Well, I had my first pedicure today since my wife convinced me to do it. I'm so glad I did! It was amazing! Ann did an amazing job and had a nice conversation with me. My feet feel so great and I am ready for the beach! I didn't get any nail polish as that would have been a bit much, but they made my toenails look perfect and my feet are so happy now! So disappointed with my manicure. I got my nails done monthly and was at Coopers Hawk so indecisive drs to go there the woman wouldn't talk to me though I tried to have a conversation. She spoke English so I don't know. Then she kept leaving trimmings around the cuticles hanging on. They weren't hard to see. They were sticking up. I'd point it out and she clip again. I did this at least six times. When I went to sit beneath the light for my pedicure (which was fine and done by another lady) more areas kept showing up around my nails. When my feet finished drying I pointed them out to he manager and he had her trim it up again. Adding insult to the entire fiasco was he said my skin is just really dry.   Uuummmm. No it is not. Clean and spacious salon. I got a gel manicure on Friday, 1/19 and they're already starting to chip and it's only the 23rd. My nails didn't last 5 days. I'm so disappointed! I come here very regularly since I work nearby. I definitely recommend TINA! I have seen her consistently over the past 6 months whether it's for gel polish or for acrylic nails. She is so efficient and I always leave very happy! My nails are a constant hassle considering they are always in water and tend to be soft and brittle. However, Tina always makes sure my nails are great and does more to make sure that gel polish stays on! Read Less

I walked in last week and made an appt. I called again this morning to confirm and yet when I got there they could not find me. After they finally found my name they assigned me to this technician and I chose my color, she could not find it. I tried another one and she couldn't find that one either. After 15 min and hearing them talking in what seems to be about me we finally found a color she started working on me and after a few min switched with someone else and when I asked why they said she had an appt! I still was ok but then after I was done here's how my nails look. They look as if it had been a week since I had a manicure as she could not get to the base of some of the nails. I went to Ann? Anne? Not sure how to spell it... for a regular gel manicure. I am a hairstylist and usually by two weeks (of shampooing and having my hands in gloves and in haircolor) the nails would be lifting and looking horrible. They are on and still look great! She shaped my nails exactly as I asked and was so meticulous in applying the polish (something I always notice since I work in the beauty industry and I'm also licensed to do nails). This was my first experience with Bella Beach; make you're appointment guys they are jam packed! Their location makes a great spot to treat yourself to one of their services and grab Peet's coffee, Cava, or anything in Whole Foods. I adore the area.Onto my review, I walked into every specialist working on someone, it was that busy (Sunday before noon). I was met with who I believe was the owner in a rushed fashion. I had an appointment for a Classic Pedicure with acrylic toenails ($40) attached to my two big toes which sadly broke from a heavily dropped couch! The sheer happiness to have my nails back again is the reason for the stars, although the paint left on my toes was botched (left big toe in photos). On the other hand, I was not introduced to my pedicure specialist as she was on the phone handling phone calls while she was handling my pedicure. She walked away from me AT LEAST 10 times. I respect a woman owning her business but I would have much rather come back later. My appointment touched over an hour long because of her delays. Just hand someone else the phone! Being a mom I don't have time to spare being late which I would have told her if she was not occupied. I was very disappointed by the service I received.  I wish I had a name but I was not met with one. Only a "hey sorry I'm busy, I'll be right back" more times than I expected. Everyone around me was enjoying their experience so I am sure that if I had someone else I would be just as happy! They have an adorable kid section, ample space, beautiful modern design, and television to watch. I came here this past Saturday with my sister & 3 nieces (all under 6). The ladies doing my nieces nails were all so friendly& patient with them! I was a bit worried because this is not something we would typically take them to do but when momma & aunt need a girls day, you gotta do what you gotta do. So, this was my second time going back to this facility.  I figured I would give it one more try after reading the awesome reviews.  BIG MISTAKE!!  I go in for a mani/pedi, no big deal.  While doing the pedicure, she is cleaning the cuticles, etc, I feel a pinch on my skin.  I look down as she's ripping something away from my toe and I start to bleed......she apologized saying there was a piece of skin attached to the nail.  In all my years of getting pedicures, this was a first.  She tended to it very quickly and was super apologetic.  I'm not to the worst part.  After the pedicure, we were at the nail station for the manicure.  She asked me if I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up.  Normally, I have them done some place else, but knew my other place was closed.  I am leaving for vacation and my husband's high school reunion.  Reluctantly, I agreed to have my eyebrows cleaned up.  Here's where it gets interesting.  The girl is doing the waxing and I feel a pull and thought "I wonder if she took my whole eyebrow just now?"  She hands me the mirror when finished and it happened!  I have hair missing in the middle of my eyebrow.  I looked at her in amazement as she is trying to convince me it was like that before and don't worry, the hair there is just light.  I have never had light hair on my eyebrows, NEVER!  My worst fear came true one day before leaving for vacation and attending my husband's high school reunion.  The ONLY saving grace is that I have bangs and happily the bald spot is covered by them!!  NEVER AGAIN will I go here. One of the WROST experiences I have had at a nail salon!! Don't go, staff was beyond rude. Woman who gave me a pedi cut my nails with cudical cutter and refused to use a proper nail cutter- my nails were shaped awful and I had to fix once I got home. AWFUL AWFUL experience!!!! Read Less

I came in with high expectations but it's been 45 minutes in the pedicure chair now and I had one lady abandon me to work on someone else that had an appointment and after complaining to the front desk after waiting 15 minutes on my own someone finally showed up to continue my pedicure. I've never been treated so poorly in a salon in the United States. The guy that called himself the manager when I asked to speak to one said he'd give me 10% off my service. Wow, a whopping $3 or something? For the aggravating experience that's supposed to be relaxing they should be doing it for free. So just be warned, don't come when there is a lot of people, they can't handle the volume of clients. Read Less

I have been to this place twice for a gel pedicure. This place is awesome. The ladies there have a real attention for detail and my toes look great every time. I have terrible runners feet and even with a toenail with trauma the ladies that I have had have been extremely gentle. This was my first time going to Bella Beach. I got my eyebrows microbladed and I love them. It was quick and nearly painless. They look natural and my daughter didn't even notice, probably because I usually color them in anyway. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I got complements on the way out from other customers getting their nails done. I feel like that's a win right there. I've already recommended some friends to go get theirs done. Oh, and they have kids pedicure chairs so I'll probably take my 7 year old there to try that service out. Read Less

I love this place! It is super clean.They have a ton of colors to choose from and they number code the Gel polish with regular polish for Gel manicure and regular pedicure.I have been to three different nail technicians here. Demi, Karen and I cannot remember the thirds name! Every single person here takes their time and does a really great job. I've been going to Bella Beach for close to a year now and the this is a great nail salon. After trying others in the area, I was happy to find them. I typically do the no-chip manicure and a regular pedicure, I've had waxing services performed and it was okay....I'll stick to the nails. They are a bit pricey, it would be nice is they had packages available or a customer loyalty program. $70 for no-chip mani and basic pedicure is a lot, but the service I receive is great and consistent. People are super nice and the facility is very clean and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I had gels done for a wedding and while they looked ok, they were done very quickly and after looking, there are bubbles in multiple of the nails. I pointed one out to the tech thinking she'd re-do it, but she just filed it down and the nail is now uneven and there's still a bubble... a now bright pink bubble. Not only is Bella Beach one of the most aesthetically pleasing salons I've been to, they also do high quality work.I was very fortunate to have been placed with the lovely Tina on my first visit. There are a lot of reasons why I love this place and will continue to come here.First of all, the place is bright, clean, and new. It is definitely a spa, filled with soft music and flowing fountains.The massage chairs at the pedicure station actually give a nice massage. They are gentle, the options are easy to change, and the massage feels good- not that random, crazy tapping that a lot of other chairs do. I didn't want to leave the chair at the end of my service!Lastly, the price is right! A gel mani is only $35 here and they go the extra mile to make sure it will last. This place is beautiful! It's brand new, sparkling clean, and the decor is tasteful and looks like a high end spa. My first visit, I had an excellent pedicure with Cathy. She was polite and professional and did a wonderful job. They were adequately staffed and had plenty of room to accommodate the 15-20 people who were here at 9AM on a Saturday! The pricing was very reasonable. I got the ultimate pedicure which lasted an hour and paid $55.I came in again for a manicure with a different technician and was not as pleased. The environment was still perfect and the woman who helped me was very sweet. But I wasn't happy with the way she filed my nails. I did try to explain my concerns but I don't know that I was able to convey my points. I was talked into trying the special long last nail polish (not gel) for an extra $3. It chipped the next day and was so bad by the second day that I removed it entirely.Definitely willing to give it another go but wouldn't recommend spending that $3 on the special nail polish. The nail salon decor is nice and clean. As far as my nail job, it was okay. I got the basic manicure, it looks sloppy and rushed. The shop was not full, I arrived when they first opened. If a basic manicure looks this bad, I wonder if it's even worth going for a different nail service. If you live in the area, I'd recommend checking out a different nail shop. Great new place over by Whole Foods.  The inside is very nice and well planned out, everything in the place is new so it doesn't feel rundown at all like some of the other places in the area.  I just had a pedicure, but I would highly recommend the place and will be back soon. Read Less
