I see Chloe every 2-3 weeks for my nails and always goes over the top, for an excellent experience. She remembers me by name, listens to what I would like for nail length, color, etc. Love this place!

I really love this place! I was nervous to find a new nail salon in the area when I moved, but I’d recommend Divine Nail Spa any day! Not only for nails, but eyebrows as well (mind you, I’m VERY particular about my brows!). They allow you to pay via Venmo and if you do, you receive a discount! I miss a couple of employees who left, but once you find your go-to nail specialist, KEEP THEM! Awesome job guys! Read Less

Took our walk in pedicure appointments, sat us next to each other even on a crowded day. Staff was friendly and conscientious. My lady took the most time (in a good way) I've ever experienced trimming and cleaning my cuticles and nails. Highly recommend... the rudeness spoken of by others may be explained by slight language barrier with some (not all) staff, but my lady was very sweet and repeated herself when needed. Highly recommend, one of my best looking pedicures. Read Less

Owner completely unprofessional and rude. Another customer told her nail stylist she was quoted $15 so they went to get the manager who turned out to be owner, and she came out and immediately said "... Read More
Owner completely unprofessional and rude. Another customer told her nail stylist she was quoted $15 so they went to get the manager who turned out to be owner, and she came out and immediately said "ma'am I never told you gel would be $15" before even letting the customer speak, continued to tell the customer she was wrong, even after the customer told her she was also a manager at another salon and explained nothing was ever said about a difference in price depending on color and was raising her voice to the customer. The whole thing made me very uncomfortable and when she gave her the total and it was even more, I did interject and ask if she was going to give her something off for the miscommunication. The manager proceeded to tell me she had given her a discount but the customer said she didn't before she left. The owner then went to her associate and was venting/ complaining about the customer, as well as continued to bad mouth her to another customer. As a manager in the customer service industry I felt it was extremely unprofessional so I asked her if I could talk to her a minute before I left. We stepped outside where I told her how uncomfortable she made me feel as a customer for not only yelling at someone right in front of me, but then also bad mouthing her to another guest. The managers response was " you don't understand the kind of nonsense customers I've been dealing with today" WOW. I told her that comment was align with my point as I felt that was an inappropriate thing to say to me, but she clearly didn't get it as she continued to raise her voice to me and tell me I was wrong for saying anything. I was just trying to give her feedback as a third party observer. She never apologized to me or the other lady, and continued to raise her voice and tell me I was wrong, so I ended the conversation and told her I felt it is clear she does not care about her guests. I will never go back to this Salon after that. I have never written a negative review before, as working in the service industry I understand it stinks when someone doesn't just tell you in person, but in this case, I felt it was deserved since I did tell her in person, I gave her a chance to make things right or at least apologize for her behavior and instead she was even more horrible to me for trying to provide in person honest feedback.Read Less

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL After coming here repeatedly, referring people here, and tipping 25-50% I have had anywhere from 4-9 nails break between each session. When I found ONE good nail tech here, I was told he no longer worked here. Then when I get here, the manager tells me that no can give me nails that won't break. When I asked them to just take them off, they got through halfway and then decided that they were going to charge me an additional $25 because it was "hard to take off" after I pulled one of my nails off with ease, they asked me to leave or they would call the cops. They did it just to make me leave with half my nails removed. Read Less

So glad I found this place. The employees were very friendly and the lady who did my nails seemed like she actually cared about how well they turned out and didn't just speed through them. I got an acrylic set (very short and rounded) and the technician did an amazing job. I would recommend having an appointment on the weekend as they were incredibly busy. Read Less

Clean, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Nice, mellow instrumental music playing, and no television in business, imagine that. Nancy listened to how I wanted eyebrows arched and I am very pleased.

I really love this place! I was nervous to find a new nail salon in the area when I moved, but I’d recommend Divine Nail Spa any day! My lady took the most time (in a good way) I've ever experienced trimming and cleaning my cuticles and nails.
