HORRIBLE SERVICE! Management was very rude and cursed repeatedly. I went on Saturday to get a fill in and on Sunday one nail broke and a second nail broke on Christmas Day. When I went to go back on Tuesday they were closed. I went today and the one nail that was fixed is crooked and the other nail was left with glue on it (no fix, because he wanted to charge $4). He charged $2 to file my nail down and it took him 45 minutes to do this after he tried gluing the broken nail down to my cracked natural nail. Awesome salon!! I always request T for pedicures and Manicures and Cynthia for eyebrows but all of these guys are awesome at what they do! Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. My go to place for all of my salon needs, nails, pedicure, waxing, they offer tanning, permanent makeup even. I love the fact they have the option for a glass of wine with your service and other beverages and even snacks. I was a loyal customer before today but I went in and got a shellac-fill which is what I usually get, chose a color from the sellac color pile and then once I was done the nail technician told me that color was $6 more. Completely unprofessional to have a shellac color that is priced differently in the same pile and not tell the customer. I recently went there with some friends and right from the start the lady behind the desk had an attitude which continued all the way through my friend's manicure. There was an odd snobby attitude from most everyone we dealt with there. The worst part was that our nail polish started coming off the tips of our nails the very same day, and by day two there were many more chips. It's a nice nail salon/spa tucked away in Ashland that I've honestly never paid any attention to! It's one of the nicest nail salons that I've been to in a while and I'm grateful that it's so close to where I live. I wish I would've known about them before because they are amazing. I settled for a essential pedicure which was about $30. The technician was nice and everyone was friendly. They even have a mini-bar. The decor is beautiful and inviting. The proprietor went on to tell me that she could do a polish change only then why did you tell me that I need an appointment why not tell me the options. OK! The first visit I didn't like the atmosphere the young women were cold and uninviting the older lady did my nails very nicely, second visit same problems cold atmosphere young women snooty and unprofessional! Sad I would never go back but needed a quick fix and noticed a $5 off sale was on the window !! I Love Rock N Nails. I'm a faithful costumer every two weeks,and I'm always satisfied I even post pics up of my hands and toes done by them.
