I've come here several times out of convenience to my home but I'm opting to go out of my close radius and find a spot with better service (and reviews). The turn over in Ownership did nothing to the quality of pedicures you receive. They get 2 stars instead of 1 for allowing walk-ins and they're pretty quick to serve and they offer bottled water. These ladies do not know how to shape a nail. Someone previously mentioned they spend too little time and that is accurate! They speed through the service to get the next person in the chair. I've walked out of there 3 times now (3 different women) with lopsided big toe nails, ugh I'm done. The price (way too high) does not justify what you receive in quality. I hope the salon reads these reviews and make adjustments to their game.

Did not like my manicure at all. The ladies don’t take their time and are not very friendly. They see you trying to fix the nail polish on your nail and they don’t even try to help you!

Nice customer service, but the prices are way over priced for the service. I have yet to have a sns dipped mani last for 2 weeks. My last lasted 9 days. I also don't like how they ask for tips in cash...

Came for a pedicure. I was told they only accept cash tips. I told the lady I would be back in 5 minutes to get cash at the nearby grocery store. Came back 5 minutes later and I was told the wait was now an hour. I wish I was told that before walking to the ATM. Horrible customer service!

I'm extremely disappointed with this place. I went there a few times before they changed the name, and had a horrible experience. They cut my heel and toe. So I thought would give them a chance with new name under new management. It was a horrible experience. The place was super empty. The lady that did my pedicure left half of my toe nails in and caused the worst pain and ingrown toe nails. This place is walking distance to me but I will never go back again.

Excellent experience! The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the environment is peaceful. I always go to Anna, she is a miracle worker when it comes to my cuticles!

I'm so over this place. Officially boycotting it from here on out. Too bad because it's conveniently located. Me: "Is a technician available now?" Them: "Yes, pick color". Me: "So someone is available now?" Them: "Yes, pick color". Then I sit for 25 minutes. JUST BE HONEST! THERE IS A WAIT. I'll come back later. So frustrating because it happens every time. Second issue is the slack approach to filing and buffing. Each nail gets less than 1/2 a second. Really?! My nails are in awful shape and it's a standard effort put forth for every customer. Less than average. Finally, sanitation seems a major issue to me. Especially with the cheese graters! I don't think they are properly sterilized between customers! Plenty of other options out there in Ashburn, you just have to pay the price for the service you expect.

So glad my co-worker recommended this place and that I stopped in disregarding previous online reviews. Love that it is open until 8 pm and minutes from where I live. The nail tech Helen did a wonderful job on my nails. She took her time and was very detailed with her work. My nails look great. I did not feel rushed at all and was very happy I stopped in.

I've come here several times out of convenience to my home but I'm opting to go out of my close radius and find a spot with better service (and reviews). The turn over in Ownership did nothing to the quality of pedicures you receive. They get 2 stars instead of 1 for allowing walk-ins and they're pretty quick to serve and they offer bottled water. So glad my co-worker recommended this place and that I stopped in disregarding previous online reviews. Love that it is open until 8 pm and minutes from where I live. The nail tech Helen did a wonderful job on my nails. She took her time and was very detailed with her work. My nails look great. I did not feel rushed at all and was very happy I stopped in.
