WAXING WAS TERRIBLE!  I stopped in for an eyebrow and upper lip wax, pretty darn straightforward, and left with wax still on my face and in my HAIR!  When I pointed it out, the technician took acetone from a nail station and proceeded to finger comb it through my hair. It was definitely still there afterwards, but now more spread out. No apologies, told me she did nothing wrong, and now I have wax everywhere and $20 poorer. Not to mention, the paper on the table was crinkly, clearly left there from another client (so I just left my coat on) and I had to remind her to wax between the brows. Worst again service ever. I had Candy and she took off an old set of acrylic nails and put on a new set and did a great job. I am visiting from CA and now I know where I will get my nails done when I visit family in Arlington! They also have nice pedicure chairs and even a child size chair for kids!Read Less

Have been there several times recently and service is inconsistent. Pedicures satisfactory. Manicures--worst was today where the nail tech seemed extremely inexperienced, kept asking others what to do at every step of the interaction, rough nail tips had to be filed at home afterward and thick application of polish was uneven. I might just take it off and apply it myself. Which might look better. Which defeats the purpose of paying for a manicure. Read Less

I used to love Nail 2000. Their service, for the most part, is really good. They're all very kind and with an exception of one or two of the nail technicians, they are all very skilled and thorough. However, and this is a big however, I've been coming in recently to get gel manicures. NORMALLY, gel manicures will last me 2+ weeks. The second to last time I went in, I had chips and peeling after 1 week (never happened before) and had to get them removed. I figured it was a fluke so I went back a week ago and got another gel manicure. IT CHIPPED THE SAME DAY. Normally I don't get chips at the ends of my nails (they normally lift up from the sides after two weeks with zero chips on the end) but I had so many by the day after... I went in 3 days later (I would have gone earlier had I not been out of town) and had them fix it (which they did eagerly, and for free). But here I am, a week later than the date I originally got them done, and they're chipped all over, and half of the polish on one of my nails just came right off. It's frustrating when you're such a loyal customer and pay so much for a service, but then are left with nails that chip so easily.I'm currently looking for a new salon that can provide a gel manicure that does what it's supposed to do :( Read Less

This Salon use to be my favorite place locally for a pedicure. My most recent experience was not good. The technician was on her phone the entire time she did my pedicure.  I had been in the chair for over ten minutes before she addressed me.  The massage on my legs was more like her feeling my legs. Nails 2000 is a horrible place!!! The nail tech was rough and rude. She did a shoddy job on my nails and rushed through my pedicure. I think she got mad because I didn't want the add on treatment of callus remover. So she just decides to barley get any dead skin off my toes. Then she stabs me with her nail implement when cleaning under my big toe. The nail tech never says excuse me or even acknowledges what she did. She then is cutting my cuticle on the same big to and gouges me with no acknowledgement. I tried to speak in a soft voice to tell her how dissatisfied I was with my service. She says" No just how you feel right her"! Then walks a muttering under her breath to a coworker in Vietnamese. I will never be back,  they try to be a high end salon but the don't have what it takes. My feet shouldn't look like I need a pedicure right after I got a pedicure. The amount of effort and time they put in. It is really worth the money. if you are on a budget. Would highly recommend this place as well. I believe that Nails 2000 has really improved over the months. I really liked how I did a walk in and i waited a few minutes. They did an amazing job on my pedicure. I felt very relaxed while they did an great job on my pedicure! I really like their reasonable price! I am really coming back to this salon to get my nails done again! Read Less

This place won't make you run away unsatisfied but makes you want to come back to their nice decor store. Very welcoming and greeted upon entering just amazing!I had gotten mani/pedi was outstanding! Looks so terrific and elegant. Cut my cuticles and didn't try to rip off my skin. Worth every penny and I highly recommend to book an appointment.  Read Less

Came back from a long business trip, I decided to treat myself good by taking Nails 2000 manicure and pedicure and 30 minutes body massage. It costed me a bit but their services really worth time and money. All of my pain and stress were released. Love to be back to try something different. Read Less

Worst pedicure in Arlington ! Barely scraped my feet & then charged me an extra $10 to use the scraper when I asked her to do what other salons normally do. I get pedicures every 3 weeks so its not like I had alligator feet! Was trying this place & won't be back! Read Less

This place was okay. I went here because my normal shop had a ton of walk-ins and I didn't have time to wait. My pedicure is fantastic, but the gel manicure was rushed, and after 7 days my nails look like they have been on for 2 weeks. Also, I wish more technicians would put 3 coats of polish on when they use the darker colors. Next time I'll be sure to ask, my normal shop does it without questioning. And now I realize why. I've finally found my go to nail place. Nancy did an amazing job and I will forever be her customer. I got a full set french tip with clear top coat gel on top and only paid $45 dollars. Thin and short, just how I like them. Thanks again Nancy. :) Read Less

I absolutely LOVED this place! The customer service was great AND they did an amazing job! Stay away from Nails for You & Skyline Spa!!!! Nails 2000 has officially sold me as their regular customer!I love the fact that they greeted me AS SOON AS I WALKED IN & assisted me in picking out a great color AND they even gave me a good leg/foot massage during my pedicure... The icing on the cake was the warm stone they used as a part of the massage.  I know a lot of places use this but this was my first time! Their prices are pretty normal! At first I had no nails, and I was petrified. Kept thinking I could never go out in the public eye, but then I spent so much time thinking how I could beautify ... I'll go nail 2000! Best decision in a long time. Got my tips, gel and designs for $50. BB listened to me and took her time ensuring they were perfect. BB did an amazing job. She took off the ugly mess I had from another salon, which didn't hurt at all...for the first time ever. I wanted pink and white, and she did it perfect!
