I went to this nail place because it was close to my location. Arrived at the nail salon and asked the ladies for the prices for a full set they told me 45 but on the board it said 35. So one of the ladies took me in and as she started my nails she shaved them down. But when it was time to put on the fake nails it took her 1 hour to figure out what nail best fits my real nails. So after she done putting the nails on the fake nails kept coming off and her equipment wasn’t ready or prepared. And then it took her another hours to paint my nails and etc. after she’s done my nails I wasn’t satisfied with my nails at all. I got my nails on Friday and today is Monday and one of my nails broke. It’s not worth paying 45 dollars for their service. I do not recommend any one going there. Read Less

Have been coming here for a while. Always fast and fast service. Good pricing as well. Came in today with only one hour to spare. They were able to do Gel nail manicure and pedicure in time. It looks amazing and I really appreciate their attention to detail. Read Less

You can't beat their specials right now. Nowhere in the area has such cheap service. I was in love with the hot rocks massage during the pedicure. She also did my cuticle really well and didn't rush. That was especially appreciated! Read Less

I'm really impressed with the new management! I used to go here when it was Coco's and I stopped going because the quality of the mani/pedi's decreased but the price increased. I decided to give it another chance with the new management and it's much better! The polishes are so organized with a great selection of OPI Gel polishes. They have them numbered to correlate with the OPI regular polishes for a great gel mani/regular pedi combo ($55). Very clean, very relaxing and my gel mani lasted a full two weeks - even with all the frequent hand washing I do for work. 4 stars because I feel like they rush through the massage part a bit and that's my favorite part. I came here for the second time today. When I found out it was close to closing time, I was about to leave but this lady offered to take care of me. Even though it was late she did not take any short cuts on my pedicure. The service offered was not rushed. She did a thorough and amazing job, even with exfoliation and hot stone massage. I used to come here when this was Coco nails and it was worth paying $15 for a manicure. I saw it was under new management and thought I'd give it a try. They charged me $10 to soak off the gel I had on and didn't even take the residue off my skin completely (see picture). As I was drying my nails she didn't even give me a quick back massage which is what I expect with a  $15 mani and a 23% tip (even after she shorted me $10 on my change & apologized)...I could understand if it was busy but I was the only customer there....prob not going back.  I only gave 3 stars cause they did a decent job on the actual manicure. I tried to place out because of its convenient walking location, and the sign let me know they had new management. (I had previously stayed away because of the reviews I saw about the previous management.) The location was nice and clean. The atmosphere was relaxing. I had a gel manicure done. The technician took her time and inspected each nail as she painted it. I think the whole process took about 30 minutes, and this was about an hour until closing.The reason I give it four stars is because there's a slight dark mark on top of the polish on some of my fingers. Maybe something was up with the polish? I've never had that happen with gel color before. I'll try a different shade next time.Overall, it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back. Read Less

UPDATE: (knocked off 2 stars)Just got a mani/pedi and I didn't have as great of an experience. I had one technician working on me and someone else at the SAME TIME. She was clearly rushing which is really frustrating. I felt bad for her but at the same time... I don't care. I'm paying for a service and it needs to be done properly and not rushed.I just got a regular manicure and my technician did really well! She took her time and didn't rush through the process (which is a huge plus for me). Apparently this place has new management and a new name. I never went to the old place so I can't tell you if it's better or worse but I'll definitely come back.PROS:- cheap - clean - friendly - they do a good job!- you don't feel rushed - they pull their tools out of one of those sanitary bags so you know it's been washed well.- good color selection CONS:- not a huge con but the place isn't super fancy. - there's new management but they don't have new stuff or anything. (really only mentioning these first two because I probably wouldn't take my mom or friend here for a special bday gift or something).- they make you pay right before they paint your nails. I see that they probably don't want you to mess up your nails by going in your bag, but I didn't really like it because I wanted to see the final product before I tip. - it's a small place and they only have two drying stations so you may have to wait if it's busy. I'll probably make this my monthly place because it's cheap and close to my house. I'd rather have a place that's reasonably priced than have all than go to an expensive fancier place. Read Less
