to just do them clear (so you really can't notice the... horrible flaws) I was leaving to Vegas in the morning I didn't have the time nor patience to get a soak off and new set, she charges me 16.00 that right there told me she knew she did a bad job. I get home start packing and boom!!! My index nail is chipped and there is a crack in the nail and the gel comes off the side of my nail like WTFFFF, then it happened to the rest of my nails my nails looked like shit for vacation!! I came in on a Monday afternoon (7/24/17)for a no chip manicure and pedicure, and it was fairly busy. I was told that there would be a 15 minute wait which I didn't mind. After 20 minutes I was directed to the pedicure station and an employee started to fill the pedicure bowl.. the bowl that didn't look thoroughly clean. I asked if he could clean it and he did. My technician gave a great pedicure, but unfortunately the no chip manicure could have been better. Here it is Wedne...sday and my "no chip" is ready to come off. This is my first time visiting this particular nail salon, and to be quite frank I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This is a place you go to when your regular nail salon is either closed or you need a last minute mani/pedi. Hopefully they can change my mind because they are pretty close to me, but I'm not new to no chip manicures and they normally last 2 to 3 weeks when I get them done at HN nails which is normally cheaper. I spent 50 dollars here , and this should not be happening lol. Overall, I give the cleanliness of the shop a 8 out of 10,customer service 10 out of 10, and the actual nails a 6 out of 10. I was here Tuesday had my nails done by an older lady(big mistake) I got a full set & pedicure. she argued with me about my color & to top it off my toe nails are not cut straight! Also my acrylics are already falling apart!!! Will not go here ever again. Read Less

I came in and asked for GEL manicure and brow wax. Tech did not listen or understand me. I did NOT want SNS nails and I had to be at my mom's funeral in 35 minutes time. She kept insisting I would love it. I kept insisting I had had it before and it took me 6 months to finally get my nails back strong. She went too deep with the sanding and burnt my cuticle area. OW!!!!! I wanted gel polish. Quick and just what I wanted. I ended up with SNS (by this time I was down to about 20 minutes so i didn't have time to argue with her any more). It has been 2 weeks and when I run my fingers through my hair the "ridge" is already pulling it out! I hate this system and the tech acted surprised when I said i did not have time to do my brows as I was already late to my mother's funeral! Yes. Probably communication, but NO, is NO, is NO! Now I've got another 6 months to have my nails keep breaking because they were again filed down. I will not be returning. Read Less

First time I went, I only had my nails polished with gel polish. Nicely done, Star was patient with me while I chose a color. Polish was neat and has lasted 2 weeks and counting. I will try them again for a pedicure. Read Less

Highly dissatisfied with this place. A young girl could care less about making my nails look half way nice. She was too busy texting and talking on the phone to do my nails. The acrylic nails were not big enough to cover my original nail. There were many that were lopsided. This place also pushes you to buy things and to spend more money than you expected. It is not a calming and relaxing experience. I will definitely be choosing a different nail salon! Read Less

I been coming here for yrs today is the last day that I will ever spend my money at this place.I walked in told them I wanted a full set, pedicure and eyebrows right before she started painting my nails i ask to pay and said I'm also getting my eyebrows done too. The lady said $47 so I sit and wait for my eyebrows to get waxed and she says what was I waiting for I told her and she says she didn't charge me, mind you today the day for $18 pedicure and $18 full set so guess wha...t now they charge a shaping fee and $7 nail art weather they draw on all ur nails or just four of your nails. They really should start posting there fees so there will never be a mix up again. I then call Lyn to tell her I get a chuckle over the phone and she says "you can come back in and will do them and charge you for them" Never a sorry for the mix up I can take care of it for today but next time these are our prices. This is not the type of place where the customer is always right. I came today with my sister cousin and friend cause tomorrow is my bday so we all were faithful customers until today. I didn't want to be rude or cause a scene because I have been going there for so many years and see what type of rude customers walk in.
